Supreme Sovereign.

Aaryn, having reached the pinnacle of power and becoming the strongest, found himself in a paradoxical state. The once insurmountable challenges that fueled his cultivation journey were conquered, leaving him with a sense of accomplishment but also an overwhelming sense of boredom. As he looked upon the world, time passing by without presenting any new challenges, Aaryn pondered the purpose of his newfound strength. What now? A single question turn the entire chaos upside down! Author warning!!!!!! Don't expect the novel to get good immediately; at least read until around chapter 50. Only after that will the story be able to develop. If you don't like overpowered characters, this might not be your cup of tea. There will be mystery, challenges, and things won't just be given to the protagonist. And yes, he will be the strongest from the start, but read the story to understand more. There will be romance and a harem, but don't worry, female characters won't be portrayed as headless fools, nor will every girl join the harem. This is my first novel, so I hope people can be understanding.

unknown man

Amaan's POV:

I looked at my screen, displaying a $14,237 profit. I was surprised, to be honest; I had expected a profit of around $3000, but this was huge. I knew Rahul was good at trading, but not to this extent. If it had just been Rohit and me, we probably wouldn't have noticed the convergence that Rahul pointed out in the market. Rahul was always smart and strong; I knew he had something different from other people. The first time I met him, not sure how to put it in words, but I felt an aura around him. Some people said he was just a narcissistic man, but they were all wrong. It was his confidence in himself that made him seem narcissistic.

Most people don't understand the difference between being narcissistic and being confident. Narcissistic individuals feel superior to others and believe they're entitled to everything. However, confident people know how to earn those entitlements. Rahul was different. He didn't think he was entitled to anything; and yet, how effortlessly he earned everything was mind-boggling. But, if you ask me, he felt superior to every other person, and he knew that. He's a complex person, and I've never seen someone like him. I still remember what he told me, "Amaan, we were not born with our own choice, but we can live our life with our own choice. So why not become the strongest person to ever live?" He also mentioned that he wanted to become the richest person in the world. I had laughed initially, but also at that moment, I realized that he was different. Rahul made us, he taught us how to trade, and how to become better people, and I appreciate that. He was my friend.

Rahul's POV:

I looked at the profit we had just made from the trade, and I hadn't even expected this much for Rohit and Amaan. Even though I had made a profit of around $5,000, $14,000 was substantial. I excluded $237, which didn't matter. Rohit and Amaan had seen that there was going to be a move in the markets which made them come early. It was good that I had come on time; they most probably would have missed the convergence. Well, whatever, let's do another trade. I shifted my focus to the next trade scheduled for the next day. Since we made such a good profit, all three of us decided to celebrate that evening. After working a little more and enjoying ourselves, we decided to go out. I had left my bike at the office, so we went in Amaan's car.

We reached the club, as we were enjoying our evening, and as we were celebrating, I felt at the back of my neck as if I was being watched. I moved my eyes around to see if I could spot anything suspicious, leaving my doubts to myself. I didn't want to worry Amaan and Rohit, and they knew just how keen my sense was, but I couldn't shake off the feeling. I kept waiting for that person to show up or do something. I wasn't worried; I was strong, really strong. By 11 PM, the feeling was still there, but it was getting weirder. I wasn't sure what was happening, but I sensed something huge was coming. I told Amaan and Rohit that I was leaving, giving them a random reason. I felt something approaching, something enormous.

I took my leave and started making my way home. My bike was still at the office, but I didn't care. I wasn't sure who was following me, but I felt something colossal approaching. I tried booking a taxi, and a rickshaw and even attempted to use Uber, but nothing worked. I walked. I walked. I walked, and still, the feeling persisted. Something had changed, my eyes narrowed, and my nerves tensed, but what?

I looked up, and everything was dark. Suddenly, my whole surroundings changed, and the only source of light was a man in front of me. I wasn't sure where I was and how I suddenly got here; everything was so instant that I wasn't even sure how that happened. My heart was beating faster than ever in my life; everything felt strange, but the unknown man in front of me was the strangest. It was like he was the source of the light, and it was kind of a weird feeling as he looked at me. I saw his face, and damn, he was incredibly handsome. For a moment, I wasn't sure anymore what I was feeling; was it nervousness or affection towards that man? Movie stars would seem like ugly freaks in front of him. Taking a deep breath and calming my mind, I cautiously asked him who he was and what was happening. He was still looking at me, but it felt like he was seeing through me. He smiled and said something to me that made me overwhelmed, and confused regarding all things... but somehow, those two words also gave me more clarity than anything else...

Aryan's POV:

After removing half of my soul and setting things into motion, I just watched his growth. I could have interfered if I wanted to, but that would have made this whole experiment meaningless. I wanted entertainment, so I needed him to grow by his own decision.

I looked at myself, or to be more precise my other self. His helplessness, his happiness, everything I had seen. I had seen him cry; I had seen him mature from a naive boy to a man. His understanding of life was more profound than even some old men of this planet. But the most significant thing was that he was genuinely strong for this world. I looked at his future. I didn't intervene because I didn't want to hinder his growth, and he would have become the strongest man on this entire planet, not just with power but with money too. He was going to become the richest man on this planet in the future if I hadn't intervened and met him today. But now that I have met him, his future has changed.

It was time for him to go to the lower realm, but before that, he needed to understand his situation.

I looked at him and finally said, Hello, myself, or maybe I should say my other self!
