Fear (1)

The room had been magically cleaned by their mysterious son, but it was still tattered, but he did not care one bit.

After placing his wife on the bed there, he stood, wondering whether he should lie with her on the bed or not.

'Sleep, you need it, I will join you on the bed later'

His son's cold voice resounded in his head, sighing he lay on the bed with his wife. (Telephathy)

It was then that he found out that he could not sleep.

Soon 'his Son' flew into the room.

At that time, he started wondering whether this is the right time to ask his son questions.

He estimated for a while but then decided to face his fears and ask his Son as many questions as he can.

Deus knew that he wanted to ask him a question, but was silent.

He wanted to answer all those questions right now, he did not want these people to start asking him unnecessary questions later on.

"U-Um, please...who are you, are you my son?" The man stammered, he was scared and confused, he was careful not wanting to anger deus, as he already know what Deus was capable of.

"No, Your son had been long dead, he died in a miscarriage" Deus answered, his childish voice sounding cold to the ears.

"As for who I am... You are not worthy to know my name!" He added.

The Man gulped nervously upon hearing his answer... He was having mixed feelings and did not even know what to say.

'What did I do, who is this mysterious person in the body of my son, what does he want?'

Deus heard his thought but kept quiet.

"A-are you a... w-wandering spirit or a God? am confused right now"

"A God" Deus answered in his usual cold voice.

'Is it only a useless question that he has to ask? If he is scared to ask me the real questions then I will let him be'

He also wanted to answer both his foster mother's and his foster father's question together, when they are both awake, so he liked it when the man stopped answering.

He also has questions of his own, he could check their memory, but their mental condition is not in the perfect condition for him to probe.

They are both depressed and if he forces himself into their mind to take a look at their memories they might end up turning crazy and would act like mindless zombies.

Meanwhile, the man heard his answer, and his eyes widened in surprise.

He was very surprised right now.

'I thought they all are in the heavenly plane, except planetary Gods'

'Is He a blessing or a curse'

Hearing the man's thoughts, Deus's eyes twitched visibly.

'This is a disgrace to my name, shouldn't I kill him right now, how can I be a curse! '

'I have endured his nonsense for a long time now, I will punish him after I have rested, this mortal body needs plenty of tempering to handle my powers, I need to rest'

With this thought in mind, he floated down to the bed and slept off behind

his foster mother.

The woman who is his foster mother is beautiful, and though there are cuts and bruises all over her body, that sight can turn any man on.

Even though Deus is in the body of a child, he has the mind and spirit of a mature person.

But he did not batter an eye, as he had seen goddesses who are many times more beautiful than the woman in front of him.

Meanwhile, the man was still wide awake, thinking about his life and current situation, and how he would handle it.

'They are many things to ask him... I don't even know where to start, I did not even thank him for saving the life of me and my wife'

With his eyes still wide open, he laughed hysterically. 'Is the thing I vowed to kill once he is born. Yesterday Night, I was living comfortably in my empire, now, I am sleeping in a house in the ruins of the Outlands, Why does everything have to change so quickly'

Turning over on the bed, he clenched his fist tightly

'My brother, whom I trusted with my heart, Made him the Head General of my Souler Army, overthrowed me from my empire! Now that this unknown God has given me a second chance, I will make sure that you pay dearly for your mistake'

'But how will I overthrow him, he has all my power and resources right now, and he has already placed a bounty on me. The Greedy Bounty hunters of my empire must be out in desperate search for me'

'I would not place my trust on anyone ever again, and there is no assurance that this God would come to save me anytime I am in trouble'

'Think... think... THIIINNK!!! '

At this point, he stood up and started pacing around the room.

'if only I had known, I would have killed that bastard right from the start of the apocalypse, I risked my life many times just to make sure that he survives when he needed someone or something, I was there for him... And this is how he chooses to repay me'

'He must be there in the empire, enjoying my sweat and blood, drinking, forming a harem, and enjoying himself...I will make sure you die by my hands even if it's the last thing I do! '

At this point, veins were bulging out of his head, with anger boiling from deep within his heart.

'And with all my resources, leveling up through souler rank would be easy for him...by the time we meet again he might even be five times stronger than I am'

"Urgh!!!, Why is all odds against me"

All he wanted right now, was to scream out all the anger and frustration inside him.

He punched the wall furiously, and the wall fell under his mighty strength making a pretty loud noise which he ignored.

"Years of hard work and suffering all gone in a single day!"

But then...

His eyes widened.

He quickly looked back to the room where his wife and the unknown God was sleeping.

Seeing a terrifying sight, he gulped, his eyes shrinking back to a smaller size ... His heart palpated in fear.

All his previous anger was nowhere to be found, replaced by a fear which he had never had, ever since the day he was born.
