Chapter 2

What the hell was happening.

Kim Soo-Eun couldn't feel their body. They blacked out or something and the first thing that they noticed once their consciousness came back, was the smell of iron. They were covered in blood... and then hit a strong wave of medicine. Kim Soo-Eun hadn't smelt that strong medicine scent in months, and that was only two weeks ago when they passed out in the middle of a lecture.

Even though Kim Soo-Eun finally got used to having no control what-so-ever of their body, the irony smell was still there, and Kim Soo-Eun was going to get nauseous if they continued to breathe in bloodied air.

They were getting tired of waiting. So with all the strength they had left in their body, Kim Soo-Eun tried to forcefully open their eyes. But with all the effort they put into peeling open their eyes, the first thing that they saw was a flash of bright light, right into their face.

"Why isn't he crying?!"

"Doctor! Is he sick?!"

"No, no! Not at all ma'am!"

What's with the loud voices?

Kim Soo-Eun still couldn't really tell what was going on, but what they could make out was a bunch of shadows hovering over their face.

Like, really close to their face.

'Have you people ever heard of personal space?'

That's what Kim Soo-Eun wanted to say, but couldn't. There was also the fact that they had no idea what kind of gibberish they were spewing, since their ears were killing them with the overwhelming sensation. To Kim Soo-Eun, the strangers were speaking way too loud. Their ears were about to burst and bleed if they didn't tone down their voices.

'Screw this'

Kim Soo-Eun blinked a few times. There was some sort of blood covering their sight, which was really annoying.

'...What. The. Fuck.'

Finally adjusting to the immensity of brightness being shone into their face, Kim Soo-Eun was now questioning if they were dead, or just in a really vivid dream.

Everything that they saw was either way too fake to be real, or too real to be fake.

Kim Soo-Eun now had no idea if they were even still on earth. What's with all the overly bright colors but flat surfaces? And what was more unrealistic was the tiny chubby hands Kim Soo-Eun saw hovering over their eyes.

It seemed to be their hand that they had control over, finally. But Kim Soo-Eun didn't have overly chubby hands, it was the complete opposite. And what's with the movement of the hand? The way the hand moved was always in sync, moving like it was drawn in 4 frames, repeated over and over again.

Then, an idea popped into Kim Soo-Eun's head. They looked down to see a pair of tiny chubby legs attached to a body that seemed to be in their perspective.

'Ah...'

Then everything hit Kim Soo-Eun.

'Fucking reincarnation.'

Indeed, it was fucking reincarnation.

Now everything that Kim Soo-Eun just experienced made sense. They were just pushed out of a female's genitals, which was probably now their mother. Actually, nothing made any sense, they were just pushed out of a vagina for fucks sake!?

Kim Soo-Eun was already tired of living in their first life, so God - if there was one - just decided to give them, out of all people, another chance at shitty living. And the worst part about the whole situation, Kim Soo-Eun had to relive all the hell that they already barely passed in the past.

All the dumb isekai anime Kim Soo-Eun watched didn't mean they actually wanted to be in the same situation as all the stupid bland main character's! The only reason they even chose to watch those cliche isekai was because they were absolutely at their lowest state. Being just worn out of living. That was all!

Kim Soo-Eun didn't want to deal with being in an isekai, and then making them the main character! Being the main character ment you wouldn't have a chill life = nowhere near Slacker life-chan..!

While Kim Soo-Eun was regretting life, again, some nurses had already walked over to where they were laying. The nurses cleaned off the newborn's body and swaddled their body with a clean cloth.

"Aww, look at how cute he is!"

"I know!" One of the nurses poked Kim Soo-Eun's cheek, which made their eye twitch. "He is just so adorable!"

Kim Soo-Eun was never a person of physical contact, they much preferred if you stood 10,000 meters away from them. And all of a sudden with random strangers touching their body, Kim Soo-Eun's natural instinct was to repudiate.

But what could a newborn baby do? Kim Soo-Eun barely had any strength to even open their eyes, it was pretty useless for them to resist.

