Thalia's POV

Ring!

My phone was ringing, I looked at the caller before answering.

"Hey Dee, how's work? you didn't execute any of the revenge you planned, did you?" I asked, twirling the bourbon I had in my hand. Loud music booming out from the huge speakers.

"No, but I'm planning to. Where the hell are you?"

"I'm at a club, my boyfriend just dumped me," I wiped my eyes, trying not to sound tearful.

"Oh my God! That scum dumped you? I knew that boneless rat was not for you. Oh Lia, tell me where you are, I'm coming to get you," she sounded worried.

"Don't worry I'm fine, I won't drink too much and won't definitely have a one night stand," I assured her. She was silent for a while but I could here her breathing.

"Ok, if that's what you want but keep in touch with me and expect me in the next one hour, no buts," she said with an air of finality and hanged up.

I sighed, rubbing my forehead and signalled the barman.

"Another glass of bourbon please."

"Make that two," a guy said and winked at me, I rolled my eyes and waited for my drink.

"What's a gorgeous lady doing in a bar sitting all alone?" He asked and leaned in close enough for me to perceive a strong smell of alcohol. I took my drink from the barman, gulped it down and stood up.

"Where ya goin' gal, I'm talkin to you," he stood up and grabbed my arm. I hissed and tried to shake him off but his grip tightened and he ran his eyes down my body lustily, I cringed and glared at him.

"Let me go, you piece of crap," I tried to yank my hand away but he smirked and leaned into my ears.

"How can I let a beautiful gal all on her own," he said leering at me, I was disgusted.

"FYI, my boyfriend is here with me and he'll beat the crap out of you, so let me go," I yelled at him. Just then, two attractive guys walked passed me and I grabbed one of them by his arm, he turned to me in surprise.

This is the most insane thing I have ever done.

"Babe, this man is pestering me, tell him to leave me alone," I signalled at him to play along. Luckily he understood, he turned to the guy holding me and glared at him.

"Let go of my girlfriend arm before I cut it off," he said in an Italian accent which made him more intimidating.

That's was way overboard....his accent is to die for.

"Are you sure you are her boyfriend?" The pervert asked, trying to look intimidating too but was failing woefully. The gorgeous Italian guy stepped closer to him and boyyy was he tall.

The pervert tried look more intimidating but his gaze faltered while the Italian hottie's gaze hardened, he immediately release my hand and walked away muttering curses beneath his breath.

Phew! Finally got rid of him.

"Thank you, you just saved my life," I thanked him and turned to walk away but he held my wrist. I stopped and wheeled around to face him.

Oh God, not another pervert.

"I think you owe me," he grinned. I gazed at him and reached in to my purse, taking out twenty bucks, I gave it to him, he looked surprised.

"Do I look like I lack money?" He gestured at himself obviously displeased and I studied him.

He was wearing a very expensive branded shirt, pants, shoes and a Rolex watch. His messy brown hair was glittering like he just came out of a very costly hair saloon, his cologne reeked of money and to top it of, his physique is to die for. To summarize it all, he looked like heaven's gift to women.

But not me, his not my type, too cocky.

I narrowed my eyes. "Yes, you could buy yourself something to drink." I said that to annoy him.

His expression twisted. Not that I care of, I walked away to the exit.

"Gosh, too many pervert in one night, am I that irresistible?" I got into my car and drove off.

Diego's POV

••••••••••••••••

"What the fuck? Did she just insult me?" I was furious and gulped down the whiskey in my hand.

"Take it easy man, atleast we have twenty bucks," Lemuel, my PA/ best friend displayed the money on the table. I glared at him and gave the money to the waitress who was trying desperately to seduce me before shooing her away, a cluster of girls gathered around me.

"Just chill, enjoy the party."  Lemuel drawled.

I relaxed and drank my second  glass. One of the girls seating on my lap attempted to kiss me and that flared up my anger.

"Get off and scram," I growled at her startling her, she stood up and scurried away.

I stood up and looked at my friend who was equally enjoying his plaything before walking away, that lady just killed the mood.

"Where are you going? The party has just started," he asked, I ignored him and walked away.

No girl have ever insulted me in my life, I will make her pay.

As soon as I arrived at my penthouse. I took off my clothes and stepped in to the shower.

Aarghh! Why can't I take my mind off her.

I kept thinking about her. How beautiful her grey eyes were, her slender figure, exquisite red curls, the curl of her lips, her...

"I think I'm going crazy." I stepped out of the shower with my towel around my waist, "I just need to get make her pay for embarrassing me."

I picked out a grey pajamas and wore it, leaving my upper body bare. I went into the kitchen and made coffee before going to bed and for some sick reason, I still can't get my mind off her.

Thalia walked into the apartment to meet Dalia cooking, she sniffed the air and hummed softly.

"Looks like someone is in a good mood today," Dalia laughed heartily as Lia performed a small dance.

"Whacha cooking?"

"Spicy chicken curry."

"Bet it'll be delicious," she chuckled and walked away to freshen up.

"When you're done, tell what happened ok!?" Dalia yelled out from the kitchen.

" Aye aye captain," Lia answered.

Few minutes later

Dalia set the table and served the food. "So what happened, gist me."

"But we are eating."

"Food can wait, yours more important."

Lia exhaled and looked away. "He cheated on me. He said he doesn't need me, he said he is tired of me....I loved him, I freaking loved him," her voice cracked but tears didn't fall.

"God so help me when I get my hands on that goat, I'll skin him alive and use it as a rug in my room." Anger filled Dalia's voice, she snatched Lia's phone and dialled the his phone. "Don't call him Dee." Lia begged.

"Hello! Thalia I told you I'm through with yo...."

"Hey bush rat it's Dalia, how dare you say such things to her you misbegotten son of an llama. God so help me if I get my hands on you, I will make you witness how I skin you alive then I will pierce under your fingernails with small needles, I will make you wish you were dead." She threatened with a sadistic tone.

"Watch your back, cause you won't know what hit you." Dalia cackled before hanging up.

Thalia stared at her friend in awe. Dalia can be scary if she wanna be.

"Gosh, Dee, you're awesome." Lia smiled and hugged her friend.

"Next time he shows himself, we'll make him our next test subject," Dalia giggled evily and they laughed maniacally till their next room neighbor banged on their door.
