Chapter 13: Dragon Failures

When they were at the Boss Door, Artreus had an idea and decided to fly up to the Channeler first. He pulled out Bloodskaal and impaled him through the head before he could react.

After that, he teleported to the Borderlands Universe. More specifically, the exact moment that the Vault Hunters were supposed to encounter Saturn.

He just touched Saturn and teleported to the Gaping Dragon Boss Fight arena.

After that, he decided to teleport back to the Borderlands Universe, but this time to the exact place of Angel's corpse was located.

He didn't know where it was. He just told Luna that Angel's Corpse was the destination he wanted to go to and she did it through the System.

He appeared inside a very cold room. He seems to be on Helios. He looked at the table in front if him and it was Angel's Body, resting.

He touched the Body and teleported to a abandoned home in Sanctuary he remembered from the game. He placed her body on a bed and turned himself invisible with the Makluan Rings and teleported yer again but this time to Tannis.

When he did, he knocked her out and had Luna scan her.

Artreus: "Is Angel's Soul within the PhaseShift power that Tannis inherited?"

Luna: "Yes. Though it is dormant."

Artreus: "Remove it from her and put it into a Bkack Soul Gem. Don't bother with the Siren Power. I just want the Soul."

Luna had removed 12,000 Souls from his Souls he had. In fact, something like this would cost only 100 Souls. But since Angel was a Siren, her soul was a little more special. Thus she had the same amount if Souls a normal NPC Boss, like Ciqran or Gough would roughly have, or an high level NPC invader.

Once that was done, he went back to Angel's body and transfered the Soul from the Black Soul Gem into Angel's Body. He had given some of his blood and dripped it into her mouth so that his Immortality and regeneration can cure Angel of her Eridium Poisoning, otherwise she would just die again.

When that happened, Angel's body had regained some of its youth. The metal Implant on the side if her head had been pushed out and the flesh regenerated.

Her hair had grown back and had reached past her shoulders in length. Her pale skin features of her once lifeless body had returned to life and regained its colour.

She pounced up from the bed and gasped heavily.

She looked around frantically, she noticed she wasn't at Control Core Angel where she had died and the spotted Artreus in the room looking at her.

She was cautious if him since she doesn't know who he is. Before she could question him, he spoke first.

Artreus: "I know what you might want to ask me so let me answer them. I am not a Vault Hunter. Yes, you were dead. Jack hasn't been stopped yet, he has captured Lilith and he is using her to charge the Vault Key to awaken The Warrior. The Vault Hunters will stop him so don't worry. Jack will also be killed by them. How You are alive is because I had Resurrected you from the dead. I am not a God...yet. This world has nothing yo offer but misery and insanity. The world I come from is violent and full of death, but there isn't really a need yo worry. They are just monsters or dead beings that try to kill you. One day I plan on leaving that world to go to a more peaceful one. I can also send you to a peaceful world if you don't want to come with me. I can also give you to a good family in a separate Universe all together. I can reverse your age so you can be a child and re-experience childhood all over again but this time properly. You are noonger a Siren and can either live a normal life with a good family I know, or you can come with me and join in my adventures. The choice is yours. I know that this is a lot to take in. I am sort of on a deadline so I will be back in a few dozen days or however long you need to absorb all this. Don't worry about walking around, i gave you some new clothes on the bed, since your Hyperion clothing won't do. I have also out an Illusion magic spell, or what you could call in its scientific term, a hologram Disguise, to conceal your real identity. You can do whatever you want as if you weren't Angel, but someone else. I have to go now since someone is waiting for me, I'll be back soon for your choice."

With that he had vannished and gone to Hero's Pass.

Angel had just sat there frozen for a few minutes before she fully could comprehend everything he had said to her.

She had cried and cried in the bed, that at long last, she could have her freedom and not die. That she was still alive and free from her father Handsome Jack. That everything was over. That she was finally free of the Hell and prison she had been locked up in for so long.

Meanwhile, Artreus had entered the Vault of The Warrior. He immediately teleported to Lilith and grabbed her. He then teleported out of there and back to Sanctuary. It turned out he had arrived exactly when the Vult Hunters returned to begin The Talon Of God quest.

He left to leave them to their confusion.