So unable to do anything, Kim Soo-Eun held in the urge to puke up and gag.

The nurses finished cooing over the baby and they lifted Kim Soo-Eun up and handed them to a new stranger; a very pretty stranger. The stranger looked down at Kim Soo-Eun with warmth in their eyes.

Kim Soo-Eun was going to just ignore the stranger and contemplate on what their life has become. But when a pair of vibrant red eyes looked at Kim Soo-Eun with fondness and love, the only thing that was in their mind was—

'Isn't this…Bakugou's mom?...Japan?'

Short but spiky blonde hair, a pair of red fiery eyes, a very pretty face and probably an attitude of a rabid pomeranian…Yep, everything checks out. The woman who was cradling Kim Soo-Eun in her arms was Bakugou Katsuki's mother; Bakugou Mitsuki, and she was now their new mother...fuck.

Out of all the damn anime they could have reincarnated into, they were fucked over and got dragged into Boku no Hīrō Academia. And out of all the families of the whole series, it has to be the rowdiest and problem making one; the Bakugou family. To add a cherry on top, Bakugou Katsuki is one of the protagonists, which means, their slacker life was fading further and further away from Kim Soo-Eun's grasp!

'Slacker life-chan! Don't go!'

Kim Soo-Eun could already feel the energy of their Slacker life fading away. A single tear fell down their cheek.

"Eh? Is it really fine if he isn't crying?" Mitsuki, or should Kim Soo-Eun say, mother? Nah, Mitsuki is good. Calling her mother would be kinda weird. Mitsuki cradled Kim Soo-Eun in her arms, lightly kissing their forehead.

"You haven't cried at all, but you're perfectly healthy!" Mitsuki bopped their nose and smiled. "Grow up strong, Hitori."

'Hitori?'

Kim Soo-Eun blinked, was that their new name? Then Kim So—well now Hitori, would have to deal with being addressed with a new name. It was a simple name, so Kim So—fuck, Hitori could get over it. But they would've probably have to get used to it - being called a totally different name for the rest of their new life.

With that out of the way, there was still one thing in Kim S—Hitori's head; were they a girl or a boy?

Hitori assumes that they were a guy from the way people addressed them...So that means he had a dick. Great.

"Mr. Bakugou," a voice - amusingly the doctor - called out to Masaru, who Hitori had no idea was there. "May I have a word with you?"

"Ah! Of course!"

Masaru got up from the seat and followed the doctor out of the room. Hitori could see that Masaru was nervous from all the stumbling he did and his shaking hands. Hitori wondered when he even entered the room, was he always there?

Mitsuki still had all her attention on Hitori, so he assumed that she was oblivious to her husband that just got called away. It was either Mitsuki had bad hearing - cause that doctor was loud as fuck - or Hitori's ears were still sensitive. He was just born with a weak body and tiny figure, but apparently, he could hear really well.

"Aww, my cute ruby!" Mitsuki nuzzled her face into Hitori's tiny figure. "Why are you so cute! Much cuter than Katsuki!"

'Katsuki? Oh right, Bakugou Katsuki'

Hitori nearly forgot that he was just born into the Bakugou family, and that apparently their brother was none other than Bakugou Katsuki. Hitori was still cursing at what shitty God decided to put him here.

While Mitsuki was playing with Hitori's hand, he stared at her with an expressionless look. Hitori was never one to show much emotion, even if Mitsuki was his new 'mother', Hitori kept his stoic face.

"You're much quieter than Katsuki." Mitsuki didn't seem to be fazed that her new born child wasn't reacting at all to anything and she smiled wider. "Doesn't matter! I'll love you anyway!"

The warmth the Mitsuki showed to Hitori took him aback slightly. He hadn't really experienced any parental love before. So all of a sudden, someone showing this much affection to him was strange.

"Bwa.''

Hitori reached his hand out to Mitsuki. He was trying to touch her face, but with short and stubby hands, he failed. Still, Mitsuki held onto his hand and moved it onto her cheek.

