Miyabi's Guilt

Miyabi continously used the body flicker technique, rushing towards his fellow Konohagakure shinobi.

From the distance he could hear the sound of metal ringing, and the jutsus being fired.

"Puppet Art: Whirlwind Slash"

"Wind Style: Gale Palm"

Miyabi quickly arrived at the location, noticing that Boar was fighting against a different member of the Sunagakure Anbu. This member was shorter than the other, but Miyabi could feel a more refined charkra flow. 'He's dangerous.'

Next to the short man were two human like figure in black full length robes. These figure lacked defining facial features, as they only had a peculiar mouths and uneven eyes. One of the two figures had a pair of extra arms extending from the shoulderblades, while the other figure possed a tentacle-like tail extending out from under his black robe.

'This.....is that old lady's technique. Puppet Technique. He's able to control two of them simultaneously, which means he's not an average Jonin. A user of Magnet Release and a Puppet User. One from the lineage of the Kazekage and the other from the lineage of Lady Chiyo. This is not a small matter. I must report this to the Hokage. ' Miyabi thought as he braced himself.

The short man's finger weaved through the air, as the two figures next to him started to move again. The four armed figure shot towards Miyabi, while the tailed figure continued it's relentless attack on the Boar masked anbu.

The four armed puppet didn't possess fingers, rather it had kunai-sized blades to replace them. The blade-like fingers swung towards Miyabi, who parried it with his sword. As soon as he parried them, the other two arms started swinging towards him.

'Shit, I can't parry every strike.' Miyabi quickly flickered out of the way. 'The only weakness of the puppet technique, an otherwise perfect technique is the puppet master. Once he's down, the puppets won't function.' Miyabi quickly changed his tagret from four armed puppet and shot towards the short Sunagakure Anbu.

The Suna Anbu saw this coming a mile away, there is no way he wouldn't be mindful of his one and only weakness. His fingers weaved through the air as the four armed puppet and tailed puppet started retreating back to the protect him.

'Shit, i won't make it in time.' Miyabi thought, noticing the puppets speed. 'I guess I'll have to use that.'

"First Gate: Gate of Opening. Open"

Miyabi being a member of prestigious Uchiha Clan famed for their ninjutsu, was expected from youth to display ninjutsu talents befitting his title of being from the Uchiha. Miyabi however had no talent for ninjutsu due to his small chakra reserve. Thus, he wasn't given a position in the Konoha Military Force. However unbeknownst to Uchiha Clan, Miyabi was a prodigy in Taijutsu.

He however wasn't the only one without a talent for ninjutsu and a talent for Taijutsu. This youth's name was Might Duy, a fellow student from Miyabi's batch in the Ninja Academy. The two of them worked tirelessly to create a technique that would allow taijutsu to shine.

And the fruitation of that technique was the 'Eight Gates.'

"Second Gate: Gate of Healing. Open"

Miyabi's speed and strength multiplied severalfold, as he shot towards the puppent user.

The puppets however were one step ahead and reached in time to protect the puppeteer

'Shit, they made it. I guess I'll just have to smash them alongside the puppeteer.' Miyabi's eyes flashed with determination, as he decided to go all out.

"Third Gate: Gate of Life. Open"

As soon as the third gate open, Miyabi's hair started standing on it's end. His pupils dissappeared all together. Veins started bulging out all over his body. Chakra overflowed from his body like it was a bottomless pit.

'Not enough.'

"Fourth Gate: Gate of Pain. Opeeennnnn." Miyabi's pure power and speed have increased several tenfold.

His skin turned beet red and his body gained a green outline. He used all his effort, to pull back his fist. His muscles started to tear from the force of his chakra.

"Leaf Strike!!" Miyabi, shouted. His red skin, and floating hair made him look demonic.

The four armed puppet quickly jumped infront of the Suna Anbu. 'I can feel tremendous chakra from him. If he hit with me with that, I might actaully die, but there's no way he's getting past my puppet's defense.'

Miyabi's figure vanished midair.

"What?!! Where?" The Suna Anbu's eyes widened.

*BOOOM**

Miyabi' fist reappeared, and squarely planted itself in the four armed puppet's abdomen. The air itself split apart, as the puppet burst into smithereens.

