Kojiro gazed at her with melancholy, He did not take offence to whatever was happening but he could see that she did not want to either.
He stared at Maldong who seemed unfazed while enjoying the blossom tea. Kojiro sighed "Very well. If you wish to test me then I shall entertain you."
Kojiro took his stance as he rushed at Agnes who immediately threw small knives at Koijro who batted them to the side. His Mind's Eye working as he observed everything and predicting the next move. He could see that the small knives had strings attached to them as Kojiro cut the strings of the knives before picking a few up.
Twang.
Kojiro threw the knives as they surrounded Agnes who was forced to either deflect the knives or move either way she would be forced into close combat.
Maldong stared at the fight intensely as sparks covered the area as Monohoshizao struck multiple times within the span of a second. Maldong watched as the faint lines of the string webs slowly close in within as Agnes waited and waited until she could trap him.
Kojiro tilted back as he leapt gracefully before landing on a foot as soon the strings were cut into pieces as they floated away into the air a few more strings came at him as he retreated each time gracefully avoiding them even when he couldn't see them. They eventually ended up on two opposite sides of the courtyard. Maldong narrowed his eyes as he muttered to himself "That wasn't just instinct, that was something else entirely ,mixed with a bit of instinct."
Kojiro stood normally as the tip of his Monohoshizao rested on the ground. "So is this enough or do you want to continue to dig? I still have to sort out some loose ends later. Especially the pink vulgar thug like princess."
Kojiro's face scrunched up a bit before resuming his casual stance. Maldong thought a bit before replying "I want to see you defeat Agnes. I know you are holding back."
Kojiro chuckled "Holding back, yes, I wouldn't want anybody dying on me would I?"
Agnes glared at him "I won't die from something so easily."
Kojiro smiled "Very well. Then I'll supposed you'll be my practise for my new technique?"
Maldong replied for her "Do it. If she dies, I'll take responsibility." Agnes stared at Maldong while he snorted as he observed. Kojiro nodded "I'll try reduce the damages, I still have a few potions left so don't die on me."
Maldon stared as Kojiro looked like a stupid leaping bunny.
The first step as he leapt once.
"One step swifter than sound."
And another.
"Two steps infinite."
Maldong widened his eyes as Kojiro disappeared as the distance between Agnes and Kojiro shortened instantly.
"Three steps, the absolute sword!"
Agnes jumped back but the third step prevented the distance from widening as Kojiro's blade pierced her.
"Lightless, Three Stage Thrust."
Agnes had succeeded in blocking the fatal blow but two other's pierced her at the exact same time as Maldong rushed to pour the potions onto her as the wounds slowly knitted.
"Brat what was that?"
Kojiro simply replied "A three thrusts within the span of a single breath." Agnes glared at him "Bullshit, that was similar to the technique you used before."
"The Tsubame Gaeshi was it?"
Kojiro chuckled "I'll leave you here. I need to sort something out."
His presence seemingly vanished as he disappeared with a gust of wind.

Teresa awoke with a note stuck to her bedside table.
-Dear Vulgar Thug like pink princess.
I'm well aware of your feelings for me. I have no interest in you unfortunately as you do not suit my personal preferences. You'll have to search for someone else.

Her heart shattered in an elegant way as Kojiro had straight up rejected her in the most polite way possible. On top of that the pieces of her heart were shattered even more with the bottom line.
"Your best friend."
She sighed "Is this what earthlings call, Friend Zoned?"
"FUCKING HEART BREAKER!"
Kojiro sneezed as he watched his status window update.

Hugo laughed as Seol was a bit confused.
"Absolute chad!" Hugo continued to laugh until Teresa kicked him in the shin.
"AH! Shit! It hurts. I see why he friend zoned you."

It had been some time since he had gone out of the temple. His days involved training and creating new skills to potentially best anyone. He wanted to be able to create a future that not even a god could escape from. An inescapable strike no matter what. He had heard that the banquet had ended with Seol's win quite a feat.
Kojiro sighed as he sipped some more tea, he was enjoying this leisurely life. Training and relaxing and hanging out with Flonecia. A perfect combination. Guarding the gate was quite a peaceful time with no parasites and a cup of tea. That was until some fallen angels had visited him.
The flew down as they stood on the stairs. However they seemed to have brought over a guest? Kojiro stood up as he brushed his pants while walking into the temple as he invited them over. "Let's have a talk over a cup of tea shall we?"
Michael nodded as they soon met the courtyard as the cherry blossom trees continued to rain pedals down. A pleasant scent soon tingled their brains and noses as cups of tea were served. Michael broke the ice "Quite the pleasant tea, I assume the tea leaves are from the cherry blossom trees?" Kojiro nodded "Why don't we get to the point? After that we can relax a bit more." Michael couldn't help but get dragged into Kojiro's pace as he responded.
"We'd like you to take care of Anastasia for a bit."
Kojiro raised his eyebrows, "Anastasia?" Michael hesitated for a bit before speaking "I can't tell you much but she's important to the Beastmen."
Kojiro hummed as he thought it over before responding "So I'm to assume someone or something is after her and you want me to take care of her until whatever is searching for her is gone?"
Michael went silent before resuming "Sometimes I forget how sharp minded you are." Kojiro smiled "It's a useful skill. Now..."
Kojiro leaned as he stared at Michael "I need to know what or who I'm up against. Who exactly is after her?"
Michael shook his head before sighing "It won't do much but it's Vulgar Chastity, one of the parasite army commanders."
Kojiro smiled as he thought for a bit. "Ah I see, I've been meaning to give that vulgar and disgusting queen a little warning."
Kojiro gazed at his status window as he chuckled.
