Supreme Sovereign.

Aaryn, having reached the pinnacle of power and becoming the strongest, found himself in a paradoxical state. The once insurmountable challenges that fueled his cultivation journey were conquered, leaving him with a sense of accomplishment but also an overwhelming sense of boredom. As he looked upon the world, time passing by without presenting any new challenges, Aaryn pondered the purpose of his newfound strength. What now? A single question turn the entire chaos upside down! Author warning!!!!!! Don't expect the novel to get good immediately; at least read until around chapter 50. Only after that will the story be able to develop. If you don't like overpowered characters, this might not be your cup of tea. There will be mystery, challenges, and things won't just be given to the protagonist. And yes, he will be the strongest from the start, but read the story to understand more. There will be romance and a harem, but don't worry, female characters won't be portrayed as headless fools, nor will every girl join the harem. This is my first novel, so I hope people can be understanding.

Meeting his majesty.

Rishi's POV:

I was already awestruck by everything that was going on when Uncle Gill approached and said, "His Majesty wants to see my grandpa." I wasn't sure if it was all alright to go with him, but he didn't seem worried, and I was certainly okay with that.

This experience was one of the most amazing I've had, to say the least. Seeing so many high-level cultivators kneeling and bowing was surreal. Cultivators do bow to me, but they've always been Li Clan servants or related to the Li Clan in some way. This seemed unreal, to tell the truth. I have always been one of the most humble persons in my clan, as my mother has always taught me. This seemed like a dream.

We started to move towards the Majesty's quarters, which made me excited. I looked at my sister, and she seemed calm as she had already been here and seen these things, coming officially from the Li Clan. I felt like she was too calm, so I wanted to provoke her, and I did. She looked at me like an idiot, answered, and then ignored me. Whatever.

I looked around and saw how the palace halls seemed to have a different kind of charm. There weren't many servants or guards, and most of them bowed and let us pass. I'm guessing it's because Uncle Gill is with us.

The moment had arrived. We entered His Majesty's living quarters, which exuded an aura of grandeur and divine opulence, yet simplicity. There was no overwhelming grandness that was usually associated with someone who ruled over all. Wondering those thoughts, I moved my face to bit left side; there seem to someone in front of a balcony. We saw a man whose back was facing us, yet before I could have thought about something or react, I was already on the floor, my head touching the floor as if it was the most natural thing to do. A thought came to my mind, "So, this is His Majesty. Truly a man above all."

Ridhi's POV:

As we entered His Majesty's living quarters, my eyes scanned the room to find a man who had always been such a mystery to me and my generation, whose existence was an enigma. Truth be told, we had all been taught one thing from birth: never to offend His Majesty, the man who was an enigma to us.

I was the first one to turn left and see His Majesty's back. The others followed suit. This was strange. My body had hit the floor. My brother was the first one to hit the ground, and after that, I also hit the ground without any resistance. My grandpa didn't seem fazed by it, as if he wasn't under any pressure, but he still bowed and said, "The Li ancestor greets His Majesty." As for Uncle Gill, he had been the first one to bow even before my brother. I tried to look up, but I wasn't able to.

A voice came, "Stand up and have a seat." It felt like a weight had been lifted off my body, and I finally felt like I was in control again. I looked at His Majesty, who still seemed focused on the outside balcony and didn't seem to give us any thought. My grandpa was the first one to sit on the couch and gestured for us to do the same. I sat on his right side, while my brother took the left side.

As the silence grew, I felt nervous, still not completely recovered from the previous situation. I was still looking at His Majesty's back, which seemed like it could hold the weight of the world and not be shaken. Finally, His Majesty turned, and his face became visible to me. It wasn't that I hadn't seen His Majesty's face. Most upper-tier clans had his portrait, and it was also on the seera web {internet}, but seeing him in person seemed far different.

His Majesty's countenance radiated an otherworldly allure, captivating all who beheld it. Every aspect of his face felt like it embodied perfection, transcending the limitations of human aesthetics. He looked pretty young, a little older but far younger than even my father and grandpa.

His skin was flawless, His majesty's lips, plump and inviting, possessed an enchanting rosy hue reminiscent of the softest sunrise. his hair which was golden shine with the glow that i ever seen anywhere before but The most striking feature was his hunter eyes, an awe-inspiring and mystical figure that commanded power and authority over the eternal realm and beyond. His eyes, likened to those of a hunter, were piercing and intense, reflecting a profound depth of wisdom and knowledge he carried same as my grandpa. They radiated an otherworldly brilliance, These hunter's eyes possessed an innate ability to see beyond the surface, penetrating the veil of reality and perceiving the hidden truths and secrets of the universe. His eyes were relaxed, yet I felt so much fear that it felt unreal, my very being had understood that I was nothing but dust to be blown away if he wished, the only comfort that I felt was my grandpa was beside me.

His Majesty came in front of us and took a seat in front of our couch. I swallowed my saliva. His Majesty wasn't looking at me but at my grandpa, yet I felt so much fear that it felt unbearable. Now I understood just how powerful His Majesty was. Now I understood that no immortal, celestial, or sovereign would be powerful enough to face His Majesty. He looked at my grandpa and said, "Greetings, Uncle Li. It's been a while. How have you been?" My grandpa replied, "I have been doing fine, Your Majesty. What about you? Why had you entered seclusion before?" His Majesty leaned back on the couch and sighed.

