A man died in his world and then appears before a God of another. That God then goes on to say that he caused the man's death in his world and brought him here for his own enjoyment. The man, shaken with disbelief and anger, is then tossed into this new world with nothing but the clothes on his back, a basic system that can only answer questions. He vows to kill those who have wronged him, planning to take vengeance upon the God who did this to him. But is that the only tragedy that will befall, the only God that he will vow to vengeance against? What truly awaits this man in this new world fraught with dangers and the unknown? Will he let go of his anger and live his life, or will he be consumed by rage and continuously seek his vengeance? Will he successfully kill a God? Read this man's story. Also of note, Harem will not be large. And there will be gory and or dark moments in this book, so read at your own discretion. ----------------------------------------- Thank you for giving my book a try. No snakes, better for all

Now both the snake and man rush forward, battered and broken as spear and fang meet in the middle, both clashing for dominance. The snake has the power and the size, while the man has the ingenuity and speed.

Both vying to gain the upper hand, their clashes causing destruction to the environment around them. The snake slinging its weakened yet large body around to crush the little human bug while the human swings his mighty spear to clash with the fangs and body of the snake. Blood splatters and scales are tossed around as the snake becomes more injured as they fight.

The human sustains fewer injuries but quickly starts to become fatigued as the battle draws on longer and longer. Arthur still wondering why the snake is not yet dead due to its horrendous injuries sustained thus far. The snake wonders why this little human bug is this difficult to kill, never having faced such a tenacious creature so small.

The snake has a strong will to survive as it has been through countless struggles, from a small two-headed python to the large Caracak that it is now, having evolved from all the foes it has devoured. It does not want to die, at least not before it kills the one before it. Maybe eating this puny yet strong being will allow it to evolve once more, thus healing it of its woes.

But reality is truly a disappointing thing, as the snake's body is weakening more and more as time continues to go forward, bringing the snake to a slow slither, with barely any energy left in its withered body. It lets loose a tiny puff of smoke in indignation towards the small human figure that walks calmly towards the snake's head as it lays there with anger in its eyes.

As Arthur closes in on the beast, it lets out a small whimper of a hiss as it flicks its tongue, trying to inflict one last wound on the man before it. Yet it fails as its tongue falls short, having been impaled by the man's spear, getting stuck in the ground.

All it can do now is glare at the man standing directly in front of it.

Arthur proceeds to draw his spear out of the ground where it had pierced the beast's tongue. He then rears back, spear in hand, as he then thrusts it forward with all the strength he can currently muster in his tired state.

His spear faces some resistance at the scales on the beast's forehead, but then it pierces through a moment later. Going all the way in, turning its brain into mush and extinguishing the life of the great S-rank monster. And thus, it is dead.

Arthur then falls back on his ass as he lets out a sigh of exhaustion from the long battle that stretched on for nearly the entire day, from sunrise to now, which is nearly sunset.

He looks out where there was once a forest and sees nothing but a hellish landscape, where there is ash, frozen tree's and scars embedded deep into the earth, showcasing the devastating battle that just took place. Nothing else is currently alive. Any other beasts or monsters that had lived here are either gone or surely dead at this point.

But all Arthur can feel right now is satisfaction. Satisfaction at having defeated his first S-rank monster since coming to this world. In fact, this is the first one he has even survived against. Even though it might be on the weaker end of the S-rank, it is still an incredible feat, one that very few mortals, even in this world, can say they have. And none could say that they have done that alone and survived to tell the tale.

Yet, Arthur can't rest yet, as he still has much to do. And thinking that very same thing, he stands up, a little wobbly due to his injuries and tiredness but still stands up nonetheless.

"Time to eat a hearty meal of snake meat." He mutters to himself as he walks over towards the corpse of the enormous beast.

"Shit, how am I supposed to eat all of this?" He says, checking out various parts of its body and gathering the other separated parts to bring them to all one spot.

"I don't really want to let any of it go to waste or go bad. Even if I currently have a monstrous appetite due to my stronger body, I don't think I can eat all this." He sighs as he begins to cut into the body and separate it into even smaller pieces.

"Does snake monster even taste good? I wonder if the different sides of the snake taste different, one cold and the other hot? Well, only one way to find out." He starts to talk out loud to himself since there is no one else there.

He continues to cut apart the snake and starts to eat various parts of it raw as he digs in like a wild beast himself. Gorging himself and having a feast on the corpse of the snake monster known as a Caracak.

And he soon finds the answer to his questions, as yes, the fire-headed side tasted smokey and was already warm to the touch. While the ice-headed side was freezing cold but moist and crunchy. Both tasted good if one can get over the texture, though most normal people would have died eating the beast as such.

Only Arthur, with his current incredible physique, can survive eating such a beast, at least raw, that is. Others would require intensive cooking to devour such a beast, and it is enough to feed a city.

But this is just another foe vanquished in Arthur's story of vengeance.

And he has many more to go before he has fully conquered this realm that he has been imprisoned within for a little over three hundred years, leaving seven hundred more to go. With that much time, who knows what other monstrosities there are for him to face.

Or what other environments there are for him to travel to, as they are just as dangerous as the beasts that inhabit them.
