Same Routine in Twilight

Hello reader, I finally read a really great Synopsis and understand the task now. The story follows Gabriel “Sylar” Gray, a villain that has transmigrated into an Amalgam World filled with Horror’s. Vampires, Zombies, Werewolves, Witches and Wizards, and much more. The story follows two separate plot lines, and should eventually fuse back into one. The first Plot line is in the form of memoirs/Diary and little events from the POV of Gabriel, and the second Plot line is the “real” event’s experienced by Sylar. The idea is to create an Alter Ego like Batman-Bruce Wayne, Superman-Clark Kent, and so on. If you enjoy monsters and weak to strong stories then this is for you! • First Plot: Penny Dreadful • Second Plot: Twilight (Planned) If you like the Story or feel like supporting me, do consider joining my Patr(eo)n because it would help me quite a lot. I have not updated my Patr(eo)n yet, but I will do it in a few days. Patr(e)on.com/ikaru5 Now enjoy the story! Art belongs to Daniel Bernal A/N: I hope you read this mate and I hope you are okay with me using your art. I just use it because it is amazing.

Chapter 06: The Rise of Sylar (Part 1 of ???)

"What do you mean?": Geraldine asks, she understands that it is certainly a gift, but what does Sylar mean.

"Well, what exactly can I mean?": Sylar asks.

Sylar did not pick Geraldine just because she is beautiful. No, he picked her because of her exceptional wit beyond measure, and now it is time for her to prove her worth.

"I assume that you are pointing towards something complicated. Allow me to try to understand your train of thoughts, Master. I think that by saying most do not understand the worth of immortality, you are giving me a clue. Furthermore, I can conclude from that clue that you think some people are undeserving of the gift.": Geraldine tries to recapitulate Sylar's thoughts.

"You nearly got it right. I think that if we want to thrive, we need to be selective on whom we embrace. It is true that eternity is a really long time and one can lose their minds to it, but we must be more than just some blood sucking parasites, we must be the herd's Shephard.": Sylar says, in his last life he saw how a group of powerful individuals managed to change the course of the whole world on their own, and he wanted that power.

On his own he can be invincible, but with an organization backing him, he'll be much more in control of what is going on around him, and only an idiot doesn't see the point of being in control.

"So, how are we going to do this, Master?": Geraldine says with a mischievous smirk.

"I may be smart, but I am no genius mastermind. I do understand my own shortcomings, and I am trying to work around them.": Sylar says, a bit annoyed about the fact that he has to accept he is not perfect yet.

"So what do we have to do?": Geraldine wonders because to her Sylar is akin to a god, he saved her from a future filled with misery, so what is his plan?

"We need to find intelligent people, make them an offer to join us, and get rid of them if they decline. I don't need anyone knowing about our existence. We also need to be in a position of power, where technology develops according to our wishes, and under our control. Also, we need to slowly exterminate all other vampires until only our group is in control of handing out the gift, and for this reason we require a working force.": Sylar explains the rough outline of what he wants to create.

"That is going to take some time and effort. But what is the end goal, why do all this if we can just lay back and enjoy a peaceful eternity?": Geraldine asks with a pout, she just got out of being a worker, and now she has to once more put in the work.

"And we have both in spades. Immortality and long sleepless nights, make you quite restless in the long run, and the end goal is prosperity. Under our eternal rule humanity can achieve his full potential and leave behind this little mud ball, we call earth!": Sylar points out, he himself was a bit pissed off at not being able to sleep, but he learned to come to terms with this inconvenience.

"Wait a moment! You are telling me we don't need to sleep any more?": She asks incredulously.

"More like we can not sleep any longer, even if we want too. Sleep has barred us from his domain, maybe this is the price of being eternal. Also, is this the only thing that is concerning to you?": Sylar replies a bit perplexed.

Having no time to shut off your thoughts may or may not have severe side effects, but this is something Sylar is no expert in, and he hopes it does not cause further troubles down the line.

*Sigh*

"Well, that is okay, I think. Being eternally young and beautiful at the cost of sleep is somewhat fair, I suppose. I don't really care about anything else, so I just don't care, and everything else just seems like a fun way to pass the time.": She states after a long time of contemplating, before saying: "So where do we start?".

"I think we should start by gathering information on individuals that are either highly skilled but have no backing, individuals that want something but surely have no power to get what they want, and generally humans that have potential.": Sylar says.

"Well, that is one bad starting point.": she says, while thinking of how and where to find such people.

"Don't worry, I have already a list of people I want to contact and see if they're willing to take what I have to offer.": Sylar interrupts her musing before she can sink any deeper into them.

"So, where to now?"

"To London, my dearest!": Sylar says.

"London?": Geraldine asks, a bit shocked at the answer., before she asks: "London as the one in Europe?".

"Is there another one?": Sylar asks, wondering if there is actually another London somewhere else.

"Well, there is one in Ohio ever since last year.": Geraldine says with pure satisfaction at Sylar's ignorance.

"…": Sylar just looks at her for a few seconds, contemplating if it is still chauvinism to sucker punch a woman in the 19th century.

"I am sorry.": she says immediately because she feels a real threat to her safety because of her enhanced senses.

"Does not matter. Let's go we need to hurry!": Sylar replies absent-mindedly, mentally he is already planning ahead.

He needs people with nerves of steel, minds as limitless as the sky, wit's beyond measure, integrity, and finally above all else loyalty.

The rarest commodity amongst humanity is loyalty, if it were not such a rare thing we'd be able to work through our differences, but apparently we are prone to be backstabbing little bitches.

(A/N: I am no exception to this! It is the most human trait I can think of. Wishing for loyalty but being unable to reciprocate it! I think this is one of life's challenges!!! What do you think?)

Hey everyone,

I already got asked in the last chapter, and I thought I might as well say a few words about it!

Most, if not all, of you have noticed the sudden jump from the [Twilight – Cullen – Storyline]!!!

The reason is simple, I came up with the idea of having the MC have a secret identity! The weak ass front of a happy-go-lucky idiot with the Cullen's, and the Dark Lord of an Empire as Sylar.

Starting from the last Chapter, it is now an Ark I would call [The Rise of Sylar], and I do hope all of you can guess which setting I have chosen!

Have fun with reading the chapter… It is a short one because I am a bit ill!
