Part 39: All Over Again

Iris and Kosair leave Malnivero's cave, Iris smiling brightly but Kosair forcing him to be like hers. They start to head to the east of Coral City where Kole is helping Iris's soulmate, River. They arranged a meetup and they were determined to help them be together.

As they went their way, the blue ocean had busy sirens swimming around. Children playing and racing each other, the schools of fish passing by, and migrations of sea life were happening at this time.

Kosair smiled as he looked at his cousin. 'I've seen her this happy ever since...it's surreal of how different she looked earlier than now.' Kosair shook off his doubts and focused on the fact that Iris is now back on Destiny's track of the plan.

Kosair noticed that he could see Coral City up ahead. The lights from the city illuminate the blue ocean waters around it. Kosair had to think about what he's going to say in order to help Kole create excuses but Iris tapped his shoulder, making him look at her with a look of curiosity.

Kosair looked at his cousin who's grinning like a child. "Kosair, have you found your soulmate yet?" She happily asked her cousin.

Kosair could only mask his true feelings and reply with a smile. "I think I'll find her soon...but not sooner than yours." He tried to change the topic.

Iris's excited green eyes beam brightly, making Kosair feel less guilty. "I can feel it too. Maybe, he's just around the corner somewhere."

Kosair nodded. They entered Coral city after a few tail flaps. As the name, Coral City is made up of all kinds of Coral. They come in different colors and different kinds and sizes. The buildings are all huge coral that had space inside them. The corals would really look like the buildings in the human world. The holes of the Corals would be either window, display galleries, and or entrances.

Sirens and sea creatures alike swim around the City like cars would go around in traffic but more fluid, less time consuming, and physical activity. Kosair smiled at the thought as he remembered their town on land. He frowned when he remembered Caroline.

'I hope she's doing well.' He said to himself. "OW!" Kosair exclaimed in hurt and shock from being punched by Iris.

"Why the long face? It's like you lost a chest of black pearls." She joked, making Kosair wipe his frown away.

Kosair thought. "she is worth more than any black pearl in this universe."

A sound of a whistle made Kosair and Iris turn their heads to the right. It was Kole and he was also surprised to see his twin.

They swam to a not so busy corner of the City. Kole smiled widely at the sight of a changed Iris. Kole could only guess that Kosair and Iris meet in Malnivero's cave at the same time.

Kole then remembered why they were all here. "Hold on, I have someone I want you both to meet. He's a buddy from a few years back." Kole said as he swam around the corner. He returned with and unsuspecting River.

Kosair made the first move and introduced himself. "I'm Kosair, Kole's twin as you can see." They shook hands.

River smiled and shook Kosair's hand. "I'm River Maya. Nice to meet you."
