Teamwork

Vather's watch alarm rang loudly in the room,as he slowly got up from the bed, after being afflicted with his nightmares of course,but they no longer bothered him as he was already used to it.

Slowly making his way to the bathroom,he had a quick bath and moved towards the kitchen to cook something for himself.Vather finished three plates of food and let out a loud burp sound before heading outside,He checked the time and discovered it was still 5:30AM

"30 minutes before class starts"he said to himself as he sat cross legged on the futon in his garden.A breathing sound could be heard in the garden as Vather chest rose and fall according to his breathing pattern,the air blowing around the garden moved his golden hair behind him,he tried to concentrate,to check out how his blood rotated round his body,he concentrated on the dimensional energy in the air as he tried to call it into his body without using his phantom.Which he failed to do but nonetheless a good way of relaxing his body before the day.

Slowly activating light scales,he could feel as some cells which has been lying dormant in his body began to shrink while producing light from deep within him.His heart was like the catalyst for the reaction as he felt it slowly rising no matter how much he tried to make it slowly beat,but he discovered that less energy was being lost the more he tried to stop his heart from beating loudly.A smile slowly bloomed on Vather's handsome face as he think he might just have discovered the way to reduce the energy required for his bloodline ability.He was brought out of his thinking when the watch rang loudly informing him of the devir extermination class he was having,in the next 10minutes.

"I'll make more research about that when I get back"he said to himself as he slowly got out of the house.

10 minutes later

Vather was already present in the hall,as the bald military teacher slowly entered the hall.

"Today,we will be beginning the class on teamwork and achieving perfect coordination among a group.

Since we are three hundred in the class,we can form a group of thirty,10 students in a group.A single squad leader must be present in a group and must be at the 3rd dimensional layer.Two team leaders will be present who will act as the eyes and ears of the squad leader. Since we have Thirty 3rd dimensional layer students,each of you will belong to a single team and become it's squad leader.Your two team leader must be at the 2nd layer dimensional layer.There must be at least 5 students with great fire power, while the other five students might have other auxiliary abilities".

The thirty 3rd dimensional layer students quickly got to work as they picked their team members.Vather got picked by Liam Burnes as he assigned him to the position of the 2nd squad leader and Henry Adler as the first squad leader.Two other students were picked who were of the 2nd dimensional layer while the remaining 5 were all at the 1st dimensional layer.A group of thirty was quickly formed as every team members were arranged at the back of their leaders within 20 minutes,which elicited a nod of approval from their teacher.

"Now your first mission has arrived, you'll be led to a different world where it's completely field to the brim with beasts at the body tempering stage,the strongest will be at the peak of body tempering stage.Your mission is very simple,Kill as many beast as you can in 2 hours,after that you'll immediately find yourself here.Points will be awarded based on how many beast you have killed.Delivering the last strike to the beast means it belongs to your team.You don't need to worry about bringing the beast body as your squad leader's watch will automatically record the beast killed by any of its teammate.

An early stage body tempering beast is 5 points.A middle stage beast is 10points, a late body tempering stage beast is 15 points while a peak body tempering stage beast is 20points.

Losing a teammate is a loss of ten point,you don't need to worry about dying as you'll be immediately teleported away,when you face an attack that is threatening to your life.

The points can be used to buy weapons, battle techniques, cultivation techniques etc.

So you can very much assume this is your first step towards towards being weak or strong.I hope you all won't disappoint me".

They were slowly led to a room filled with teleporters as each group were teleported away to another world.

Vather found himself in a forest as he saw nine students before him,who slowly regulate their eyes to the intensity of light.

Liam Burnes cleared his throat as he began.

"Let's begin by introducing ourselves, I'm Liam Burnes, with flame bloodline ability"

"Henry Adler, strength bloodline ability "

"Vather Celestria, Light bloodline ability "

" Theodore Roosevelt, Speed bloodline ability "

"Dionne Hayes, Wind bloodline ability "

"Oliver smith, Telekinesis bloodline ability "

"Gerald Stoll, Earth Raiser bloodline ability "

"William ostrill, wood bloodline ability "

"John Deere, transformation bloodline ability "

" Alvin Anderson,telepathy bloodline ability"

"That's very good,it seems our group pack quite the punch,then here's the plan,We will have five main attackers,which is I, Henry,John,and Gerald.We will be the team main attackers, Theodore will be in charge of distraction while the rest of you will act from afar either stalling or distracting the beast.Vather will be responsible for delivering the last blow to the beast due to his light ability known for its sharpness and swiftness.Does anyone have any ideas".No one raised up their hands,as they were pretty much confident in themselves and find no problem with the plan."Good,now remember protecting a team member is what matters the most.Are we clear"

"Yes sir",they all voiced out at the same time,

"then let's move".The group slowly head deeper into the forest as they began their first mission looking for their prey.

They have not travelled for 10 minutes when a loud roar boomed out into the air as they came face to face with a gigantic lion like beast at the middle body tempering stage cultivation.The entire group couldn't help but first feel a chill run down their spine on sighting the monstrosity.

The monstrous savage appearance of the beast making sweat pour out of the face of those at the early body tempering stage.

But Liam was already speeding of to the beast,small fire trailing on the ground behind him.Behind him followed Henry,who jumped high into the air,the beast looked at Henry who jumped into the air,as if he was a fool,when suddenly a pillar of earth appeared beneath it as it was forcefully blown into the air.Gerald could be seen seen his two hands placed on the ground, wearing a concentrated face.

The beast was still trying to balance itself properly in the air but the air around it start blowing erratically making it harder when suddenly it felt an overwhelming force smash into it's head, it's body was sent smashing into the ground as Henry slowly landed on the ground.Its head was still ringing when it felt a horrifying amount of heat heading it's side, a fist blazing in red flames slammed into it's side, it's entire body was sent hulking to the side as a pained howl escaped it's mouth.It crashed into a tree which mystically bent and impaled it as if directed by some force. William directly collapsed on the floor breathing hard as just bending that standing tree to impale the beast already took away majority of its energy,but that opening was all that was needed as a spear brimming with powerful golden light pierced through the still struggling beast chest directly blowing a hole in it.It couldn't even howl in pain before it dropped from the tree and collapsed to the floor.Its body remaining stationary as life slowly left it's eyes.Liam felt a beep sound in his watch confirming the death of the beast.

They've successfully killed their first prey with perfect teamwork.
