The Land of Waves (5)

We Arrived at Tazuna's house after another hour of walking, on our way there i was thinking of what all would be different now that we know that the masked man is their ally and the Zabuza is alive, Zabuza took pretty much the same amount of damage that he took in the Anime so he should be out for atleast 5-6 days so that wouldn't really be different and most likely the battle on the bridge would go the same way, the only real difference is naruto meeting haku, i cannot let Naruto meet him since he will most likely take naruto hostage or kill him, and as annoying as naruto was i don't want him dead, things will change too much if he dies and that is something i can't allow to happen since my knowledge of the future will not be as helpful then.

A Few Hours after we arrived at Tazuna's House and freshened up Tazuna Approached me and asked "Kid Since the Jonin is now knocked out im assuming you will now be taking command?"

I nodded to answer him and he then continued "Well i need to start the Building of the Bridge as soon as possible but im not sure if its worth going there on my own since there is a chance i can still be attacked, so what do you propose to do now?"

I stayed quite for a few seconds to think and then responded "We can start the building of the bridge from tomorrow, i will accompany you to the bridge to protect you while my teammates stay here and protect your family."

"Look kid i do not doubt your abilities but will your teammates really be able to keep my family safe if they are attacked?" Tazuna asked

"Their jonin is now injured and his ally will mainly be focusing on his recovery so they wont really attack your family nor us, but if they do send someone to attack it will be a few bandits and Naruto and sakura should be able to handle that so you need not worry." i said

"Very well we will leave at first light tomorrow." Tazuna said and left.

I then went to find Naruto and Sakura and finally found them watching over Kakashi.

As soon as i entered Sakura looked towards me with concern and said "Sasuke-Kun are you sure Kakashi sensei will be alright?, its been a few hours and he still hasn't woken up."

"Yes you guys need not worry about him, he will wake up by tomorrow or the day after, he isn't an Uchiha so using the Sharingan will put a toll on his body so he will need time to recover." i said

I then continued "Anyway i need the two of you to come with me for now." i said and started walking and to my surprise both of them followed me without any arguments.

We got out of the house and i stopped near a tree which was near to the house, it wasn't as big as the one they practised tree walking in the anime but this should do for now since i dont want to go too far from the house for now.

As we arrived near the tree i looked back at my teammates and said "Alright this place should be good, we will be training here"

"Training? but kakashi sensei is out cold how will we train?" Naruto asked.

"Look i'll be blunt and this may seem rather mean to the two of you but this is the reality right now, the three of us are rather useless at the moment for the upcoming fight, Zabuza is a S Rank Ninja and i don't think the other guy is too far behind either, the only reason i held my own against him in the fight is because he underestimated me too much but when we fight this time he or his ally wont underestimate us, Kakashi will most likely be the one to fight Zabuza and that means we will have to fight the other one and with the way things stand we will lose to the other guy, im not kakashi but i do know a few things i could teach you, so its better we train for now rather than just waste our time until Kakashi wakes up." i said.

I then went ahead and climbed the tree and as i expected both Naruto and Sakura were Confused on how i did this so before they said anything i went ahead and explained to the two of them about how i was able to climb the tree, "To be able to do this you need to send chakra into your feet, but if you send too little or too much you will fall so you need to find the right balance so the main purpose of this exercise is to help improve your chakra control, while it may not sound as cool as being able to use ninjutsu it is something that will help you a lot going forward, once you get a decent amount of chakra control you can send chakra to your feet to increase your speed and also use chakra to enhance the strength of your punches and kicks, well you can get more into the advanced things once you have first mastered the basics so why don't the two of you get started." i said and hopped of the tree.

As Naruto and Sakura ran up the tree Naruto fell down after about 3 steps on the tree while Sakura was able to climb to one of the branches on the first try. I had expected this to happen so i was not really surprised.

"Sakura come with me, since you can already do this we are going to do something a bit more advanced." i said and started walking and Sakura instantly jumped down from the tree and started following me completely ignoring Naruto.

'Well even if Gato sends someone to attack the house now it should only be a thug or 2 and im pretty sure Naruto can handle that so we should be fine' i thought while walking towards the nearest river which was about a few meters from here.

After we got to the River i looked at Sakura and said "Since you can already walk on trees you can start trying to walk on water instead" i then stood on the water and took a few steps around before coming back to land.

"Why don't you give it a try now?" i said looking to Sakura, who went and stood on the water but as she took another step she fell into the water.

As soon as she came back up from the water the looked at me and asked "I did the same thing as what i did on the tree why did i fall as soon as i tried to take a step?"

"Well i could tell you the answer to that but i think it would be more helpful for you if you figure that out yourself, anyway im going to go check up on naruto, you can keep training for another hour after that head back home, since you don't train as regularly as us you will feel way to tired if you keep training for too long at a stretch at this point." i said and started walking away
