Chapter Fifteen

"Be mine"

"What?"

I'm staring at Gabriel like he has lost his mind.

"You don't like me?" He ask

"I… I do I guess"

"Then be mine"

"It's nor going to be that easy"

"I should woo you then?" He raises a brow

"Exactly"

"Well prepare to be wooed".

"There must be something wrong with my eyes, cause I can't take them off you" Gabriel said as he joined me in walking to class. I laugh.

"Good morning to you too"

"You just dropped something… my jaw"

"Did you browse this lines?"

"Are you a piece of art?, cause I'd like to nail you on my wall" he wiggles his brows.

Couldn't help but laugh.

I push open the class door, stopping in my tracks.

The class was decorated, with flowers and balloons, Charlly was holding a cardboard with "say yes" written on it

"You complete me, whenever I'm around you seems to be my happiness, you are my ray of sunshine Crystal, would you do me the honors of being my girl?" Gabriel has a bouquet of flower in his hands. When did he even do all this?.

"Say yes" the class shouted.

I laugh nodding.

"Yes"

"Finally" Charlly shouted throwing the cardboard away.

"Now you have about 8 minutes to clean all this up before a teacher walks in" Jimi say.

"For you, I'd do anything" Gabriel winked.

I feel eyes on me, searching around class with my eyes. OMA is sitting at a corner staring at me, not her usual glare just staring at me like she's trying to figure something out, I raise a brow and she looks away.

Well that was weird.

"Y'all should go to the chemistry lab"

I groan. Can't I come to school without learning?

A paper fell on my desk. I look around holding eye contact with Gabriel

Open it he mouthed

I opened the wrapped paper

Hey beautiful.

I'm smiling.

"Miss Matthews can you share with the class why you are smiling, so we'd smile as well" Professor's voice wipes the smile off my face.

"I'd pass its for my eyes only" I say.

The class is noisy as everyone starts laughing. Don't know how that is funny tho.

He looks at me for a minute longer.

"Leave my class"

Happily. I pack my things, holding eye contact with Gabriel as I leave, he winks at me smirking.

Class ends and everyone troops out of the lab, coming back to class. Gabriel and Charlly comes to me. Gabriel wrapping his arms around me

"Can't believe he asked you to leave" Charlly say sitting.

"Its all his fault" i pout slapping Gabriel's chest playfully. He laughs whispering something in my ear making me laugh.

"You two make me jealous, I want a girlfriend too" Charles has a pout on his face

"Then get one"

"I'd pass, I can't handle the horror" He shudders. We laugh.
