'It hasn't increased as much as I would've liked, I wanted to move forwards more quickly so I can save Captain America, I can see now that I was still acting immature like this was a cartoon world where my actions wouldn't matter in the grand scheme of things but that is false by the captured captain, I thought that they wouldn't be harmed and fulfil their destiny of becoming avengers and saving the world at each sign of catastrophe.'

James then noticed a blinking symbol in the corner of his vision, when he desired to open it with his mind another screen popped up in front of him

[congratulations on reaching level 15 would you like to collect your reward?]

[yes] [no]

Once James clicked yes yet another screen popped up

[your rewards have been deposited into your inventory]

James closed down the precious system screens, decluttering his vision and opened his inventory where he saw an additional slot being filled by what looked like a long blaster rifle

Once James released it from his inventory so he can view it in person he soon realised it was something extremely dangerous

The Amban phase-pulse blaster, a disrupter rifle capable of completely disintegrating people, or if you wanted to not kill your target also capable of electrocuting people, and if you wanted to spy on someone it could listen to conversations houses away. An extremely deadly weapon to opponents but a work of art for James just when he was thinking he couldn't pack a punch.

James felt a rush of excitement as he held the Amban rifle in his hands. He knew of its legendary power, capable of incapacitating even the most formidable of foes. The weapon was said to be nearly indestructible and highly sought after, making it a valuable asset in the fight against his enemies.

Along with the rifle, James felt a sense of relief and determination as he thought about the recent rescue of Captain America. He and Natasha had faced numerous obstacles to save their comrade, but the reward was worth it. The ultimate star wars equipment was now in his possession, and James was ready to continue their fight against Hydra.

As he looked over the rifle, James made a mental note of its features, carefully considering the best way to use it in combat. He was no stranger to danger and had faced many tough challenges in his journey, but he knew that with this weapon, his chances of survival were greatly increased.

As James held the Amban rifle, he couldn't shake the feeling of dread that was settling in the pit of his stomach. He was aware of the looming invasion of New York by the Chitari army, a powerful and relentless force that was known for its brutal tactics and its thirst for conquest.

In just two weeks, New York would be under siege, and James was filled with a sense of unease at the thought of the destruction and chaos that would ensue. He knew that he needed to prepare himself and his team for the impending battle, but the idea of facing such a formidable enemy was daunting.

"I need to stay focused," James thought to himself, trying to push away the fear. "I need to be ready for whatever comes my way. I can't let my emotions get the best of me."

As James steeled himself for the fight to come, the Chitari army was preparing for their invasion. They had been preparing for this moment for years, building their army, their weapons, and their tactics with precision. They were an efficient and ruthless machine, marching towards their next conquest.

The Chitari commanders oversaw the final preparations, their glowing eyes glowing with excitement at the thought of the coming battle. They were confident in their abilities, certain that they would emerge victorious and claim New York as their own.

James, Natasha and multiple teams of S.H.I.E.L.D. agents stormed the Hydra base in a desperate attempt to rescue Captain America. The sound of weapons firing and alarms blaring echoed through the halls as they fought their way through countless numbers of Hydra soldiers.

James was filled with a sense of urgency as the invasion of New York drew nearer with each passing day. He couldn't shake the feeling that time was running out, and he was filled with a growing sense of impatience and anxiety. The thought of not being able to save Captain America weighed heavily on his mind, and he was determined to leave no stone unturned in his mission to rescue his comrade.

As they reached the room where Captain America was being held, James's heart sank as he realized it was too late. The cell was empty, and the trail had gone cold. The frustration and anger built inside of him as he thought of the time they had wasted, and how they were no closer to saving their friend.

Natasha tried to calm him down, reminding him that they were still making progress, but James couldn't shake the feeling of dread that was settling in his gut. The invasion was drawing near, and he couldn't help but worry about the future. He couldn't help but wonder if they would be too late if the fate of New York would rest on their shoulders.

Meanwhile, in an unknown location in space, the alien army of the Chitari was preparing for war. They had been waiting for this moment for years, and their invasion of Earth was finally within their grasp. The thought of the power and conquest that was to come filled the minds of the aliens as they readied themselves for battle. The ominous silence of the city only served to heighten the sense of dread and foreboding that hung heavy in the air.

Natasha pov

"Director Fury, I've been keeping a close eye on James and I'm concerned about his state of mind. The recent attempt to rescue Captain America has left him more on edge and anxious than I've ever seen him. The looming invasion of Earth by the Chitari is weighing heavily on him and he's become increasingly impatient and agitated.

He's taking the failure to rescue Captain America very personally and it's affecting his ability to focus and make clear decisions. He's fixated on the idea of finding a way to stop the invasion, even if it means going against orders and putting himself in unnecessary danger.

I'm afraid that if we don't intervene, James's behaviour will only become more reckless and dangerous. He needs to be reined in and reminded of the importance of working together with SHIELD to achieve our goals. We need to find a way to help him channel his energy more productively and effectively."

Natasha stood in front of Fury, reporting on the recent events and the current state of James, the unknown alien who had joined their mission to rescue Captain America. "Sir, I'm concerned about James. He's becoming increasingly impatient and anxious with each passing day as the invasion of Earth by the Chitari draws near. He's been taking on more risks and showing signs of impulsive behaviour."

Fury listened intently, his eyes narrowed. "What do you think is causing this, could it be linked to his past or is this unusual behaviour for what he's experiencing?" he asked.

"I think it's a combination of things," Natasha replied. "The pressure of the looming invasion, the failure to rescue Captain America and the uncertainty of what's happening to him. James is not like us, sir. He's an unknown alien and that, coupled with his current state of mind, makes him a potential threat, it seems that he is not fully capable of dealing with the feelings and might show the immatureness caused by leaving Earth at a young age but he could be faking it. There just isn't enough to go off.."

Fury nodded, considering her words. "We need to keep an eye on him. If he does anything that endangers this mission or the lives of any of our agents, I'll have no choice but to neutralize him."

Natasha understood the gravity of Fury's words. She had seen James in action and knew just how capable he was, but at the same time, she couldn't ignore the fact that he was unpredictable and potentially dangerous. "I'll make sure he stays on task and doesn't do anything rash," she said. "But if he continues to spiral, we may need to take action."

Fury nodded. "Understood. We'll cross that bridge when we come to it. For now, let's focus on the mission at hand and keep our eyes open. The Chitari invasion is drawing closer and we need to be prepared for the worst."
