Kick ass with sass

The next day Mo Chou woke up early for military training.

After having breakfast together in the cafeteria, she and her roommates walked to the training ground.

They were gathered together with other students in their class and waiting for the instructor.

When the rest of the students saw the famous Mo Chou, they hesitantly came forward to talk to her but quickly realised that she was actually a very easy going.

They chatted together till the instructor arrived.

The military training in the Capital University was very strict. The instructor started giving instructions right after he arrived.

First he made them stand still in the military position for half an hour.

He was surprised to see Mo Chou's correct and sturdy position so he praised her and made her an example for the students.

The students started admiring her even more but there were some who were jealous.

"What's the big deal about good posture? If she was so great she shouldn't have used her family's connections to enter the university" a girl said aloud with an ugly expression.

"Ignore her, she's just envious of you" Huang Chunhua said quietly trying to comfort Mo Chou.

Mo Chou still pondered over the girl's words as she didn't want this to be an issue forever.

So after the training for the day was over, she went over to the principal's office.

She knocked on the door and entered the office.

The principal was shocked to see her and let her take a seat. Mo Chou directly talked about the issue and the solution she had thought for it.

The principal was naturally delighted with the plan that she had come up with and accepted it as he didn't want the university to be blamed for favouritism.

The next day, a post was posted by Capital University on the school forum. It showed Mo Chou's entrance exam results that she had given yesterday.

The results shocked the whole University as she had not only got first place but also full marks.

This also stopped the mouths of the people who were hating on Mo Chou.

The news of Mo Chou getting first place also reached Liu Dai who was baffled. His spoiled sister who had not performed well in a single exam since elementary school had got full marks on the super difficult entrance exams.

He wondered if she had just been acting stupid while hiding her talents all this while.

But the question was 'why'?

Meanwhile the person who had blown up the whole school forum was sitting in her dorm room enjoying snacks.

Li Chen and Huang Chunhua glanced at each other and decided to ask her "why didn't you give the entrance exams in the first place when you're clearly a genius? " asked Li Chen.

"Because I didn't want to," replied Mo Chou with a straight face.

"All right boss, whatever you say is right," Huang Chunhua replied jokingly.

During the entire military training Mo Chou performed excellently earning her praises and jealousy.

She even got extra credit for her exceptional performance during military training.

Mo Chou became quite popular among her peers. She was also nominated as number one campus Belle.

The day that military training finished, Mo Chou was waiting with her luggage for the chauffeur to pick her up. She recognised her family's car but saw that the driver was different from the previous one.

"Where is the old driver?" questioned Mo Chou.

"He is sick,young miss" answered the new driver.

"Alright, let's go" said Mo Chou without really suspecting anything.

During the ride home, Mo Chou started feeling sleepy. She was usually alert and hardly felt sleepy if not in a place she deemed as safe so she was a little surprised.

She started feeling uneasy and realised that she was inhaling sleeping gas. Since her current body was weak, she couldn't fight against it.

The partition was down so she couldn't fight the driver and the doors were locked. Mo Chou tried hard to stay awake but gradually fell asleep.

When Mo Chou woke up, she was trapped in a chair with rope binding her arms. She was in the basement of some building. It took awhile for her to remember the events that led to her being in this situation

'I have been kidnapped,' thought Mo Chou. She suddenly started laughing hysterically. She had been kidnapped for the first time in her life.

In her previous life no one could even think of harming a strand of her hair without getting their arms chopped off but she had been kidnapped not long after living this life.

It was because she had been living leisurely since she reincarnated into this body without danger constantly over her head.

'Haa, I shouldn't have been so carefree'.

As much as Mo Chou found the situation hilarious, she started thinking of ways to escape. As an assassin she naturally had hidden weapons on her body.

There was a tiny blade on her watch which could be used to cut the ropes. She had gotten it online for self defence.

The kidnappers had underestimated her and the ropes were quite thin.

She started cutting the ropes and was about to succeed when two men suddenly entered the room.

One of them was the driver. Mo Chou immediately started acting scared and trembling.

The men saw that she had woken up. One of the men came forward and started talking "No need to be scared little girl, you will soon be dead".

Mo Chou started acting even more scared and asked the man " W-who are you and why did you kidnap me? ".

"I am just an ordinary person" answered the man " And as to why I kidnapped you, it's because your parents killed my son".

"W-what don't talk nonsense.. Why would my parents kill your son?"Mo Chou didn't believe him but was a littlecurious.

"My son killed himself when he lost his job at your parents company and now you will die just like him" the man answered with a crazy look in his eyes.

"P-please don't kill me" Mo Chou pretended to plead to buy herself some time.

"It's no good begging me, little girl" The man said while inching closer.

He took out a knife and just as he was about to stab her, Mo Chou snapped the rope and kicked him.

The other man also came forward but they were no match for Mo Chou as she beat them black and blue.
