Engagement (18+)

The next day Hong Yue Xian approached his father and asked him to pay a visit to the Winged Dragon Family, regarding the engagement. Hong Yue Tian seemed even happier than him, as he enthusiastically left to arrange a huge procession and opened the clan's treasury to take out all sorts of gifts and valuables as dowry. By now Hong Yue Xian was already richer than several Hong Yue Families, so he wanted to be the one to cover the expenses, but he was adamantly rejected by his father.

Soon the procession set off in the direction of the Winged Dragon Family, drawing a crowd of gawkers and onlookers. When the news of the Sacred Family's fall spread through the city, all the young men were overjoyed, as Xiao Ning'er, one of the twin goddesses of Glory City, became eligible again.

Yet now, they were told that she became engaged once again, and to Hong Yue Xian. Many were depressed by the news, while some were discontent and wished to fight him for Xiao Ning'er's favour. They searched for Hong Yue Xian all day but to no avail, however, they thought he hid himself in fear so they declared a challenge against him in the arena in two days time.

Meanwhile, Hong Yue Xian was at Yang Xin's place as he had to talk to her. "Xin'er, how is your cultivation going? Have you gotten used to your rank and demon spirit?" "Well, more or less used to it but all I do is sit all day behind the desk. I am so bored." Sighed Yang Xin.

"About that I have a solution. How about we go to the St. Ancestral Mountain Range and hunt some demon beasts. We can use them to get combat experience, solidify our cultivation, improve our mastery of the demon spirits. Moreover, we can get lots of materials and ingredients from them. Not to mention reducing the threat they pose to Glory City. By thinning down the demon beasts we can lessen the possibility of a demon beast horde, or at least lowering its scale. It is three birds with one stone. What do you say?" Explained Hong Yue Xian eagerly.

"Hmmm. That sounds like a really good idea, but will we be fine just us alone? Attacking demon beast groups is dangerous. Just us two may not be enough." Replied Yang Xin with excitement and hesitation in her voice.

"Errr... Actually we will not be alone. We will have two more companions." Said Hong Yue Xian awkwardly. Yang Xin noticed something was off and looked at him intently, before asking who the other two were.

"Well, the other two will be Huyan Lanruo and Shen Xiu." Admitted Hong Yue Xian with trepidation as he waited for her reaction, however, Yang Xin was sitting frozen in place with her adorable mouth open. After a while she recovered and stared at Hong Yue Xian as she narrowed her eyes.

"I see... You have been very busy these days. First, engagement with Xiao Ning'er and now you have two more hidden away. I can still understand Huyan Lanruo but what are you doing with that bitch Shen Xiu, or more to the point, she is alive?" Interrogated Yang Xin in her gentle-yet-not voice, forcing Hong Yue Xian to explain.

"Xin'er, don't be angry. I did warn you about me having other women, remember? You said you were fine with that. As for Shen Xiu, I saved her and she is actually not as bad as you think. She is a very caring and loyal person when it comes to her family and loved ones. The reason she behaved the way she did was from upbringing and the fact she was from the Sacred Family. It was expected of her. However, her family did not care about her so she had no choice but to leave it. She is a much better person now, though her personality is still the same, so do try to get along. Part of the reason for the trip is to help us all get closer. Wonderful, isn't it?" Hong Yue Xian looked pleadingly at Yang Xin, making the latter amused.

"I knew there was a hidden motive for this. Fine, fine, I understand. I assume both of them were also given those pellets and are now Legend ranks?" Snorted Yang Xin in dissatisfaction at the fact that she was not the only one.

"Yes they were and are, but you were the first one in everything so don't be jealous." Said Hong Yue Xian with a teasing smile. "Who is jealous? I was just curious." Denied Yang Xin. Hong Yue Xian looked at her, amused how she would always get jealous, yet always deny it. He thought in his heart. 'Yang Xin is a bit tsundere, huh.'

"Well, then it is time for me to go inform the others. Be ready in three days and meet us at the city gates. Good night." Said Hong Yue Xian slowly as he prepared to stand up and leave, but was interrupted by Yang Xin pushing him back on the sofa and straddling him.

"You are not going anywhere. It is late already and instead of going to them, would you not rather spend time with me?" Said Yang Xin seductively, as she rubbed her luscious body on his. Instead of replying Hong Yue Xian grabbed her plump hips and kissed her lips. Both of them fought with their tongues for a while, before separating. Hong Yue Xian kissed Yang Xin's neck and proceeded moving downwards to her jade peaks. He squeezed them with both hands. The fabric was in the way but before he could free them from their confines, Yang Xin shook his hands away and slid down to the floor, freeing his big rod instead.

She looked up at him, seductively licked her lips, and put his rod in her mouth. She passionately pleasured him for a few minutes, before he reached his limit. She then walked to the bed and curled her index finger towards Hong Yue Xian, inviting him to follow her. The latter was eagerly watching her and wasted no time to join her in bed. Both of them enjoyed themselves till dawn.

Yang Xin was very motivated and relentless the whole night. She might have denied it, but she was jealous, and hellbent to show him her worth. Hong Yue Xian knew that but he was not one to complain and enjoyed it immensely.

In the morning he took a shower and left the exhausted Yang Xin to go do some more preparations for the trip. Afterwards he headed to the Huyan Family Residence.
