A fair deal

Alberto left immediately he informed me that sinister wanted to see me.

It's been almost three hours and I've been snuggling in the bed without going down. I wasn't in the best mood to see anyone.

There was a loud knock and the door swung open.

Nope. Satan was inside the room. He was in the room!

His eyes pierced at mine as he moved closer to the bed.

"The bed must be really soft, making it hard for you to leave it, no?"

"Let's just say, I'm the indoor kind of lady. No?" I glared at him.

The blue in his eyes seemed to flicker, but he was quick to avoid it.

"I sent for you some while ago, you don't seem to like taking instructions do you Miss?" He sat on the chair opposite the bed, crossing his long elegant legs.

"If you are going to kill me then do it quick."

"Who said anything about killing you," he replied with an easy laugh, "I have other plans for you. Besides, disciplining your sisters would be more fun right?"

"You wouldn't dare." My voice was aching and soft.

"I would." He fluently replied, dropping his legs and moving to seat on the…. Bed?

He suddenly eased himself on the bed, sprawling off. Taking a gun out of his pocket, he played with it as if he was some sort of toy ignoring a frail looking me next to him, "Make a choice Angel, I don't have all night."

Why was he like this? Why couldn't he be any nicer? He's a sardonic, deranged and sexy bastard. The detest I felt for him right now would shake the world. Hell should just open up and take him. And the worst part was that I had no choice.

"Well?" He asked raising both brows impatiently. For some reason I couldn't help but notice how his thick black T-shirt highlighted how defined he was, while the Jean gave him that rough masculine look.

I moved, trying to get off the bed to compose myself to give an answer but accidentally fell on him.

"The amount of time we keep ending up like this, I'm beginning to think you like being on top of me." He saii said with all seriousness.

"Shut up cheapsteak!"

Before I could make another muscle, he looped his arm around my waist stapling me to him.

"I have to admit baby, you have stamina." He growled behind my left ear.

God! How sensitive was I there.

I was trying to keep sane, to keep focus. But my reflexes were failing me.

"…"

"What's the problem Miss Grey, cat got your tongue?" He whispered moving his left fingers over my lips.

"S-stay away." I barely spoke.

"Why? You don't have to be afraid of me Grey." His voice was surprisingly tender.

I slapped his hands away from me," Stop it."

"Grey."

Bringing my feet up on the sofa, I curled myself in a ball, hugging my legs. I turned away because I knew my eyes were getting damped and I didn't want him to see me like this.

"You threaten me and you tell me I don't have to be afraid, are you in your right mind?!"

"Listen to me angel," he shifted closer to me," I don't want to resort to killing you. I really don't."

"Then why?" I asked turning to him.

"I keed you angel."

"What?"

He seemed to contemplate wether he should continue but he gave a sigh and clenched on his left wrist with his right one," I told you already, I need you to help me find your brother."

"Can't you find him the same way you found me?"

"I can, but the rate at which he's traveling it would take a while. But with you I have a plan."

"So you're asking me to help you find my brother so you can kill him?" My voice broke.

"No." He stood up and shrugged," I could agree for a moment, my deal wasn't reasonable."

"It wasn't." I backed.

" I'll make you a fair deal then."

"No no!" I stood up and walked to him with shaken voice," I'm tired of all these. I'm done with your deals Mr-"

"You're forgetting what position you're in right now Ms Grey." His voice turned a bit sterner.

I hushed. Feeling the helplessness devour me.

We were both silent for a while before he spoke again,"Listen, I don't give a shit about your brother. Sure I want to kill his sorry ass but I'll try not to resort to that, only for you Angel."

"Why?" I arched my eyebrow in confusion.

"You want him alive, don't you?"

"Yes…. But I don't understand-"

"Your brother stole a file from me," He answered," I don't want your brother, I want that file."

....

I honestly could not believe this was happening.

I was actually going to stay with this bastard till I find my brother.

Following the super sexy psycho across the car park with his suitcase in my hand, he stopped.

"What's wrong with you?" I asked frustrated at his abrupt stop which caused me to bump into his back.

"You should show more respect to that suitcase, she hold more information than you'll ever imagine." He said sternly while turning to me at the side.

Was he serious? There was something about the autocratic way he demands something from people. It just pissed me off.

"You should watch the way you speak to me sometimes Mr, You don't want to end up on my bad side."

I noticed how his jawline clenched as though he was suppressing a laughter. Yet his composure remained calm and collective.

He simply ignore my last statement and continued walking while I followed. To my horror, he stopped in front of something that completely deflated my throbbing heart.

His car.

His freaking car!

"Are we riding in that?" I asked.

"Why? Haven't ridden in one of these before?" He replied with almost a sense of…. Mockery?

The bastard!

"This is the latest-"

"McLaren Elva? Yes I know." He cut with sarcasm and headed to open the door," get in, I don't have all day." He continued as he slid inside.
