[Kaede POV]

I could see the faint outline of Okinawa Island in the distance, and the anxiety in my heart grew. All the heroes were being transported on a massive aircraft carrier and the atmosphere was tense.

Specifically, we're moving towards Naha City, located at the southern end of the island. There were tons of people living in that land and I don't know what happened to them when the League of Villains take over. I truly hope they're safe...

Midoriya was already informed of my ability with the Rinnegan black receivers, and I proposed that I can try to bring him into Tomura's self-consciousness. Then Midoriyia will do his usual motivational speech or whatever he needs to do. Otherwise, if Midoriya's persuading fails, I will destroy Tomura's subconsciousness/soul and kill him that way...

It may seem cruel but that's the best method to prevent further collateral damage. Don't get me wrong; the plan was insanely stupid and risky. I had to stab Tomura with my black receiver rod while being in contact with Midoriya and hoping we weren't interrupted by any external factors.

I sighed. This will be one of the most crucial battles in Japan's history, probably even the world's...

"Nervous?" Shoto asked and tapped my shoulder.

I nodded: "Aren't you?"

He shrugged: "There's no point in being nervous anymore as it's whether we succeed or don't."

I chuckled: "That sure was reassuring."

"Todoroki-san's right. It's useless to worry about it now. We simply have to win!" Kirishima exclaimed.

The rest of my friends approached us and voiced their opinions. I felt a bit better and continued to observe the island; as we closed in, I could see the whole terrain.

The land was covered with a large forest with buildings constructed along the coast. It looked like a beautiful place, perfect for tourist vacations, and the island definitely didn't give out the Super Villain Base vibe.

Promptly something caught my attention as a winged figure burst out of the forest. Not just one, the number kept increasing by the dozens, reaching the hundreds in a matter of seconds. I activated Sharingan, and my expression darkened.

Hundreds of flying nomu were approaching us quickly: "Incoming!" I hurriedly shouted and warned the other heroes.

Everyone was instantly on guard as the flock of nomu were easily visible and they screeched loudly before diving towards us. The turrets on our ship fired along with the heroes who had long-range attacks and countless nomu were being shot down.

However, to our shock, instead of dying, the body of the nomu burst into the mud and I realised they must have implemented Twice's quirk into a nomu.

Its natural body must be close!

I used my Sharingan to look for any nomu with suspicious behaviour; eventually, I spotted one in the back of the group watching us instead of attacking like the others.

When their number started to dim, the suspicious nomu shrieked, and more monsters appeared at its side: "Onii-chan!" I called out to my brother.

Itachi-onii-chan glanced at me and saw that I was pointing at the nomu in the distance. He nodded as he completed a set of hand signs: "Gōkakyū no Jutsu!"

He kneads the chakra in his body and spits out five giant fireballs. The fireball tears through the army of monsters, destroying everything in this path. The leader nomu dodged the fireball as the projectile exploded behind it and the monsters cackled.

Itachi-onii-chan and I smirked as the smoke generated from the fireball created warmth in the atmosphere as the ascending air currents begin to form dark clouds. The sound of lighting could be heard and I held my hand high in the air.

The rumbling of thunder increased and I gathered the electricity in my palm. I shaped and guided the lightning as the electricity formed the shape of a dragon.

"Kirin!" I yelled as the electric dragon roared and dived toward my enemies.

*BOOM*

There wasn't even time for the nomu to react as the gigantic amount of lightning struck them. The army of monsters screeched in pain before turning into nothingness. Not even their corpse remained and the sky became clear once more.

Everyone sighed in relief as the skirmish ended: "Don't relax now! This is just the beginning!" Itachi-onii-chan warned.

We all nodded as our friends, and the other heroes boarded small transport ships and we arrived at the docks of Naha City.

[3rd POV]

Kaede and Itachi led the charge as they sliced and diced any nomu the two encountered, creating a safe passage for the other heroes. There were also criminals amongst the monsters but they were soon dealt with by a large number of heroes.

Eventually, they arrived inside the city. The city was empty and devastated as no signs of people could be seen. The heroes' moods were grim as they were determined to find any survivors. As they rush deeper into the city, the fiercer villains fought.

Finally, the entire city has been cleared. Heroes found civilians being contained in multiple large makeshift outputs in the city and they were all rescued safely. However, the main members of the League of Villains couldn't be found.

"We found nothing at the south either...." Hawks reported as he landed next to Itachi.

Itachi sighed in annoyance: "Keep searching, they have to be here."

Kaede who was beside Itachi frowned, she felt uneasy feeling as soon as they entered the city.

"Are there any clues yet Uchiha-san?" Izuku asked and the rest of Kaede's friends approached her.

She shook her head as the anxiety grew by the seconds. Suddenly, Kaede covered her mouth as her eyes widened with shock. She began to cough uncontrollably as a black ooze-like liquid expelled out of her lips and enveloped her.

"Kaede!" x2 Itachi and Shoto shouted as they rushes towards her.

Shoto and Itachi reached out their hands as they tried to grab Kaede. However, their fingers grazed her as she was fully covered with the liquid and Kaede disappeared. Everyone watched with disbelief, suddenly Shoto felt like throwing up and the same liquid appeared in his mouth.

He glanced at his friends and a similar phenomenon was occurring. Izuku, Bakugo and Ochako were all vomiting the black gunk and they were all forcibly teleported away from the heroes.

[Shoto POV]

I was bought into a cave and frantically looked around: "Kaede! Kaede!" I called out but received no response.

I heard growling in front of me and a nomu leapt out of the darkness. I dodged and placed my palm on the dirt floor. An ice spike shot out of the ground impaling the monster. I took a deep breath from the sudden adrenaline rush.

That Nomu must have brought me here but why...

I was in a cave and the only path was a suspicious tunnel in front of me. I got no choice but to advance and hope I could regroup with my class.

The tunnel eventually led me into a vacant room. The room was illuminated by dim lights and there seems to be a massive trapdoor created on the floor. There's also another tunnel at the other end.

However, a figure was blocking the way as he watched me with crossed arms. The man was wearing a green cloak, combat clothes and a smiling white theatrical mask. I scowled and felt my anger rising.

"You...." I muttered with a cold tone.

"Me?" Kugutsu replied with an amused laugh.

I clenched my fist in annoyance, he's the one that kidnapped Kaede...

Kugutsu must have sensed my rage: "Oh? I seemed to have angered you, was it because of something.... Or someone?"

He tilted his head and I felt like the smile on his mask was looking slyer and wider than before: "Let me guess, it must be because of that Uchiha girl right?"

My eyebrows furrowed: "You don't have the right to say her name...." I clenched my fist as flames and ice emerges from my palm.

Kugutsu's laughter became louder: "It sounds like I'm correct." He also entered his own stance as our battle begin.