"Well, Uncle Li, that's the reason I called you here. I don't have anything to look forward to anymore. I have done everything a person would like to do. I have learned so many arts, medicine, and music. I have put competitions and chosen to play with mortal beings to see if they can reach here. But now, I am even bored with that. It feels like I'm not living. That's why I wanted to take a break, and now I don't know what I should do anymore. I wanted some advice, that's why I asked Gill to bring you here."

Grandpa's eyes were shining. I had a bad feeling about this. He said, "Ah, Your Majesty, as you know, most sovereigns are connected with some kind of faction. Do you know why?" His Majesty looked a little puzzled and replied, "I never really thought about it." Grandpa continued, "Well, it's because we suffer from the same problem. That's why we connect ourselves to some faction, sect, or clan, depending on that, it very hard for us sovereign to not get bored as we don't have anything to do, so" His eyes seemed to shine a little too brightly, which certainly made me feel like something bad was coming up. And as I expected, he said, "Your Majesty, it's about time you started your own family. Let me introduce you to my granddaughter, who has reached the immortal realm at world-breaking records. She is incredibly talented and, not to brag, she is one of the eight members of our Eternal Beauty Empire. What do you say, Your Majesty? Should we make preparations?"

My face flushed red, and I wanted to confront the old man right then and there, but I managed to control myself. I wasn't sure why I didn't shout, maybe because His Majesty was present, or maybe I was afraid of giving a wrong impression to him.

I looked at His Majesty's reaction, and even he seemed puzzled and at a loss for words due to my grandpa's proposition. He took a breath and looked at me. For the first time, his eyes, which had previously looked at me as if I were prey, didn't evoke fear in me. His lips, as red as an apple, seemed to invite me to take a bite. I couldn't help but wonder what was happening to me.

His Majesty shifted his gaze from me to my grandpa and said, "Uncle Li, I would have to refuse. I have no interest in marrying at the moment. If you have any other ideas besides marriage, please let me know." I didn't feel much emotion or surprise when His Majesty refused. I had somehow known that he wouldn't choose to marry me, although I wasn't sure why. Well, whatever it was, it's not like I wanted to marry him, I thought to myself.

I looked at my grandpa again, seeming to be deep in thought, and he said, "Your Majesty, I am not suggesting that you marry Ridhi. You can marry whoever you want, and I am not trying to curry favor with you. I truly believe that this is the best option." Now, even I felt that my grandpa was pushing things a little too far. As I turned to look, I saw His Majesty's face. His expression remained unchanged, but something had changed, that much was certain. His Majesty leaned forward and said, "If that's all you have to say, you may leave, Li Ancestor." My grandpa sighed and replied, "Your Majesty, that's what I truly believe. I don't have much more to offer from my experience."

"I thought to myself, my eyes shining. I proposed to His Majesty the idea of marrying Ridhi, as most sovereigns have gone through this phase to create a family or find a partner. The tricky part is that we also have friends and rivals to consider, but His Majesty has no equal, so I think marriage is the only option for him. Truth be told, I understood very well how His Majesty must feel, we sovereigns had a very hard to not getting bored when it came to that, after all, we were immortals as well as had the power to change the very fabric of reality, people worshiped us leaving nothing to left to seek, the only thing that was left that could give any semblance of happiness was genuine connection like family sect and other some of the things. I tried to explain that this was the best option for him, but I guess I annoyed him. I sighed and expressed my true feelings. As I was about to leave, my grandson said, "Your Majesty, why don't you go to the lower realm to have some fun?"

Aryan's POV

Members of the Li clan entered my quarters. I was looking outside from my balcony, and I could still see what was happening. The boy was looking around, and the girl seemed curious as well. I didn't pay much attention to it, but when the girl turned, most of the others followed suit. I didn't release any pressure, but even my mere presence was not something that couldn't be handled by a low-level cultivator. I saw the boy fall to the ground, followed by the girl and Li Ancestor, knowing it was their own decision. I had told them they didn't need to kneel, just bow, but they still knelt. Whatever, I said, "Stand up and have a seat." The Li clan took their seats, and I was still contemplating how to approach the topic. As I turned my head to go and sit on the couch, I knew that my mere pressure was overwhelming for immortals. I didn't understand why Li Ancestor didn't use his power to shield them. I guess he wanted them to know more about me. I sat on the couch and focused on Li Ancestor. I didn't want to scare them any more than they already were, so I asked Li Ancestor the usual questions. When I got the opportunity, I told him about what I should do. I wasn't expecting the response that came out. I was surprised. Truth be told, I haven't had many interactions with females since she died because of me. From that moment, I had closed my heart to women. I took a breath and looked at the girl he was talking about. She was a beauty there was no denying it, but if I wanted body pleasure I would just issue the statement a statement regarding it and a line of most beauties be there for me. But this wasn't what I desired.

I turned my head to Li Ancestor and said, "I would have to refuse. I have no interest in marrying at the moment. If you have any other ideas besides marriage." Even after I said that he persisted, and that annoyed me. My eyes opened a little more, which made the room colder than it was before. I wasn't in a good mood anyway, and I knew this cunning old man would keep pushing the matter. I said, "If you don't have anything else to say, you can leave." As I was contemplating whether I needed to call for a council meeting, the boy with Li's Ancestor spoke up.
