Chapter 2 - Pandemonium

Kam POV

I went to the closet to see what I can wear but first a shower so I hopped in to then see what to wear as I pulled out black lingerie, a grey turtle neck rib-knit crop top sweater, black push up skinny jeans, and grey elegant boots, I brushed my hair to now grab a black leather jacket.

I went to the weapons room to see the legendary swords including glorious but I won't need that now just a Seraph blade, two daggers, and a couple of throwing knives.

I grabbed my stele to begin adding runes to myself and it doesn't hurt really.

Kam: There, now I'm a Shadowhunter so let's go.

I drew the portal rune to open the portal to pandemonium but then I activated the glamour rune to walk through the portal to see I'm here for me to snap my fingers to close it.

I walked across to the entrance as the bouncer let me in as I saw a lot of downworlders partying so I went to the bar as I approached it.

Bartender: What can I get you?

Kam: Bourbon.

Bartender: Which ever one?

Kam: Jack Daniels.

Bartender: Coming right up.

As he was making my drink I was on my phone as I sat down facing the crowd to see a girl getting harassed, she's a Seelie and him a Warlock.

I walked over to look at them.

Kam: The lady said no so why are you not getting that?

Warlock: Why don't you mind your business Shadowhunter?

Kam: Last chance before I start kicking your ass and embarrassing you but clearly you don't need my help in that department.

Warlock stood up in front of me.

Warlock: Told you stay out of it.

Kam: Why don't make me ugly.

Then I saw someone get in between us but it was Magnus Bane.

Magnus: Alright children, please don't ruin the party.

Kam: Tell your Warlock to keep his hands off women who don't give consent, downworlder or not.

Magnus: Duly noted.

I took the girls hand to pull her with me as she was surprised.

Kam: Nice to meet you Magnus.

Magnus: You too my dear.

I pulled the girl with me to the bar as I saw my drink with the bartender.

Bartender: Here's your drink and thank you for handling that, Eric's been causing trouble really.

Kam: No problem, I hate guys who can't take a hint.

Bartender smiled and went back to work as I looked at the Seelie.

Kam: What's your name?

Kaelie: Kaelie Whitewillow.

Kam: Cute name, I'm Kameryn Ardon but just call Kam and that is with a K.

Kaelie: Why did you help me? Shadowhunters usually don't bother in helping downworlders?

Kam: I don't care if your a downworlder, as long as your trying to be in peace and not harming someone intentionally then will have no problems.

Kaelie: Well that makes you special then so how do you want this night to go?

Kaelie raises her leg to mine to which she smirks, all right then.

Kam: I would be trying to hit on you but I have something to take care of so you could give your number so I can do a rain check.

Kaelie: Alright.

I gave the man a great tip and Kaelie gave me her number as I went to begin.
