In the dark room, Staring at him with cold eyes, was Deus, his eyes were almost white and glowing.

A tinee tiny bit of his aura and killing intent leaked out, all directed unto one person.

The man.

The man felt like peeing on his pants.

That little air forced him to kneel on the floor, tears started falling from his eyes, and he felt like he would die any moment from now.

He shivered and stuttered, his voice faint and overwashed with fear "I-I... I d-didn't m-mean t-. . ."

Though the intent and blood lust were small, he felt like he was on the brink of death, that if the intent don't stop coming, he would die.

It's not like a mortal like him can last long against the intent of a God who has killed zillions of beings, both sentient, Mundane, and Mindless beasts.

The intent was too much for him to handle.

It was so much that he couldn't even breathe a single air.

He felt like a single breath would end his life.

Just when he felt that he would die the next second, he heard that familiar cold voice... Which he now dreads.

"Next time don't dare try that again, because might not be as merciful as I am right now... got it!" Deus's calm yet cold voice resounded in the room.

"Y-Yes... I-i -wi... I-P-promise... W-wont do it again..." the killing intent was making it hard for him to speak, and he ended up stuttering.

The killing intent felt like he was bearing the weight of a whole mountain, along with the fear.

He felt like a prey in the thick killing intent of Deus.

Immediately, after he answered, the killing intent withdrew itself.

The Man breathed a Sigh of relief. He was barely kneeling right now.

He felt weak all over, as he had passed through a deathly situation moments ago.

"What's your Name?" Deus' Calm voice resounded in the room.

Hearing the question, The Man blinked, clearly not expecting that question at this moment

"Don't Make me wait!"

The killing intent which he dreaded like the plague was focused on him once more.

"N-NO... I-i will talk... La...an. . ."

Deus seeing Him get serious, withdrew his killing intent and blood lust for the second time.

"Lancelot Sir. My Name is Lancelot" He said, almost shouting it aloud after seeing that the killing intent had been withdrawn.

He feared that The Unknown God would not hear it and would focus his killing intent on him again.

"Lancelot... Lancelot. Nice name you have there, but you should mind how you act, especially around me. Because actions like this acted around me have severe consequences"

Lancelot Nodded Vigourously, almost shivering in fear "Yes Sire!"

He was already drenched with sweatshirt, caused by the previous ordeal which he hoped he would not pass through again.

"As for who I am, you would have to wait till morning... When your wife is awake, then, we would have a serious discussion" Deus said, his face Stoic and cold.

Though he was amused by Lancelot's action, he didn't show it.

"So if you want to shout out in anger and fury, you should do it outside, if am not here, many beasts would have been attracted to the noise of wall falling, fortunately for you, My Godly aura drives them away"

Lancelot gulped, he knew what that meant, it's not like he did not know of that before.

During the heat of the apocalypse, what Deus is saying right now is a common Knowledge.

Their presence and life force here alone is enough for the beasts to come salivating at the thought of human flesh and increase in their path of evolution after eating the human flesh.

He had forgotten this as he was so angry and only thought about revenge.

Luckily for him, this God is with him, this is one of the advantages of staying with a God.

But every advantage has its disadvantage, and he had already faced both the advantages and disadvantages of staying with Deus, just within three hours of staying with him.

He wanted to tell deus that his anger has dissipated and he is ready to sleep, but upon remembering the thick killing intent, he gulped and walked out of the room.

The pile of blocks and sand laid on the place he once stood... All of this is caused by his fists.

And it showed how powerful the humans of this generation can be, he did so without breaking a sweat.

The wall that was been destroyed once stood between the bedroom, and the sitting place.

It showed that the original owner even though was rich enough to build a house with high defense against the apocalypse, loved to live in a simple style.

Meanwhile, outside the house, Lancelot lay down on the bare ground outside.

Looking at the Moon and Stars. Countless stars were beautifying the pitch-black sky, and in the center of the sky was the moon.

It looked surreal, ethereal and beautiful... But somebody's thoughts don't rhyme with mine

"Why do the sky and stars look ugly today!" Lancelot grumbled.

He stood up and decided to take a walk, He wanted to do anything that would take his mind off the anger of his brother's betrayal.

He wiped away the sand and dust on his nearly tattered clothes and started walking.

After walking for a while, he did not spot a single beast.

'Where did all the beast in this region go, is it because of his Godly Aura as that God had once said'

He walked and walked, walked for more than three hundred meters into the red zone, but yet he did not spot a thing.

'is he that powerful'

But then, he spotted something.

He went closer so that he could see more.

'Smoke? someone dared to set a fire in the middle of the night, are they confident because of the sudden and unnatural absence of beasts? '

'Whoever that is, I have a very bad feeling about this' he sighed silently.

Despite the foreboding feeling on his body he still walked forward.

He let his curiosity get the better part of him
