Slayer Chronicles: Book 1: RWBY

“Oh Lord, you know my sinful desires. I want to defend the defenseless. For I am greedy for their gratitude. I want to strike down those who would oppress the innocent. For my wrath towards the merciless is unending. I want to grow and improve without end. For I am envious of those above me. I want to find love and be loved by many. For my lust is unquenchable. I want to fight. For I am proud. I want to peer into the deepest secrets and know the most intricate mysteries. For my gluttonous mind will never be satisfied. And I want to know days of peace and simple contentment devoid of worry or fear. For I am lazy by nature.” A journey begins with death and rebirth. An old warrior is reincarnated by the God he has worshiped all his life into the world of Remnant as the twin brother of Ruby Rose. With Lords of Grimm rising to meet his coming, he will fight to protect his family and end the ancient threat to Remnant. Here he will begin his journey to stand at the pinnacle of reality as the strongest being in all of existence. Comparable only to the likes of the Creator, the Corruptor, the Void, and the Traveler. With only love, war, and chaos as his eternal companions. This is just the beginning of the new Slayer's endless journey. May your heart burn with unquenchable fire, and your mind be as clear as eternal ice. --I do not own RWBY --I do not own the cover image or any of the images used in this novel

Ch 69: I Burn (1)

"Hey, girls! Who's ready to have a good time!" Yang shouted as she barged into her team's room dressed in her huntress outfit with a big grin on her face.

"Shhh." Weiss shushed the boisterous blond without looking up from the textbook she had her head buried in.

*Ugh* Ruby just grunted in despair or annoyance from where she was buried beneath Weiss's notes on top of her bed.

"Yang, we have a history test tomorrow. You should really be studying too." Blake gently advised trying to hide her reluctance.

"Come on. If you don't get some sunshine in those attics, they'll become as dusty as this history test." Yang joked as she jabbed her thumbs at herself with a sunny smile, trying to convince them to ditch the books and grab their dancing shoes.

Her efforts got at least a giggle from Blake, but none of the girls moved to join her.

"Fine." Yang pouted, "I'll ask Ray."

"Ask me what?" Yang turned around in surprise to find her brother standing behind her bare-chested and with a towel slung over his shoulders, looking like he had just gotten out of the shower.

"I need a night out on the town before my brain rots from all this studying. So what do you say? Want to rock this town with your big sis!?" Yang asked, throwing her arms around his shoulders with a mischievous, flirty grin.

Ray raised an eyebrow at her skeptically. Yang began to sweat slightly, and her smile began to cramp from the rather judgemental look he was giving her. [Crap.] She thought [I just told a teacher I was planning to spend the night before a test partying. But it's Ray, so I should be ok, right? He wouldn't rat me out or confine me to campus, would he?]

After letting Yang sweat for a bit as her imagination ran wild, Ray flashed her a smile, "Sure. Just give me a minute to get dressed."

*Phew* Yang released a sigh of relief before a grin almost split her face in two. It had been a long time since she had gone partying with her little brother. She had never understood before how things always seemed to go smoother and how many more doors were open to them when she visited the nocturnal sections of Vale with Ray. Now that she knew that it was because he basically owned half the city as a leader of Spider Lotus, she intended to take full advantage of her new VIP all-access pass.

*Brrrm Brrrm* A few minutes and a short bullhead ride later, Yang was cruising down the boulevard with Ray on the back of her favorite little yellow spitfire, Bumblebee. The yellow and orange modified high-end racing bike was Yang's pride and joy, and nobody but her was allowed to drive it. Not even her beloved siblings. Unfortunately, even if Yang had been willing to let him drive, Ray wasn't old enough to legally have a motorcycle license yet. So despite having custom-built his own kick-ass silver and navy blue motorcycle, he could only cling pitifully to his sister on the back of hers while trying not to eat her hair as it was whipped back by the wind.

Though he didn't really mind, with his hands around her waist for "safety", it gave him an excuse to enjoy the feel of his fiery sister's perfectly sculpted abs while Yang enjoyed the feel of his hard pecs pressing against her back and his strong hands subtly caressing her exposed midriff.

They rode around for a bit, just enjoying the speed and the warm midsummer's evening air while trying to decide on what club they should hit up. Perhaps inevitably, the duo's search for the nightlife led them towards the most popular club in Vale. One with a history for both the rebellious siblings, the newly renovated Junior's Club.

"You're not going to tear the place down again, are you?" Ray teased his sister as they pulled onto the road that Junior's was on.

"Aww, come on, Ray, have some faith in your big sister." Yang joked back as her mind flashed back to the last time she had been here and the damage she had caused.

["Scathing eyes ask that we be symmetrical, one-sided and easily processed. Yet every misshapen spark's unseen beauty is greater than its would-be judgment", huh.] Yang admired a weathered promotional billboard as she folded her sunglasses and dismounted her yellow and orange motorcycle. Over her head, a raven takes flight as she enters the old brick building that housed Junior's Club.

