Chapter 22: New Discovery

It has now been a few days since Tony Stark went missing and people haven't given up the search yet. News of the attack on Tony by "The Ten Rings" has spread all over and no one has any idea whether he is alive or dead.

While sitting on the sofa with his family and watching tv, Damien is currently connected to his network and finishing his research. Splitting his mind into 3 parts he is able to enjoy the family time he has while at the same time completing a few projects. One part is continuing his research on unstable molecules and the other is controlling delivery drones to all the bases and facilities he owns. One separately going to Genesis. Each drone has construction bots and materials to make multiple teleport tubes along with the equipment to keep them secure and hidden. Over the last few days, Damien has made many breakthroughs in the unstable molecules technology. He was able to recreate the phenomenon but is still unable to control and shape them as he wants. Proceeding with the next stage of experiments at star labs with his powers. The next set of experiments involves making stands or fabric out of the material in many different ways to find the most stable methods. Learning more about unstable molecules and how they work in the process. The drones on the other hand are distributing the teleport tubes throughout many major locations around the US. Each tube is camouflaged and reinforced to withstand 10 tons of force. Made to look like the surroundings, whether that is an abandoned building side, back alley, old phone booth, and things of the like. Every tube is connected to the main teleport system in Star Labs with a minor control station on Genesis Island. All the tubes require a key, which is made for each authorized person, and the clearance level to use them. Those teleport tubes will make things easier for Damien and other heroes in the future.

The portion of his mind that was experimenting with unstable molecules was able to make a new Discovery. While he was testing the different ways to bond the unstable molecules, he was able to make a cube. The testing and scans of that cube had shown that the cube of unstable molecules can be used to store data to a greater extent than any data bank currently known. This new discovery led to the thought of majorly upgrading his technology using the Unstable Molecules to replace the Hard drives along with other memory storage devices. With this in mind he began to create hard drives and other memory storage devices of varying sizes using the unstable molecules for the main components. He then used those newly created devices to upgrade Alfred's Server and main hard drive along with the supercomputer in Star Labs. Also changing them in his watch and the supercomputer in his bedroom. Some of the new hardware was even sent to Genesis Island through the teleport tubes for the main systems and servers.

With this new discovery, Damien realized that he was getting closer to his goal of making a protective suit of the unstable molecules. Now that he was able to reliably form shapes with the unstable molecules, he needed to be able to turn them into strands. Which could then be weaved into fabrics and potentially controlled through other devices. Pushing himself to complete the project as soon as possible. In preparation for all that is to come.