He returned to the Vault and used the Makluan Rings to incapacitate and subdue Jack. He created some bindings around him made of the same material that the Makluan Guardian of the 5th Rong was made of - Fing Fang Foom

He was yelling and screaming at how he would kill Artreus for ruining his plans.

He just ignored him and went to the Vault archway. He jumped down and fell into the Larva.

He was incinerated and melted completely. He eventually got enough Stimulus to obtain a Larva form, he moved his fire liquid body and bypassed the Ocean of Magma until he reached his target.

A sleeping Warrior.

The Warrior can only be awakened by the activation of the Vault with the Vault Key. But since he prevented it he could now kill The Warrior before it can awaken.

He used his liquid firm to swim deep within the body of the Warrior from its mouth. Then he created a small air pocket with magic.

He had then summoned a weapon of Mass chaos which he obtained on one if his furst visits to the Marvel world.

A Nukelear bomb. He didn't know if Jack would survive up there, but he didn't care much. With all the people he killed, he deserved to be given the death sentence in court and hanged to death.

Artreus is still not a killer, but he will only kill those that truely cannot be redeemed or have committed crimes to Great. For example, he would not bat an eye if he killed the Joker.

He placed the Nuke with his Human form. Once done, he just waited as the timer ticked down to zero.

The very next instant, the Nuke exploded.

The Warrior's body had been completely blown to bits, the Ocean of larva it was in had erupted like a geyser of water...more life fire.

As for Artreus who was at the centre if the explosion. Well...he ceased to existed.

Not a single atom of him had remained.

Because not a piece of his physical body exists, he would need an entirely new body to come back to life.

Thus, in only a few moments later, an perfectly round and smooth White Orb had appeared in the exact location which he had been disintegrated.

The Orb was the original and real body of Artreus. This was due to him wanting the abilities of Fushi. Hence he had the Orb as his main form. Should he lose the ability to transform into any form, including his Human Form, then he would become the White Orb for eternity until he came into contact with something to gain its Stimulus and in turn form.

However since he had the System he could have his Forms safe and unable to be stolen or sealed from him like what happened to Fushi.

Seconds later his Orb form had fallen from the spot it was levitating at and fallen into the remains of the Larva Ocean.

Artreus: 'WTF!!! WHY does Indoraptor cost so much?!'

Luna: 'It is because the Indoraptor was created at $2,710,000. And X10 multiplier to all powerful and Boss Forms is in effect.'

Artreus: 'Damn it! Oh well. Purchase the Dark Saber (Black Original Varient) and buy a White Saber (White Altered Varient). Now that leaves me with 710,000 Souls. I don't want to Level up yet since I can always get it normally. I guess I'll save the Souls I get from Quests to use for the system shop and Souls I get normally I can use to Level up.

Artreus: 'How long has it been since I left Solaire?'

Luna: 'Time Dilation effect was active. Currently only 5 minutes has passed in the Dark Souls world.'

After hearing the answer, Artreus then teleported to the Jurassic World Universe. First he went to the Indominous Rex.

He arrived in his Orb form at first. He then shapeshifted into his Human Form and approached the Indominous Rex.

He just pushed it in the eye when it tried to stay camouflaged from him.

When that happened, the Indominous Rex had fested on his body. After gaining enough Stimulus from being killed by it repeating, he had then turned into The Warrior and crushed the damn thing for payback.

He then teleported back to Lordran and them back to Jurasic World, but this time he arrived at Lockwood Manor, where the Indoraptor was.

He did the exact same thing and puched it in its face. He knew these retarded modified Dinosaurs had a sadistic personality and didn't want to wait for it to decide to kill him.

After he was torn apart and eaten over and over again, he finally got enough Stimulus and acquired the Indoraptor form.

Why would he buy it with tens if millions of Souls when he can get it for free?

He then transformed into the Indominous Rex fir good old irony and claimed down on its neck and crushed it.

He had then gone to each and every Dinosaur there was on both the island and in the Lockwood Manor basement.

After obtaining every Dinosaur form he could, he left and returned to Angel.

Angel had seemed be happier this time around. For her it had been 9 days, but fir him it was only 3 days and for Solaire it was 5 hours.

Artreus: "Have you decided?"

Angel: "Yes. But can I ask what you mean by me going to a family to get adopted? I'm an adult now. How can I have a childhood again if it's already gone?"

Artreus: "About that. I can reverse your age so you are a child again."

Angel: "Does that mean my memories of my recent years will leave too?"

