Prologue

Many of us had heard the stories of the Cold War, How the United States and Russia kept amassing their nuclear arsenals, hoping with each new weapon, they would have the advantage. Nothing came of that...Until 2020, China and the United States decided the world was at its end and reigned fire from the skies. My name is Alexander, one of the many survivors of the end, born-a-new by the fire. I am a warrior in training for the Two-Rivers Clan "Eagle Rock". All traces of the once thriving civilization have been lost, although the fires hadn't reached our valley, shadows of the past linger, haunting us. One such place, Ottawa, named after one of the native tribes that lived in the area years before us, there resides her last defender, given the name "The Ghost of Ottawa" by my people. It stalks your every movement throughout the former town's streets, alleys, and buildings.

It is said it wears all green, some type of military uniform or something, wielding a revolver and a sword, it kills everyone who dares enter three parts of town. Across the Great Bridge, some small house, not too damaged by the fire, the statue of someone named Lincoln-Douglas, and beneath the Great Bridge by one of the two rivers. We dare not challenge it, but with the other clans pushing us out of territory, it will be only a matter of time before we find ourselves at its mercy.

Their courage will be tested, and their value questioned....
