I'm Not Doing Anything

Princess Vittoria Olympia of the Romana family of Olympus

"Look at you, you look like a raccoon."

I let out a fake laugh before I had a blank expression on my face, "Your friend is heartbroken and you're making fun of her."

"You're toxic, I thought you liked Pierre," Tricia laughed as she sat on my vanity's counter top as I applied my face cleanser to my face.

I had called her over immediately after my bath because if there was one person who could vindicate that I was right in this situation I hoped it was her.

"I thought so too, but then whenever I hear him talk I feel like dying. He's the type of man that's beautiful when his mouth is closed but when he starts talking you wish you could-"

"Jump off a yacht." We looked at each other with pursed lips before we burst out laughing. "When did you suddenly know how to swim like that?"

"Fear sis, fear," I guffawed as I practically cried. "You should have seen the ring he got me."

"It was out of love Olly, you should have given it a chance," she sighed as I washed my face.

I first rinsed it off then dried it, "I don't want to give him false hope it would be evil of me. I tried to explain it to Papa but he just wants me to go back home."

"To Olympia?" she gaped.

I nodded, "I had a week but I may have had a mini rant which cut my days down to three days now. That's why I suggested we go out."

She shook her head causing her red braids to move with her, "Olly, I don't think this is a good idea. If you're already in trouble I don't think we should add more fuel to the fire."

"What will it change? He's already going to lock me up, I might as well enjoy the few days I have left," I grinned. "Come on Tritri! Let's paint the town red for one last time!"

She twisted her red painted lips that complimented her light milk chocolate skin, "You're going to get me into trouble."

"But isn't that our middle name? Please I'll do anything. Do this for your best friend," I pressed my hands together in a prayer motion.

She rolled her brown eyes before she softly smiled, "Fine, but just know I won't answer for you when you're in trouble."

Two hours later we both had a full face of glowing make up that matched our outfits. I was dressed in a hot pink fuzzy trim crop velvet tube top with a matching bodycon skirt. My arms were covered in pull on velvet sleeves that had a light pink fuzzy trim as well on the wrists.

I wore the ring my Papa gave me just to show people what I expected because I knew all eyes were going to be on me. I had let my curly mane down which kind of helped draw the attention away from how short my skirt was. To make my one point five meter height look taller I wore my satin pink 'Versace medusa aevitar' platform pumps.

Tricia, wore a purple checked mini skirt with a cropped blazer and inside wore a black lacy body suit with a thick diamond encrusted silver necklace. Her shoes were the same as mine but light purple. She had tied her red braids up into a high ponytail and in my opinion we truly did look like 'Bratz' dolls.

Tricia and I had been best friends since we were in high school. She was two years younger than me but most people said she was more mature and had more common sense. Plus the fact she was taller really added the fuel to my fire.

As a Princess there were always people who just wanted to be in your circle to use you, but out of them all she was the realist. That was why she knew me better than everyone else and knew I had not become the world's image of a sugar baby because I am a rebel. She knew this was all because of Campbell.

Her driver drove us to the elite club a few blocks away in a black sleek Mercedes s500. There was not a chance either of us would not drink tonight and we did not want to take any risks.

From the moment we stepped out the car multiple fans cheered to get our attention. As I was here to please the people I took a few pictures as she did as well. Even though she always got caught up in my antics she was highly respected in the medical field and had a large fan basis of her own.

Eventually after twenty minutes we came into the club and an usher led us to the VIP area I had booked for us with our other 'friends'.

"Vittoria," the six girls squealed almost deafening me as they jumped and bounced around like Chihuahuas on drugs.

"Girls," I smiled as we climbed up the stairs. We all kissed cheeks before we sat down by the plat formed area that raised us higher from the dance floor and bar.

"We saw what happened on the news," Cassandra gasped as she flicked her blonde extensions over her shoulder.

"Oh what happened?" I took a sip of the pink cocktail I had ordered and looked up to her with raised eyebrows.

"You jumped off a yacht to get away from Pierre," Allison made her already big blue eyes even bigger.

I let out a small laugh and nodded, "Crazy right."

"Well it makes sense. I have a good feeling Pierre wanted to marry you because apparently his dad has a huge court case, their suing him for millions. I'm sure they wanted your net worth," Julia gossiped as the flash of the club's lights shone on her chocolate skin.

For a moment I almost regretted inviting them. I absolutely hated them.

"Did you also see there's been an announcement that Campbell is engaged?" Tessa covered her mouth with her hands as she let out a small fake gasp, "I wasn't supposed to say that was I?"

Tricia looked at me with concerned eyes as I just smiled and numbly called over a waiter, "Can I please have two shots of tequila?"

"Olly no, don't do this," she frowned as I dismissively waved my hand and laughed.

"I'm not doing anything," I beamed but felt my heart break more and more with each passing second.
