Chapter 1 New Beginnings

In a dimly lit room there was a young man in his early twenties when suddenly he sprung up from his bed and confusedly thought to himself.

Wh-What is this place where the fuck am I. Quickly scanning the room he found a well taken care of apartment room without the look of wear and tear he had grown so accustomed to. Wait isn't this my old apartment room from before the fall he thought to himself in slight panic.

How the hell is this place here and what happened everything around this neighborhood was destroyed by a rank 6 mutated beast a year into the apocalypse how is everything in pristine condition and what happened.

Thoroughly shaken by the voice that suddenly appeared in his head he thought to himself no way that shits all fiction but his inner otaku that had been suppressed through years of bloody warfare and countless atrocities that he had seen and even taken part of finally got the best of him and he said "system are you there, hey system fucking answer me you bastard".

This continued on for about 5 minutes before he finally said the right thing "Jesus fucking Christ what do i need to say maybe, Status open".

{Ding* Tutorial Starting the systems first function, inventory can store anything as long as its not alive inside of it and once inside of the sub-space time will stop preventing it from aging and or decomposing. Status gives you an overview of you current strength and abilities and store can be used to purchase various goods with system points that you can gain through killing people and monsters. Last of all Theft can steal abilities, currency and items from someone within 10 feet of host given enough time or system credits.}

Woah the first three functions could be a game changer to anyone in the apocalypse but the last option is just straight up overpowered especially considering the vast arsenal of abilities people had in the apocalypse. Hahaha now that i have this i can obtain anything that i desire with no limits i must be a crazy bastard i am kinda looking forward to the apocalypse starting now Josh said in a state of euphoria.