Artreus: "I can remove it, but won't. Memories is what defines a person, it is their very being. It would be the equivalent to me killing you if I took it from you. But when you are younger, you will be more childish and so on, the bad memories and adult ones you have won't effect it. It will just be knowledge of an adult you will have."

Angel: "I want to go with you. You saved me, I want to be with you. I want you to take my memories away...please. I want to be adopted by you and have my life again. I want to live it again from when it all happened (referring to when she killed her mother by accident)."

(A/n I don't intend to have her as a love interest unless you lot want that when she becomes adult again. She will be like a Best Friend/Daughter.)

Artreus: "I will give you this. This box will seal your memories away. When you are of the same age you are now in maturity, you will regain your memories. I will never remove it nor do what you ask myself. If you want to do it then you must choose yourself. I gave you the tool. Now you can carry out the action."

Angel hesitantly picked up the cube and held it for a few moments with shaking hands. She was most likely hesitating.

Angel: "The world you said to me the day you saved my life. Dark Souls world? If I'm a kid again, won't that world be a dark and evil one? I imagine I won't be happy there."

Artreus: "I don't intend to stay there forever. Just do some things then leave. Maybe 1 or 2 years at most. There's just monsters there to kill and get stronger. Like hunting big scary Skags. Is that something your younger self would accept for a time?"

Angel: "If you lied to me and told my younger self it is just a very real game then I will believe it. The if you told me certain things are real then I will treat it as such. As long as you tell me what is real, which is lying of course, then I won't harm the 'real' things. Anything else you tell me is a game that I am supposed to harm or kill I will believe."

Artreus: "Damn, you have a twisted sense of gaming when you were younger."

Angel: "Not really. On Eden 3 they were trying to make some DMMORPG games for the first time. It was a shooting game so I just heard about it. But since I was a girl I wasn't interested in it. But since I don't have my toys or Captain Bear anymore I guess my younger self will be eager to believe your lies of reality. I did like Bunkers and Bandasses. If you told me it was a DMMPRPG of Bunkers and Badasses, I will believe it and kill whatever you tell me to without my personality being effected or me becoming a killer. Also I will just reagin my memories after a decade so it doesn't matter much. So long as you prevent me from killing innocents then I'm good to go with it."

Artreus: "You're seriously Fucked in the head as a child."

Angel: "I guess so. *deep breaths and exhale*. I'm ready. Make me 12 years old. See you in a 10 years."

With that Qngel had activated the box. Her memories were sealed away of the last 10 years.

Artreus then safely stored the memory box back into his system storage.

He then used Souls to have Luna dealers Angel until she was an 12 year old girl once more.

Artreus: "You will have lots of fun this time. I promise you won't suffer as you did before."

Artreus then decided to use the Transfer Token for Angel. He wanted her safe and to be free of fear and death. He used the Token and gave Angel an identical body that he has in terms of abilities.

What he did was use the Transfer Token to copy and transfer his Fushi abilities to Angel. Her body glowed and emitted a bright light.

The little girl had then then transformed into a small smooth White Orb, identical in every way to Artreus.

He picked the Orb, which was Angel and can detect she was unconscious as of now. In order to nor lose her, he put her in his System space and froze time for her so that she doesn't wake up and have to wait for him to bring her out of the System sapce. When he rings the second bell and prepares for Sen's Fortress, he will bring Angel out then.

He returns to Solaire and told him of where he had gone and done.

Solaire: "So you have a daughter now. And from what you said, she is safe from the effects of Hollowing. This is great news! I am happy for you."

Artreus: "Hmm. Well then. I don't wish to be in this cursed place a second longer. Can i finish myself?"

Solaire: "Of course friend. I want to ring the second bell and see this Angel you are talking about as soon as possible!"

Artreus then nodded and witnessed the Gapping Dragon emerge.

He transformed into The Warrior and just devoured the thing.

That was very anticlimactic.

An Alien Dragon vs a Failed Descendant of a True Everlasting Archdragon.

He receives 25,000 Souls + Dragon King GreatAxe

Instead of going the normal way to were the door to Blightown was, he decided to take a faster route. He turned into a Griffin form he had purchased, grabbed Solaire and flew down the way the Gaping Dragon had risen from and into the abyss it had its home.

Solaire: "WAIIIITTTTT!!!!"
