Chapter 2 [ The Witch And The Spider]

AVENGERS TOWER 1. FLOOR, NEW YORK CITY, 11.02.2016

A beautiful young woman was in her room, getting ready to go out she had dark long hair, black stockings, a red lether jacked, a black rock with a black tight t-shirt and two chaines, one hanging till her breast and one till her stomache. 24 years old and a broken heart. Wanda Maximoff who joined the Avengers after the events in Sokovia and after Pietros, her brothers death. As she walked out of the elevator she read the mind of 4 men, who worked for S.H.I.E.L.D and drunked coffee.

1.She looks hot

2.Holy shit she is beautiful.

3.If I had only a chance to bang her.

4.I would immediantly leave my wife for her.

Wanda grined like a fine villain. She walked out of the giant building, looking like the hottest hero. Since she joined the team, she often went out for fresh air just to calm herself down from all she went through and all the missions she had. With her hands in the pockets of her jacket, she went downtown lost in her own mind until a womans scream cought her attention. She went to the place where she was hearing it. And saw a man in a dark alley with pulled down pants and his hand on her mouth while he pressed her against the wall. Wandas eyes started glowing full of rage.

"Scum"

she said with a russian accent. And before she could throw a red blast at him his hand was caught by a web and someone throwed him of the woman, punched him in the face and knocked him down. Wanda saw a man in a black and red suit with white big eyes and a spider symbol on his back and his chest. He swung to the woman asked her if she was alright, she said yes and runned away. Wanda looked at the Spider, her head slightly tilted to the side and she was shoked that she couldnˋt read his mind. She looked at the man, who was laying on the ground, walked towards him and was ready to blast him up but she was stopped by the spiders hand.

"Wait, the cops are on their way"

Wanda looked angry at the man

"Do you think a couple of months in prison will stop him?"

The Spider looked deep down into her eyes that were glowing scarlet red.

"He will have time to think whatˋs wrong and what´s right"

"HA, bullshit."

Spider-Man now pressed her arm a little harder.

"We donˋt decide who lives or who dies"

She looked at him and at the man back to back. Until she heard the sirens.

"They are here... he will get what he deserves"

He slowly let her hand go and as he was ready to swing away Wanda said.

"What if I kill him before the police comes?" "You wonˋt"

Wanda again tilted her head to the side "Why ?"

He stand still, his back turned to her and said with a deep and calm voice

"1. There are cameras in that store directly pointing into this alley.

2. If the Avengers found out that you killed someone who could have get to prison to change, you would be in trouble isnˋt that right Scarlet Witch"

She glared at him

"But the most important part is that you are not that way."

"You donˋt know me"

Silence

"I see it in your eyes...You are not... like that". The Spider swung away and as Spider-Man said, Wanda let the man go and walked away, again lost in her thoughts.

'Why could I not read his mind ? It is like he has an extra sense that is stopping me from entering his mind. So you are the Spider-Man.'

Wanda grined a little.

"He is kinda cute. I wonder what he looks like under that mask"

she wispered to herself.

(NEXT SCENE)

NEW YORK CITY, 11.02.2016

Spider-Man was swinging through the city as he landed on the spot where he, Daredevil and Punisher usualy meet. He landed infront of them. He walked towards Frank...

"34!"

He yelled

"34 deaths Frank"

"It would have been more if you wouldnˋt be such a pussy"

Peter, full of anger, was ready to fight him as Daredevil went between them.

"HEY...hey...I know his methods arenˋt justifed but you canˋt change him. We need him for the fight against KingPins gang" "You donˋt have to worry about his gang red cause I will slaughter them all"

Now Daredevil turned around him too, full of rage, and yelled.

"YOU ARE KILLING THEM AND YOU WILL BE EXACTLY LIKE THEM"

Punisher burst out laughing

"You think I will turn like them just because I free the World from these motherfuckers ?. LOOK AROUND... THIS CITY NEEDS MEN WHO ARE READY TO MAKE THE HARD CALLS"

"AND YOU ARE ONE OF THEM"

Spider-Man yelled.

"DAMN RIGHT I AM...these people think they can play god so I show them their place. You two hit them and they get up, I hit them and they STAY DOWN"

"This city is not your damn shooting gallary. You canˋt just kill everyone you think deserves it"

Daredevil looked at him with anger

"You crossed the line Frank"

"I fucking what?"

"You crossed the line"

"The line ?"

"WHICH FUCKING SIDE ARE YOU ON FRANK."

Peter screamed

"I DONˋT GIVE A FUCK RIGHT NOW...RIGHT"

Silence

"I DONˋT WANT THAT YOU TWO TRY TO CONVINCE ME, BECAUSE MY METHODS ARE NOT IN FAVOR OF YOUR FUCKING MORALS. I WANT THAT YOU TWO ACKNOWLED THAT YOUR ANGER IS UN-FUCKING-JUSTIFED. I WANT YOU TWO TO ACKNOWLED, THAT YOU HAVE NO RIGHT TO SHOW SOME MORAL AFTER YOU DECIDED TO WORK WITH ME" 

Frank Castle walked towards the two heros. All 3 of them were now eye to eye, staring at each other, all of them full of rage.

"How many bones, yeah, how many lifes do you two destroy for your so called justice...and for that you will go straight to fucking hell, ainˋt ya, JUST LIKE ME!!!!...And you two fucking stand there, judging me and talk to me about crossing some fucking line?"

He pulled a gun out pressed it in Peterˋs Hand and pulled it up, the gun directly pointed on his own head.

"Everytime I am pulling that trigger, right, I am pulling that trigger for a FUCKING honorbal reason, LIKE A HONORBAL MAN, NOT SOME MANIAC OR SOME FUCKING CIVILIAN...who doesnˋt undestand...the wicked way of our world my friend..."

The air was heavy between them. No one spoke a single word for 10 secounds before Daredevil broke the silence.

"KingPin is already on the streets again. I will contact you both when I find him but until then stay on the ground"

Daredevil jumped of the roof and vanished behind a building. Peter and Frank still were standing there...starring at each other. Both turned around and walked away without saying a single word. Peter again swung through New York. He thought absolutly nothing, he feelt absolutly nothing, he just swung through the city.

(NEXT SCENE)

He climbed in his room, through his window, closed the door and put off his suit and instead he put on some joggers and went to the kitchen but his aunt was not there.

"Late night shift huh"

Peter took his suit off, put it back in his backpack and went to the bathroom to shower. He dryed himself carefully as the wounds that covered his body still hurted from the fight against Kingpin. It was almost midnight and he finally layed on his bed and fell asleep.
