Update chapter

Well looks like most people want to go to the one piece world. I'm going to divide the one piece arc into 2 parts, first arc is going to be pre canon where mc learns haki and complete the missions. Time skip is going to happen in this arc.

Next time we in the one piece world canon would've started and it will be before white beards death.

I want to add someone from one piece to his peerage but I'm not sure who to add. You can suggest some people but I will only be adding 1 person form the world.
