The Introduction

"You are still home ?" asked Praveen's dad. "Aren't you getting late for work "? "Yes, Appa. I need to hurry up". Replied Praveen who was still basking in the glory of so called success.

He fixed his tie ,put his bag over his shoulder and sped off in his bike to work. Instead of going to work he went to Laya's town which was around an hour away from his home . He was going to be very late for work but he was least concerned about that.

He deliberately sped past Laya's house to just get a glimpse of the perturbed face of any of the family members in the house. Well....he was not so lucky. He did not see anyone. He sped to work with a smile on his face and a song in his mind . He felt his phone vibrate which he ignored completely since he knew it was no one else but Laya trying to reach him desperately .

Praveen reached work at noon knowing pretty well that his manager is going to be really mad at him . He worked in a small firm . He has been struggling to pass his CA inter exams for quite some time now . This was his last year of articleship. He had decided that if he did not clear even 1 part of CA inter exams this year he is going to drop pursuing Chartered Accountancy and look for something else .

As soon as he reached he was greeted by Samir his childhood friend who was in the final year of articleship and was preparing for CA Finals. "Praveen , why so late ?" asked Samir . Praveen gave a very lost look . He had not shared his secret with anyone till date . He was about to pour out his secret to Samir but then decided to keep his mouth shut .Instead Praveen said "oh! I overslept .

Samir could sense something different about Praveen's Aura today but he was too worried about the upcoming client meeting . So did not think much about it.
