Hello readers, my name is Jack Finch, no parents, currently living in an abandoned building in Gotham and working as a cashier for a supermarket, paid more than 2 dollars an hour with more than enough anger to cover this piece of shit of a city.
Getting up from my "bed", if you can call old pillows all stacked together a bed, and cracked my neck, stiff because of the strange position I had slept in, but when my eyes finally opened the biggest shock of my life hit me like a truck, for but somehow I stay calm, like ice cold calm, that ain't normal considering what is in front of me.

A few seconds later the hologram in front of me disappeared, and my first reaction was to check for any sign of needle holes in my body, thinking someone had drugged me, next was to cover my mouth using a piece of cloth in the pile of junk I call wardrobe and try to understand what the fuck was going on, because if this is a drug, it doesn't feel like one.

' Ok, things are starting to look more and more like a game and it's creeping me out, I even have an inventory now?'
And just like the previous screen a new one appeared, and this time it was divided into two sections, one showed my body with several empty slots with the words' equipment above the image, and there also was a dress function which showed what I was wearing, on the other side of the screen there were slots just like the equipment section but there seemed to be no end to them, on the bottom right on the screen, the word Money was written, with the number 14$ right next to it.
The inventory is an endless storing function where you can store items found during your gameplay, items recognized by the system as similar will be stored all in the same slot, and the limit for the same item type is 999, living beings can't be stored inside the inventory, and to store something you must be touching it.

Wanting to test it out I willed for 10 dollars to appear on my hand, and they did, the 14 became a 4, I placed the money back, and this time I summoned 14$ but all in 1$ bills, and they appeared, I also tried changing the type of money I wanted to summon, euros, Yen, Won, they always appeared in my hand with their corresponding value.
'... I might be starting to believe this is real.'

The body of a Chad, your body has been upgraded to the one of a true gamer, you won't die unless your HP is reduced to 0, sleeping restores HP/MP/SP based on where you sleep, food restores HP/SP/MP.

You motherfucker peeping tom, you can gather information with just a stare, with your current Observe you can only discover the name and Lv of your enemy, the maximum level of the enemy is (Gamer Lv. x Sk Lv)

Even though you might not show it you are pretty smart, Set base Int at 20, increase skill learning speed by 20% of int-based skills, and increase Int growth-ate by 20%

If also had the depressed perk you might have gone to the nearest school with a gun, set base Cha to 1, decreased cha-based skill growth rate by 20%, and each Cha point has increased effects

Are you sure you don't need therapy? Sets Per at 20, increases the growth rate of Per by 20%

Suddenly my world shifted, the constant feeling of darkness, that something always was behind every corner, that I was just one bad day away from killing everyone and making this world feel my pain, they all disappeared, leaving nothing but a feeling of calmness, my mind never felt clearer, with all the externally induced paranoia gone, I felt like a new being, I had become a machine of pure and unwavering focus, who was more than ready to escape the current shitty situation it was in.

Checking my current balance, I thought where I could get something full of calories that could help with my malnourished perk, but then I remembered something.
' The mirror dimension said something about not being able to take things out of it, but nothing about using things inside of it, so what if I eat in there, or live inside a house in the mirror dimension, this could help me save several dollars.'
Ready to test this theory out, I mentally evoked the skill and then thought about the mirror dungeon and everything that was on the right, now was on the left, and all of what was on the left, now was on the right.

I reached the restaurant a few seconds after Observe levelled up, and the smell of fresh pasta, sauce, and meat, filled my nostrils, I had passed this restaurant and more times than I could count I received several insults because I was "scaring customers away" so I didn't feel guilty when I stole their food from their junk, but this? This time I get the fresh stuff.
' It's time to remove this Malnoursihed Perk and start looking like a normal human being.'
