Spending Money, Eve of Departure

Flare stared blankly at Yuki, however this time he wasn't mesmerized by her otherworldly appearance, he was thinking deeply about what Yuki said.

What she said, Flare already guessed most of it, he just didn't know the exact details, although he knew his Flames were really powerful, he always felt something was missing. "As I thought without really reaching S class talent, those with S class talent is still above better than me in other ways"

"growth type talent must have its advantages, I just don't know it yet, I will have to ask elder Lei when I see him"

Flare decided to leave the cave alone, the awkwardness from the earlier incident still hadn't disappeared making him still feel a bit embarrassed and the vicious mouth phoenix wasn't making things any better.

Stepping out of the cave, Flare saw that two moons still hung in the sky, reminding all about the horror of the night. Flare wasn't as scared as before, now he was only in the outer regions of the Monster Forest, only tier 1 and tier 2 monsters can be found here and he had the strength to face peak tier 2 monsters somewhat evenly.

Watching Flare leave Yuki could only shake her head

"Little Mi, you should control how you speak to others, Your mouth is going to get us in many problems in the future"

"Don't be fooled by that stinky dragon boy because he is a bit good looking and his 'thing' is big, that's how those perverted dragons seduced so many beast in the past"

" You..... You....."

"What big 'thing' are you talking about ^_^" Yuki said with a red face"

"You can't fool me, remember our minds are connected, I can tell what you're thinking about"

"how can you be so naughty, weren't you just born" Yuki said trying to change the subject.

Little Mi puffed her chest " yes I hatched the same time we became partners " .

"beast's with high ranking bloodlines can inherit their ancestor's memories, I inherited memories from my ancestors, so I know alot about these lecherous dragons"

"No wonder you disliked him the first time you saw him" Yuki siad to herself.

"Don't be fooled by him, those lecherous dragons tricked alot of woman because of their good looks and larger thing 'd*ck' , although he isn't a real dragon, the dragon breath is really strong on him" Mioara said with distain

" I wonder if one of your ancestors was also fooled by a dragon" Yuki said with a smile

"Humpph."Miora shifted her gaze

"Stop being so naughty and use the Yin seed, I have to you teach how to talk infront others when we return to the city" Yuki said after flicking little Mi in her head.

Early in the morning, Flare returned to the sky city , sunlight enveloped the city, giving it a very mystical feeling. As one of Blue planets largest and oldest city, the roads and building were built very beautifully with an ancient feeling, masking the horror of the past wars that buried billions of humans under it's soil.

The city wasn't as bustling like normal, but in a few hours it will return to normal proceedings.

Walking through the streets Flare drew alot of attention because of his torn clothes, but he didn't care.

After traveling through the endless forest for almost a week, Flare returned after what he could call a successful trip, not only did he breakthrough to spirit concentration realm , he also leveled up his talent and formed a fire seed, he did all of that in only five days.

Flare halted his step infront a luxurious clothing store. Beautiful clothes dazzled his eyes as Flare entered , just the look of the clothes and Flare knew they were really expensive.

Before he awakened he couldn't even come close to this store because of how expensive the clothes were,they sell clothes made from monsters fur and and rare materials, that allows them to last really long without looking washed out, because of that, this clothing store is one of the favorites for awakeners in the sky city

"Luckily I received the five hundred thousand gold coins from Yuki"

"Sir this is not a the place you can enter" as he was admiring the clothes, a beautiful woman appeared, she wore a beautiful long purple dress with dreamy blue eyes captivating the hearts of people, judging from her appearance she worked at the store, however right now, Flare couldn't appreciate her beauty, he could see the scorn in her face as she looked at him, it reminded him alot of the scorn he faced when growing up in the orphanage,

"Why can't I enter ", now he was wearing torn up clothes making him look no different from a beggar, so he knew she must have misunderstood him, however he still felt a bit emotional.

"The clothes we sell here are really expensive, cheapest clothes cost over 100 gold coins, you should find a less expensive store...."

Not waiting for her to finish speaking, Flare took out one of the Golden bills worth over 100,000 gold coins, drawing the attention of the other customers in the store

"I'm sorry.... I....."

Waving his hands Flare responded "you're only doing your job"

"I want highest quality clothes of different colors, preferably ones that can resist strong fire and explosions " Flare said after remembering his most embarrassing incident.

"Sir, do you have a storage device to place all these clothes, it can't fit in your backpack"

Flare finally remembered this problem, before he couldn't even consider it because of how expensive storage devices were, In the Monster forest he had to leave alot of precious monster materials because he couldn't store it,

" I will purchase one then come and pick up the clothes "

"Don't worry sir we have storage devices of all sizes here" the beautiful receptionist said

Looking at her smiling expression Flare knew he fell into a trap, but he didn't care as he was going to buy one soon anyway.

"Don't call me sir, I'm only 16 years old, how big is the space in the storage device"

The receptionist smiled charmingly " you look like a man to me"

Flare felt blood rushing to his head and his brother downstairs "stop teasing me and show me the storage devices" Flare said with a red face

The receptionist smiled beautifull as three items appeared in her hands:

"This is a low grade storage pouch, it has the space of large shelve, it cost 50,000 gold coins"

"This medium grade storage ring has the space of a large room, about 200 square feet, it costs 150,000 gold coins"

"And finally this a another medium grade storage ring with the space 3 large rooms, costing 1 million gold coins"

"How the hell are these so expensive" Flare cursed

when he worked at the weapon shop, he only earned about 50 gold coins a year, he thought he was very rich after he received 500,000 gold coins but he was immensely wrong.

"The life of a awakener really can't be understood with common sense " Flare could only shake his head

Taking out another golden note, Flare gave the receptionist two golden bills to purchase the medium grade storage ring that cost 150,00 gold coins, although his heart ached, he really needed the storage device

After spending nearly 200,000 gold coins he returned to his dorm.

For the first time in 6 days he could finally lay down without worrying about monsters that could be hiding in the dark.
