LOCATION:SHPD POLICE DEPARTMENT
REALM: EARTH
Chief Anthony stretched out on his sit in his office as he looked out the window in deep thoughts. It had been ages since he last saw eye to eye with his father, he never thought any circumstance could make them cross paths again.
The Town was becoming chaotic these days with the strange happenings and deaths, he wondered how his father coped in that small office without information....
Just then, his thoughts was interrupted by a knock on the door.
"Come in". He said turning from the window and facing the door.
Sergeant Josh walked into the office with Detective Kol behind him. They saluted the Chief and he answered with a nod that clearly showed he wasn't in the best of moods.
"We passed by the church on our way here Chief, the priest didn't say much but he gave us an address". Josh said.
" Yeah, I dropped by too, there wasn't much the priest could give on the case aside the conjuring". Chief Anthony said still remembering the meeting.
"You should go see what this ex priest has to say and report back". He added waving his hands dismissively.
The officers took their cue immediately and left the office.
The Chief sighed and turned back towards the window where he continued to stare at the busy streets and became lost in his thoughts again.

Adonis paced back and forth in his chamber till a demon appeared and bowed.
" What is the girl up to?". He asked the demon with impatience etched on his voice.
"The human has become stronger and has regained consciousness of her powers". The demon said in a distorted voice.
" I see, that's how she banished the demon that night, Nephele's assassin really is good". He thought out loud.
" Continue to keep an eye on her, when it's time, we'll meet again Meridith". He added with malice laced on his voice.
The demon bowed and disappeared, while Adonis continued to pace his chambers

Josh and Kol drove for about an hour before they could locate the place on the card. It was in a rural but moderate area with old shacks along the road and few people roaming the streets, some laying down on the pedestrian walkway and others just going about their business. It was definitely a good place for junkies to lay low for a while.
Josh continued to drive through the streets till he came to a very old building that obviously was still occupied by people as it should be in areas like this where the people never listened to the government to vacate old buildings for their safety.
Josh parked in front of the building and got down from the car with Kol following suit with a scowl on his face. They pushed the old glass door open and went into the building to what was once a reception when the building was functioning properly. Josh looked around the open space but saw no one.
Just then, someone showed up from the hallway to the left. The man was short and plump and seemed to be in his 60s, he walked towards them with a smile that showed his brown teeth and age lines beneath his eyes.
" Hello my friends". He said as he came closer.
" Good day to you Mr....". Josh said abd stopped midway waiting for the man to introduce himself.
" Ohh I'm Mr Robertson, everyone calls me skinny Rob". The man said still smiling.
" Ohhhh". Kol said looking at the man's physique closely to know that it was sarcasm.
" Well do you work here Mr Robertson?". Kol added, getting straight to business.
" I was the Representative for this building when she was still running, I still look after her". He said with affection.
" Alright we're looking for someone that stays here". Kol said as he passed the ex priest card to the man.
"Ohhh Mr Cooks stays right on the same floor with me ". He said returning the card.
" Perfect, lead the way". Josh said
" Hope no problem officers?". Rob asked.
"Not at all". Kol replied smiling.
Rob led them away and through an hallway with doors on either sides. They came to an elevator that looked dead.
" This thing still works?". Josh asked
"Sometimes". Rob said chuckling.
Rob hit a button and the elevator glided open, they walked in and Kol and Josh took time to look around as the elevator moved, even the insides was messed up and had this unusual smell.
" Folks like to mess the elevator up when they get drunk". Rob said noticing the officers look of disgust immediately they stepped into the elevator.
" I see". Josh said shielding his nose while Kol just stared ahead with a straight face that told Josh he was holding his breath.
The elevator stopped on the 5th floor and opened, Rob went out first and turned left, Kol and Josh followed behind. Rob walked briskly along the hall with several doors with the officers behind him, he stopped in front of a door and knocked.
" Mr Cooks, you have visitors". Rob said as he knocked.
Locks were heard clicking and opening till the door opened slightly and an averagely tall man poked out his head.
" How may I help you gentlemen?". He asked Josh and Kol.
" We have some questions for you, you might want to hear it". Kol said.
Mr Robertson immediately excused himself and turned to leave while Josh and Kol thanked him for his kindness. When he had entered his room and was out of sight, Kol brought out the photos and showed Cooks.
" Come in". He said opening the door wide to let them in.
They stepped into the Apartment while Cooks locked the door and offered them a sit in the living room. They sat and scanned the living room while Cooks went to the kitchen to get water. He came back holding a tray and gave them a glass of water each and sat down
" So tell me about these murders". He said still staring at the photos he was given.
Josh told Cooks the whole story right from the night Riya found the first body to the incident at her house and the visit to the priest.
" Ohhh Father Jonas sent you here to speak with me I see". Cooks said with a hint of fondness in his voice.
" He said you were once a priest but now you're into dark stuffs ". Kol emphasized.
" He still thinks I lost my way". Cooks said smiling.
" Certainly". Kol said smirking.
" Well let's see, this body was obviously vacated by an entity, a demon to be precise ". Cooks said scanning the pictures.
"You gotta do better than that". Kol said rolling his eyes.
"Why are they here?". Josh asked breaking his silence.
" They're here for the Voodoo Child. Legend has it that once, a Witch and a Demon fell in love and had a child, a forbidden seed who had Demon powers and Witch magic combined, a child who could merged the land of the living and dead without blinking, according to the prophecy, she'll bring chaos wherever she walks and heads will roll wherever she turns. She's typically the queen of death". Cooks said still examining the pictures.
" So they're drawn to her because of her powers?". Kol asked.
" Not just that, they're running errands for someone, something is coming, something big, something that'll be worse than the conjuring". Cooks said with his eyes closed.
"Something worse than the conjuring?". Josh thought out loud.
"Ohh boy". Kol said crossing his legs.
