26. Blaze Family

Zoro didn't care for his talent. He was a man who trained his whole life, he knew better than anyone that talent is just an ornament if one doesn't work hard.

He took back his hand and asked Elder Shi

" Old man can we go now? I really want to have a bath and relax."

Elder Shi's mouth twitched.

' Why is my disciple so weird? He doesn't care about his talent, be it on the level of a trash or that of a genius. My future is going to be hard.'

Elder Shi looked at the Blaze family head.

Eli clearly understood why Elder Shi was looking at him. He immediately gestured to them respectfully.

Before he left, Elder Shi said

" Consider yourself lucky, Hmph!!! "

The branch manger was drenched in sweat, he bowed repeatedly to show his gratitude.

They went out of the building and headed straight for what seemed to be a carriage. It was a mix of brown and black with several gems embedded on its surface. Two gorgeous horses with six legs were tied to the carriage.

Zoro had one word pop inside his head.

' Luxurious! '

Zoro had definitely seen rich people, and to be frank he disliked these kind of things. The years have tampered his will and thus he liked everything in its simplest form.

All of them boarded the carriage. The inside definitely matched what was shown outside, equally luxurious!

Exquisite seatings, fruits to the side and a nice aroma.

Zoro felt a slight jolt as soon as they say down. It seems the carriage started to move. Eli purposefully sat in a way that his daughter would be neared to Zoro. Elder Shi saw this slight action but refrained from speaking.

He wasn't unaccustomed towards such people, obviously he wanted Zoro to be experienced as well or it was correct to say he wanted to see Zoro a bit flustered or at loss but he was disappointed.

Zoro closed his eyes as soon as he sat down. The beautiful lady Lily was at a loss, she was stunned when she saw Zoro's talent, it even made her envy.

As the eldest daughter of blaze family and as a genius she naturally looked down on others but seeing Zoro's talent she felt her whole world collapse.

Her family had tested her talent before, a five six star talent in Qi training, five and half star talent in elemental training and five star in Qi purity. This kind of talent was enough to raise her nose upto the sky but a day after she found her talent to be mediocre.

Her pearly eyes watched Zoro. He was handsome, with streak of green hidden among his black hair.

Elder Shi cursed Zoro inside for neglecting a beauty, or rather he was disappointed in not being able to see him suffer for even a second.

Very soon they reached their destination. Zoro opened his eyes and got out. He stretched himself while looking at a large building Infront of him.

The building was grand, people were bustling about. Every person was atleast a Warrior master, and all of them were quite strong judging from their aura.

This establishment was one of Blaze family property, the bottom floor was a restaurant while the upper floors were lodging. As one of Blaze family properties the service here was top notch.

Eli warmly led them inside. The guards hastily bowed towards Eli, they were startled to see Eli show this kind of respect or flattering to someone.

The manager of this restaurant ran down. He was a chubby man, with several gold ornaments on his clothes and fingers. Nonetheless he was a Warrior Grandmaster.

Eli spoke seriously

" Prepare the best room available, also prepare a bath and food as well."

Zoro suddenly asked

" Do you have any booze."

" Booze? "

The chubby manager was confused, he didn't understand what Zoro meant. From how Eli was acting these two seemed very important, so he didn't dare to be careless.

" Ah.... liquor, wine that sort of stuff."

" Oh, ohh yes! We have! Our restaurant has the famous Burning Wine! "

" Burning Wine?..."

Zoro asked back. Eli stepped in to explain.

" It's a specialty of our restaurant, made from several medicinal herbs as well as combined with bones of class three demon beasts. It's strong enough to burn your throat as it goes down, thus the name burning wine."

" Heh~ then I will have a bottle of that."

" Of course, please this way. I will escort you to your rooms."

The manger gestured to Elder Shi and Zoro. Eli stepped back and bowed

" Elder please have a good bath and rest, I will disturb you no further. Please inform the manager if you are in need of anything."

Elder Shi nodded. He walked up the restaurant leaving behind Eli and his daughter.

The customers around then were bewildered. Eli was a known figure to all of them, he was the patriarch of Blaze family as well as one of the strongest warrior within this city.

His appearance wasn't that surprising since he is the boss of this place but his extreme respect for an elder was out of place. Many people were guessing Elder Shi's identify.

Eli walked out with his daughter. Several ideas ran through his head as he got inside the carriage. Lily followed her father silently, she turned around to face the upper floor before getting inside the carriage.

' This news is bound to spread, it only brings advantages to Blaze family. I have to somehow make a connection with that youngster, elder doesn't seem to bother too much about my thoughts, so it's safe to assume he doesn't mind.

I have to think clearly about this. I will have to discuss it with the elders before taking any move. Anyway their identities would be safe for couple more days."
