Ice Cream Celebration
The phone rings..
**Ring ring.... Ring ring....
Jackson picks up.
J: Hey babe! What's up? Sorry I didn't answer right away. Class just got out now.
Me: so sorry baby. I was too excited to call, I forgot you were still in class. I'm sorry.
J: No you're good. What's up? Too excited??
Me: Yes! I got the job at College Bridge!
J: Really?!?! Aww, that's great baby! Good for you. Congratulations!
Me: Thank you!! I had to tell you first! I mean Nile is here with me now, but I had to tell you asap!
J: Yes, Thanks for letting me know! I appreciate it! I actually am done for the day. The next class got cancelled, so if you're done too, we can celebrate a little early? I'm assuming, since you're with Nile, you're eating lunch right now huh?
Me: Lol. yes! You already know! Hahah, when it's Nile and Me together, Food is life and of course we'd be having food.
J: Haha, you dorks. Well that's good that you two are eating. If you're about done, I'll meet you at the library in 10 min? Would that work?
Me: Yes, that'll work. If anything changes, I'll text you.
J: Perfect! See you in a bit.
I hung up the phone. Nile and I finished up and headed back to campus. We reached the library where Jackson was.
J: Hey Babe, Hey Nile!
Nile: Hey Jacks! * They shook hands*
Nile: Well y'all have fun celebrating! I'm going to study. Catch you both later! Bye Ori!
Me: Thanks Nile, See you later.
J: Bye Nile.
As Nile headed into the library, Jackson turned over to me and smiled. Our eyes locked and I smiled as well.
Me: What?? What's that smile for?
J: I don't know babe. I just feel like I haven't seen you in forever....
Me: You dork, you see me almost every day!
J: Well, that's not enough.
I blushed.
Seeing that I blushed, Jackson pulled me in for a hug. I hugged him back.
J: Are you feeling cold?
Me: Noo, not really. Especially since you're here hugging me. I'm okay.
Jackson pulled back and smiled.. "Is that so?" I smiled back at him.. "Yes" I said."So what?" Jackson smiled and finally said, "oh nothing." But then quickly leaned in and kissed me on the lips..
**Passing time during college is done.. so it was literally just us... lol thankgod, it'd be soooo awkward if someone was to see us now lol.
The kiss lasted a few seconds.... then Jackson pulled away and smiled again... saying "Soooo, how about some ice cream?? To work on our kissing skills?" He laughed.
I blushed. "Stopppp!!" I said! "You're so mean!!!"
Jackson laughed but kissed me again. "Come on babe, I'm just saying. There's nothing wrong with me wanting to taste your tongue."
I rolled my eyes and smiled. This dork I thought. Jackson and I finally started walking towards his car parked in the school camping ramp.
J: Ice cream... hmm? Any place in particular?
Me: Nope, you decide.
J: Okay, how about Rain's Sweet?
Me: Perfect. But did you want to eat something first? Did you take lunch early today before class?
J: I'm okay baby. Yeah I ate a little with the guys first before I went to class. I'm good. I just want something sweet, so this will be good. Ready??
Me: Yes.
J: okay, let's go.
Jackson and I drove for about 5 minutes to get the Rain's Sweet.
Once we were there, Jackson got a blue moon ice cream cone and I got strawberry - my favorite.
Jackson and I then decided to walk down the path of this little ice cream shop and sat near their flower garden on a bench next to each other.
Me: How's your ice cream??
J: Pretty good. Literally taste like Fruit loops cereal. lol Childhood memories. Haha How about yours?
Me: It's good. Strawberry is my favorite.
J: Lol good. Well enjoy it! This is our mini celebration for you getting the job. Congrats again baby. I knew you could do it. I'm proud of you.
Me: Thanks baby! & Thanks for treating as well. You didn't have to. It means so much.
J: Of course.
Jackson stopped for a minute and looked at me. I laughed knowing exactly why he looked at me.
Me: Stoppp!!! Haha, I know what you're doing
J: Hey, I just want to know if you're "practicing" *Jackson sticks out his tongue as a demonstration :P
I laughed! "Ewwww! Stop! you weirdo!!!"
Jackson and I laughed.
J: baby, I'm serious. Hahah, Practice..... I'm going to kiss you in a few minutes here.. I better see some improvement" (Jokingly)
I rolled my eyes and then purposely licked the ice cream. Jackson laughed out loud!
J: Is that a tease? Jackson laughed
Me: Nope!! I laughed and turned around, my back facing Jackson.
J: Are you sure?? Huh?? If you're not teasing me, then what was that huh?
Me: Ohh, nothing. *still not turning around*
J: Hmmm, if that's nothing, thenn wellll..... I guess you'll be punished.
Jackson laughed and pulled me into his arms (my back facing his chest) and started kissing my cheeks.
I laughed and told him to stop, but he wouldn't at first, but did after a few seconds.
J: Sooo, let me ask you again * he smiled.." was that a tease??" :P
I laughed and said, No, I was showing you.. You're the one who wanted me to practice!!!!!!!!!
Jackson laughed..."Oh yeah??" He said.
Yes :P I said.
J: Okay. so let's see.
Me: See Wha...
But before I finished, Jackson has already came in for a kiss. His lips on mine, as he embraced me in his arms. We kissed, and then Jackson opened his mouth sliding his tongue into my mouth. Our tongues swirled with each othered for a bit and then kissed again, and our tongues swirled again with each other. After a brief moment, I pulled back in embarrassment. Jackson smiled..
J: Hmm, improvement indeed. ;) Jackson winked.
I blushed!
Me: Stopppppppppp *turning around and hiding my face!
J: You're so cute! Hahaha.
Me: & You're mean and cute :P
Jackson then wrapped his arms around me again and pulled me in for a hug. I turned around and faced him again. Jackson smiled again and leaned in for another kiss.
Closing our eyes, Jackson and I shared another passionate kiss on the bench.
Jackson and I finally pulled back. He brushed my hair out of my face and said, "No wonder why you like Strawberry ice cream.. it's good indeed."
He licked his lips and I blushed... My heart couldn't stop racing.
