Superiority Madness

Zefiro was a man so arrogant as to be insane.  He considered himself different, and his superiority complex arose from a little bit of intelligence, which he called understanding, and luck.  A mentality so baseless and yet so unshakeable.  Who knows what will happen when a man with such a mindset swaps his soul with that of a half-god demonic cultivator, taking him to the hell of a distant fantasy world. Here you will find clashes between different values, problematic characters and breathtaking fights full of violence, born from the desire to challenge the strongest and impose itself, because no one with a ego is superior to it. And what's crazier than smiling at death, thinking about how you would redo all the mistakes in your life because you don't care? The first chapter could be slightly confusing, there are some digressions of the protagonists that are a bit complex but they serve to better understand his character and his actions. There was a god who was the son of night and underworld.

Being partially god of the night, he was associated by mortals with wickedness and as a result no one preached to him.

Until one day a girl begged him for her parents to go to heaven.

Though he had no power over the matter, the god did what he could to influence his father.

The girl, who learned of his efforts through an oracle, began to venerate him, becoming her priestess.

The god almost moved and was ecstatic that someone was preaching him.

When it was discovered that the girl worshiped a dark god, she was burned alive.  The god, enraged, forced the girl's soul into her body, bringing her back to life and giving her the power of necromancy to take revenge on her enemies.

The other gods, not happy with his actions, condemned the girl's soul to eternal pain and forced the god to supervise the souls, making sure they reached the realm of the dead from the realm of the living and vice versa, if they possessed a golden obula, as to how to get it, it was a mystery.

The god resigned himself to his fate, even if he was always feeling guilty for the girl's endless suffering.

In order to see the souls the eyes of the god were burned by the flames of hell, earning the nickname of Charun, which means burned eyes.

"Tell me, is this soul on Eternium?"

"Yes, in a sacred land of the gods, a celestial domain.

They are inaccessible at your level, and even for the strongest they are very dangerous."

"I promise then, even though you wanted to keep me here, I like that skelly look of yours, so I will release your friend from the torment and let you know!"

Out of nowhere the sky changed to the colors of sunset: streaks of pink and orange could be seen in the distance, and an endless sea of stars floated overhead.

Even the water turned to a crystalline blue, and a beach made of ordinary sand could be seen in the distance.

Behind them there was no sign of the infernal sky and sea.

As they approached, the boat began to move by itself: Charun raised his oar and swung it, Zefiro was drawn into it, possessing the horned skull.

The branch was then pointed somewhere on the beach while Zefiro could swear he heard words coming not from the raven but from the skeleton: "Good luck, oh damned, may you never visit this place again and free the hated from the heavens."

The landscape blurred as Zephyr was catapulted with immeasurable speed onto the beach.

He entered a body that was lying there, lifeless.

As soon as he entered it he felt a searing pain in his soul of him, as new memories were forced into him, they included the language of his new world, Eternalium.

The first thing he thought as soon as he learned the new language was that it wasn't remotely similar to anything he knew, the second that his old name was practically unpronounceable, so he decided to find himself a new one, he didn't think long and put the words he thought better described him together: warrior, Fei, and self-centered, Nan, from which Feinan was born.

His new body had the exact same build as the old one: average height, hourglass physique, fit but not much;  in his homeworld he only trained because he loved to eat and had to stay fit, but now he would have to fight and so take training more seriously.

He had very dark brown eyes and hair of the same color, tanned skin.

He had short hair, with a curly topknot and no beard.

His face was diamond shaped, with prominent cheekbones and a defined but not wide jawline, he certainly looked good, but now it was time to check the most important thing.

He was wearing very simple clothes, a beige short-sleeved shirt, long brown trousers and boots of the same color.

He took off his shoes, lifted up his pants, waded into the water up to his knees, slipped off his belt and started thinking about some actress, in the end he was happy to notice that the mythical dragon was no shorter than before.

After beating his meat, he felt like eating some, of animals, of course, so he went hunting.

Behind him was a village, gently sloping, with a forest beside it.

He headed towards the forest in search of prey.

He was careful where he put his feet, walking on his toes and crouching, to scare the animals as little as possible.

He found what was probably the rabbit equivalent of Eternium, so he approached from behind with a twig in hand and tried to stab it.

However, the rabbit split into 4 copies, and the one the man pierced turned out to be an illusion, he quickly moved away from the other 3 copies, but it turned out that the real "rabbit" was behind him, the creature jumped and bit him almost tearing his arm away, the man shook off the little demon and kicked it, slamming it against a trunk.

The man tries to throw the twig to pin the evil rabbit to the trunk, but the creature dodges by jumping and lands on a branch of the tree.

Feinan tries to back away to find another twig, but as he was pulling it off, the rabbit jumps on him, hearing the sound of the twig snapping under the rabbit's force he ducked, and it turned out to be the correct choice because the rabbit went to bumping into the branch he was breaking off a while ago.

Feinan then takes the rabbit in his hands and throws it as far as possible in the opposite direction to the village.

Finally the man, who was losing a lot of blood, took a twig to use as a stick and headed towards the village in a dying state.