Hitori didn't know why, but Mitsuki started to tear up, now even sobbing. She didn't seem sad, rather, she was smiling and crying at the same time. Mitsuki tightened her grip on Hitori's hand - but not too hard to hurt him - and leaned more onto his tiny baby hand.

"My dear son is just too precious!"

Hitori stared into those red glistening eyes that burned with passion and blinked.

'I guess this is ok, but…'

Hitori thought about the series for a moment. If Bakugou Katsuki suddenly had a sibling, would that change the plot? Because if it did, Hitori would stay far, far away from any of the main cast and plot points. He had no interest in changing anything or interfering with the original plot, even if Boku no Hīrō Academia's plot was flawed in many ways.

He just wanted to live a life in riches and get his Slacker life-chan he always chased.

But since Hitori was already born into this world, he might as well try and live a bit, maybe even try something new - as a Bakugou…probably not. All Hitori has to do is not get in the way of anything remotely connected to the original series and then their Slacker life-chan will come to him!

Yes. That was going to be Hitori's life plan.

'But now that I think about it...'

Hitori recalled to all the series that they hadn't finished from before... He started to pray - for the first time - to God or whatever was in the sky to make sure that he could still read all the stories he hadn't finished.

Add one more thing to Hitori's life plan.

"Love!"

All of a sudden, the door slammed open, revealing Masaru standing there with a sour expression. He walked over to where Mitsuki laid and he knelt beside her, pressing her hand on his forehead.

"What's up, darling?" Mitsuki looked at her husband, confused with the sorrowful expression he had on.

"...our son." Masaru couldn't say anything else. He just knelt there with his eyes looking at Mitsuki.

"What's wrong!?"

"I..."

"If I may, Mr. Bakugou," the doctor from earlier walked into the room, holding some papers, "Mrs. Bakugou, I'm afraid that your son has an extremely frail body." The doctor pushed his glasses up onto his nose bridge, flipping through the papers he was holding.

"WHAT?!" Mitsuki looked at the doctor with a troubled expression, her face beginning to pale.

"But there is no need to worry, Mrs. Bakugou. His body would be weaker compared to that of his peers. But with some medication and treatment, he'll be just fine. It's nothing serious, just something you should take note of."

With that, Mitsuki's complication seemed to calm down, but her attention went to her husband. "Masaru! Why did you look like our son was going to die!?"

"Sorry, I didn't mean to overreact…"

While the doctor started to explain to Mitsuki what was going on, Hitori, who was still in Mitsuki's arms, glared holes into Masaru's head. Hitori was tired. Dealing with the whole reincarnation and everything. But then Masaru decided to slam the door, startling Hitori and making every bone of his body ache.

'Stupid Masaru'

Hitori sighed and decided if he had nothing else to do, he'd just listen to whatever the doctor was saying. After all, didn't the doctor mention that his body was frail? For fucks sake, even in this life, Hitori's body was shitty.

After some time, the doctor left the room, leaving the Bakugou family alone.

"My son will always be my precious ruby!" Mitsuki bopped Hitori's nose with a wide grin on her face. "Don't worry, mommy's going to beat anyone who ever tries to hurt you!"

Masaru sweatdropped at his wife's choice of words, but smiled softly at Hitori. "And daddy's going to protect you too."

Hitori blinked a few more times. His face showed no emotion, but he did let out a soft giggle. Hitori thought it was funny that Mitsuki and Masaru had very polar personalities, yet they were married and lived together.

Their old parents could never. Or did they even qualify as parents?

"But honey, shouldn't you go pick up Katsuki now?"

"Right! Katsuki is still with Inko..!"

With that, Masaru shot up and rushed out the room, not before giving his wife a loving kiss.

'Never mind. I hate this already"

Hitori felt all his future headaches that were going to come just from being a Bakugou slap him in the face. Especially having to live with the Great Explosion Murder God Dynamight; Bakugou Katsuki himself.

'Aigoo, my slacker life…'
