Chapter II - Fool's Score

Arius's POV:

I was walking through the long halls of the Jedi Temple, it was brightly lit and the sun was shining through, illuminating the tall halls. Whenever I would take a step, it always felt like a step the wrong way, but I had always felt like that before, so it didn't matter to me much. I was heading to the next briefing for the mission I was going on, I didn't know anything about it, Kenobi said to keep it classified. As I walked in, I looked around the room, slightly tilting my helmet, you'd be surprised as to how much better I can see with it on, Kenobi, Skywalker, Tano, Windu, and I didn't know who the other was, he looked about Ahsoka's age.

"This is the message we intercepted, and we're glad you could make it Sentinel," Windu greeted as they played the message.

"These factories will be useful against the Clone Armies of the Republic, the code is 09823, Zekon System, Sector 0009, this message will Self-Destruct in T-minus 5 seconds," The automatic voice said as I took in the information, I was worried I was going to screw the numbers up later, they all seemed nervous about the information being destroyed, but all was fine, unless this was the wrong information given to us...

"Wait- it's going to-!" Anakin started as it blew up.

"Well? It's alright, it's in the system of Zekon, go there and make sure you remember the information, we've already decided that Ahsoka, Axle, and Arius go," Obi-wan explained as Ahsoka and Axle waved and smiled a bit at me as I gave a slight nod. I'm not the kind warm person you expect the Jedi to be... I had a job, and I was supposed to complete it, that's what I'm going to do...

Ahsoka's POV:

I saw the Sentinel who was in here with us, weren't they just Temple Guards? I guess this one isn't, she seems... Like a character.... Well, at least I have Axle with me, he'll make the mission fun with his corny jokes I think.

"So um Arius, you excited for the mission?" I tried to make conversation as we walked to the ship.

"I guess so...?" Arius replied with a confused computerized voice. What was with this Sentinel? Usually most of the Jedi were nice, but who knows, this one's weird, but we just have to get the mission done, and then it'll all be fine.

"That was a fail at making conversation..." Axle whispered into my ear as I sighed.

"Oh yeah, I noticed..." I whispered back.

"Maybe try introducing ourselves?" Axle suggested and we both shrugged.

"So uh, I don't think we introduced ourselves," I said as Arius stopped and turned around, she was the same height, maybe taller than Axle, but it was fine.

"I'm Axle Tinguard, Jedi Knight," Axle introduced with a smile as Arius nodded.

"I'm Ahsoka, Ahsoka Tano, a Jedi Knight as well," I replied with a smile as well as Arius nodded.

"I'm Arius, Sentinel, nice to meet you," She replied as they walked into the hangar bay.

"Sir, ready for takeoff," A trooper said from the pilot seat.

"Good, we should get going," She replied in a computerized voice as two other clones closed the door behind them.

"It'll take a couple Parsecs," The trooper said as Arius nodded and they jumped into hyperspace.

"Meet Hawk our pilot, that's Kass, our soldier, and that's Halo, our medic," Arius introduced as they all saluted, I was wondering why the medic, Halo was so much taller than Kass and Hawk. Well, this is going to be an interesting mission....

---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

3rd Person POV:

When they dropped out of hyperspace in this new "Zekon" system, they landed on the one and only planet that was there, it was a cold blue color, and they realized why when they landed, it was freezing, there was of course a blizzard and they had to put on warmer clothes.

"Arius... Don't you need a coat...?" Ahsoka asked as she opened the door.

"No..." Arius replied in a computerized voice, walking outside, breathing in and out.

"Eh, I prefer colder," She replied.

"Sir, should we set up a perimeter?" Hawk asked from the ship.

"Yeah, go ahead," She replied, zooming in as she looked around with her helmet. She didn't notice that there was an icicle right next to her until she hit her helmet on it, she was disoriented for a second then she shook her head out and sighed, continuing to look.

"Doesn't seem like the brightest Jedi to live..." Axle whispered as Ahsoka laughed a a bit.

"I found them... Let me scan the area while you two look," She replied, handing them binoculars as she scanned the area and confirmed all of the address numbers.

"We're in the right place if we see those factories," Axle pointed out, handing Ahsoka the binoculars.

"Ambush them..." A voice spoke from behind them.

"Code 0973," Arius said into her comm as Hawk fired up the ship, leaving with Halo and Kass.

"Wait- where are they going?" Ahsoka asked, confused as electro magnetic binders wrapped around her, electrocuting her.

"Hey! Knock it off!" Axle shouted, igniting his lightsaber and destroying some of the droids.

"AGH!" Ahsoka shouted, collapsing into the snow, right in front of Arius as she force pushed back the droids into a wall.

"WHY AREN'T YOU USING YOUR LIGHTSABER?!" Axle shouted as he kept destroying the droids.

"Just shut up and fight Tinguard," She growled, punching a droid in the head as it was thrown into a wall, there were way too many droids, hence the factories, and Axle was captured as well. Arius knew she wasn't going to win this battle without risking the lives of the two Jedi, so she just disappeared into the blizzard.

"I need a pick-up, droids are here, there are a lot of them," She reported.

"Right here sir," Kass replied, waving his hands through the blizzard as she tried to follow his motions.

"They're most likely going to be taking them to the detention area sir, we've already done subterranean scans and surface area scans of the factories, they seem pretty easy to blow up," Kass replied.

"Alright, then what are we waiting for?..." She asked as he chuckled a bit, jumping onto the ship with her as they flew towards the factories.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Ahsoka's POV:

It was freezing, I don't even know how Axle wasn't shivering as much as me, we were treated as practical slaves, the electrocuted us, but something seemed off, this didn't look like a factory at all, and there would've been way more Droids patrolling.

"AGHHHH!" Axle screamed from the other room as he was electrocuted. I wanted to just bust in there and blow their heads off, but I couldn't the droids and the chains were holding me down, and I was so tired and cold that I couldn't keep my heavy eyelids from closing. They dragged Axle back into our cell as they practically threw him inside as he struggled to sit up straight.

"That hurt..." He groaned, shivering, our breaths foggy and icy.

"Haha, yeah sounded like it," I replied as we huddled closer together in hopes to keep each other warmer.

"The bomb is ready sir," A droid reported from the room next to them. Axle and I could hear what they were talking about, but it was hard to hear.

"Good, make sure the trap is set so the Jedi are exploded...." Another voice said as the droid kept reporting things.

"This... It's not a factory, this is a bomb..." Axle whispered.

"Let's hope Arius comes back soon, then we can warn her..." Ahsoka said, closing her eyes, finally falling asleep on Axle's shoulder.

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Arius's POV:

I walked through the blizzard, but I wasn't looking in front of me so I managed to run straight into the wall of the factory.

"I think I found it Halo..." I said, falling backwards into the snow as I shook my head and got up again.

"It looks like you did...?" He replied, helping me up as I rammed my head through the wall and allowed Kass and Hawk to come through, but Halo hit his head on the top.

"Whoops-" She replied, using the force to make it a bit taller.

"Thank you sir," He replied, loading his big machine gun as he held it in a ready position.

"AGHHHH!" Someone screamed.

"Well, I don't even need the force for this one..." I joked, knowing that was Ahsoka's scream. The other Jedi thought I was weird for never running, I don't run unless I have to, otherwise, what's the kriffin point?

"Ah... Why isn't it the infamous General Arius," Someone said from behind them. I turned around, it was a skinny black figure, but when they took off their hood, I knew exactly who it was.

"Ventress..." I growled.