Monochrome lights were flashing, and the beat was thumping from a DJ in a bear head costume as the automatic doors slid open to invite the blond bomb in. As the monochrome lights changed to red, Yang spotted her target, a man dressed in a red tie and black business suit without the jacket, talking to another man with orange hair wearing a black bowler hat and a white trench coat. Unfortunately, she also spotted the two biggest pains in her butt in Vale standing next to them. She did not want to deal with the red and white bitches tonight and obscured herself in the crowd of dancers as she waited for the poster twins of the club to move away from their boss.

Her chance came sooner than expected, as Junior finished his business with the ginger and had Miltia and Malanie escort the man out while he went to the bar to get a drink.

"Strawberry sunrise, no ice. Oh, and one of those little umbrellas." Yang announced her presence as she sashayed up to the bar next to Junior and made her order.

"Aren't you a little young to be in this club, blondy?" Junior asked in a raspy voice as he turned to face the girl beside him, feeling an inexplicable flash of dejavu as he spoke.

*aha* "Aren't you a little old to have a name like Junior?" Yang giggled and teased back.

"So you know who I am. You got a name, sweetheart?"Junior raised an eyebrow and took a domineering step forward. With the long bright blond hair and attitude, Junior already had an idea of who she probably was. But as the boss, he had to maintain his image even if he did intend to give her whatever she wanted if his hunch was correct.

*hah* "Yes, Junior. I've got several." Yang arrogantly teased as she reciprocated his advance and stepped fully into his space. "But instead of sweetheart," Yang ran one of her fingers down the lapel of his vest. "You can just call me SIR!" With that last word, Yang's hand darted down like a snake and clamped tightly around Junior's family jewels as a diabolic smile split her face.

*Ohhhh Wouuuu* Junior squealed as she squeezed. His eyes bulging and his pupils dilating as he unconsciously leaned forward to try and move his precious bits away from the demoness. [Yep! Definitely his sister!] *oooohhhhhhhwwwwwwuuuuu*

"People say you know everything. Tell me where I can find her, and I'll let you go." Yang tugged slightly with a dispassionate look on her face to get his attention as she brought her scroll out to display a blurry picture of a tall woman with long thick unruly black hair and a Grimm mask on her face.

"I've never seen her before. I swear." Junior's voice was several octaves higher than earlier.

"Excuse me!" Yang barked and squeezed harder.

*Ahh* Junior squeaked, sounding more like a church mouse than a gang boss. "I swear, Sir!" Juniors squeezed out around the pain as he struggled to keep his voice from raising any higher.

*hmm* "Looks like we have an audience. This must be kinda embarrassing for you, huh? Awkward..." Yang joked as Junior's henchmen finally realized their boss's situation and hurried to surround them with weapons drawn.

"Listen. Blondy. Sir! If you want to make it out of this club alive, I suggest you let me go. Now!" Junior bluffed, his voice strained. As if he would ever dare to actually go after His older sister. Thankfully for him, it seemed to work as Yang released her vise grip on his best friends.

*Ahhh* Junior sighed in relief at the release. "You'll pay for that." He threatened as he walked away, putting on his red sunglasses, his voice even lower and raspier than when they first met as if he was trying to compensate for how high-pitched his voice had just been.

"Ohh, Junior. I was just playing with you. Don't be so sensitive!" Yang playfully laughed as she walked after him with her hands non-threateningly behind her back, Junior's henchmen moving with them to keep her encircled as they walked. "Come on, let's kiss and make up, okay?"

"Huh?" That got Junior's attention. *hmhm* Yang giggled alluringly behind her hand as he turned to face her.

"Uh, okay." He agreed. [It should be fine. She was the one who offered, and she does owe me for what she did. It should be fine] Junior tried to convince himself as they both leaned forward for a kiss.

An inch away from the teen's soft, cherry pink lips, however, *BANG*.

*BANG* Instead of the soft juicy lips of a voluptuous teenager, Junior's delicate maiden lips kissed hard, Aura reinforced knuckles instead sending him flipping through the air across the club to crash through one of the club's decorative glass pillars and implanted headfirst into the wall behind the bar.

Junior's legs kicked feebly from where they dangled in the air, stars and hearts spinning around where his waist met the wall, as expensive bottles of alcohol tumbled down around him before going still, the fate of their owner unknown.

*Click Klink* Yang took her stance, and Ember Celica unfurled on her arms as Junior's stunned henchmen rebooted and began closing in. As the first of the goons reached her, Yang leaped into the air over their sweeping blades. With a fiery grin on her face, Yang launched a meteoric fist into the ground, releasing a shockwave that knocked all the charging suits off their feet and knocking many of them out cold.

Not giving the few that remained the chance to reorganize, Yang went on the offensive.
