Olympus

In Olympus, a heated debate was underway at the center of the gods' palace; many deities engaged in a verbal battle.

"He was coming to us, and we still don't have enough power for our plan," one of them commented for all to hear.

"You all saw and felt his power a few months ago against the aliens; his level is much higher than he showed in the fight against Zeus."

It seemed like he would continue, but another deity took over and remarked, "I don't think everyone here could hold their own in a fight against him, and we don't know how he would react to our plan."

"Enough," Gaia realized this discussion wasn't going anywhere, so she decided it was time to intervene.

"I may not have known him personally, but I know he won't interfere with our plan since it wouldn't go against him and his people."

At that moment, the grand doors of the hall swung open, and everything fell silent. Soon, the sounds of footsteps grew louder until they seemed to resonate with the beating hearts of everyone in the room.

It was daunting for these grand figures; for them, it was as if their lives were in the hands of a being stronger than they, one who could decide life and death with a mere thought.

But soon, they could all see as Inmo's figure appeared, calmly entering through the door.

Inmo appeared divine, dressed in white and gold robes, a radiant crown hovering above his head, never touching his black hair. His hair seemed to absorb all the light around him, like a black hole, creating a strange effect of incongruity – a being of divine light shrouded in darkness, a being that inspired fear and respect.

Behind Inmo, three other individuals followed, and some recognized Merlin, the son of Belial. The girl seemed to carry the aura of the Olympian gods, and lastly, a human who wasn't truly alive.

It appeared that Persephone had led them to the entrance of Olympus before returning to the underworld.

Gaia was the first deity to step forward to converse with Inmo.

"Welcome, Immortal. What brings you here today?" Gaia was outwardly calm, and her words finally released the others who began to return to their normal composure without staring at Inmo so blatantly.

"I'm seeking information," Inmo spoke as calmly as Gaia. Even a room filled with so many powerful beings didn't make him nervous.

"You can ask whatever you wish; we will try to answer your questions to the best of our ability."

This time, Inmo didn't speak and simply turned to look at Diana. But soon, he realized that Diana wasn't herself; her eyes were unfocused as if she were hypnotized.

Only now did he realize that he had shown this form to her, and it seemed to have caused this effect on her.

He snapped his fingers in front of Diana's face until she snapped out of it. He quickly urged her to hurry and speak about the reason they were here.

Upon realizing what had happened, Diana didn't have time to feel embarrassed. She had to compose herself to speak with Gaia.

She began by discussing her quest and what had led her to search for Hades and how they had discovered that Hades was here in Olympus.

Throughout this time, Gaia listened quietly, nodding in acknowledgment. When Diana finished explaining, Gaia understood everything, and her eyes gleamed with what seemed to be the solution to their problems.

"Great. What we're doing here should help you bring the gods back, but only if the Immortal Lord permits. But since you seem to be a friend of his, it shouldn't be a problem." Gaia could have been happy, but she didn't let it show, although her eyes still betrayed her emotions.

Gaia then went on to explain the birth of the deities, revealing that all gods came from the same place, residing in the realm of the gods, a higher dimension. When gods were born in lower dimensions, they automatically connected with the mind of the god in the realm of the gods, resulting in each god having a collective mind that spread across the multiverse. However, for some unknown reason in this reality, when the gods were born, their connections with the realm of the gods were severed.

Now, they were coming together to try to re-establish this connection to the realm of the gods.

After finishing her explanation, Gaia fell silent, waiting for Inmo's response. She was nervous because she didn't know what might happen next.

Long ago, the deities had gathered to debate whether or not they should reconnect with their origins. Some gods were afraid that their personalities would disappear as they had spent a long time without the connection. This could make them completely different from the original gods, and their personas could vanish. Therefore, they chose to decline.

However, after witnessing Inmo's power in the last battle against the aliens, they realized it was a risk they needed to take to be free from Inmo.

But to complete the plan, they needed strong gods, so they went after Hades, and now they were almost there. Gaia was hinting that if the connection were a success, Zeus and other gods could return. She was hopeful that Diana could prevent Inmo from interfering with the plan. However, even in her wildest dreams, she couldn't imagine what would happen next.