The red fist however showed no signs of slowing, struck the Suna Anbu in the chest. The Suna Anbu immediately coughed up a mouthful of blood. A sonicboom sounded out as his body shot out like a kite with a broken string.

Wtih it's master out of commission,the tailed puppet lifelessly fell to the ground.

As soon as Miyabi unleashed the punch, he closed the gates and immediately rushed towards Boar.

Miyabi's body was still red, and he was profusely sweating and panting. He looked like he could fall with the slightest breeze.

"Boar, where is Eagle?" He asked. *Pant*

Boar was still in shock from seeing the monstrous display of strength. He knew first hand, just how difficult the puppets were, he had been fighting them for a while afterall. 'He destroyed them in one hit...?' But he snapped back to reality when he heard Miyabi's voice.

"Eagle was struck by the tailed puppet. It seemed to have a potent poision at the tip of it's tail. Come I'll take you to him."

Boar seeing how tired Miyabi, supported him as they both dissappeared into the distance.

As soon as they left, from the destroyed remains of the four armed puppet, a eye floated up. If one were to look closer, they would see a thin string of chakra attached to it. The thin string of chakra originated from the index finger of the short Suna Anbu.

The short haired man's entire chest had caved in, and his mouth was filled with blood. 'I have to follow them.....for Lord Rasa....for Sunagakure.....'

He was half-dead, and couldn't even speak. The only thing, he could control was the mechanical eye, which would record the location of the konohagakure Anbu's location.

Just then, the other ninja of Sunagakure appeared. He was shocked when he saw the state the short ninja was in. He knew that the short ninja with his puppet technique and two puppets was several times stronger than himself.

"Daiso.....who did this to?" The tall Suna ninja asked with concern. Although they didn't get along, they both were loyal shinobi of Sunagakure.

Hearing this, Daiso flexed his index finger, and an oddly shaped mechanical eyeball shot towards his hand. Daiso handed the eyeball to the tall shinobi.

The tall shinobi inserted chakra into the eyeball, which allowed him to see everything that transpired. 'So they headed west?'

He then looked back his half dead comrade, and felt extremely guilty. 'I didn't know that the sharingan user would possess such a sure-kill technique. Forgive me.....I swear I will end the lives of all three....I promise.'

He moved his hands to close the eyes of comrade and spoke. "Rest easy." Hearing this, the short anbu's body stopped twitching and went limp.

The tall Suna Anbu looked towards the direction the Konoha Anbu fled in, with a murderous glint flashing across his eyes. He quickly dissappeared in hot pursuit.

Boar and Miyabi regrouped with the injured Eagle. Boar helped his two comrades and found temporary shelter in a nearby cave.

'From what Miyabi said, there is still another shinobi. The Shinobi is capable of using Magnet Release, which means he probably in the upper echelons of Sunagakure. Eagle and Miyabi are in no condition to fight.' The more Boar thought, the worse his headache got.

'This mission is a complete failure.....but how? Miyabi is exteremely cautious in situations like this.....There is no way those two would've been able to ambush us. If Miyabi had noticed them, with the advantage of three against two, we could've suppressed them easily.' Boar was extremely frustrated.

"Miyabi? How could you have not noticed them? You are supposed to be sensor....." Boar quickly questioned Miyabi.

Miyabi also knew deep down, that he was distracted due to the birth of his child, and felt guilty. "Boar...I'm sorry. It's my fault. I was distracted."

"Miyabi...the mission is a complete failure. Our priority for now is to get Eagle back home alive." Boar spoke sternly.

"Yea-" Before Miyabi could finish his sentenced, he saw something moving in the distance.

"BOAR...WALL NOW."

Almost instinctively Boar perfomed the hands seals. "Earth Style: Stone Wall"

A wall of stone erupted from the ground, covering the entrance to the cave. Just as the wall went up, tens of kunais, embedded themselves onto the wall.

"That isn't going to save you." A maniacal expression appeared on the Sunagakure Anbu's face, who was hidden a distance away. "Explode."

Each of the Kunais had an explosive tag attached to it.

The stone wall wasn't the only place he threw his kunais at. There were kunais on the surface of the entire moutainside. "I'm going to bury you inside." He intended to collapse the entire cave.
