-Falco-

"C'mon" dad finally says

"That was close, don't you think? hehe.." Mom chuckles nervously

"Yeah," he grabs her ear. "Like I said would happen." He growls

I look up at Colt, to see if he'd do anything

"Mgh*" mom squints her eye

Last time Colt tried to defend her he wound up in a puddle of blood himself.

"Hey," mom manages to slip out of his grip "let's eat here" she pulls on his arm

We head inside of some Asian restaurant I remember dad loved going to when I was younger

"So how's Gabi doing?" Mom asks

"Gabi? How should I know?"

"You should've seen them. They were holding hands the entire time, hehehe." Colt giggles

"What the hell?! We did not!" I growl

"C'mon, Falcos only waiting for the right time to get behind that ass" dad smiles

"Hey, you're right I want grandkids." Mom claps

"What?! Gross she's like a sister to me." I blush

"Well if my sister looked like that, I know I'd be tapping that ass for nine months" dad giggles

"What?! You know she's only thirteen right?"

"What's wrong with that? That's eighteen on the Eldian calendar. You know I already had Colt at your age"

"Yeah? Well don't expect the same from me" I cross my arms

"Hey, what about you Colt? You've been awfully quiet. How's Pieck?" Mom asks

"Yeah, how is Pieck?" I ask Colt

"Sh-shut up" he grumbles "We're fine. I haven't been able to talk to her since the battle ended is all"

"Stupid of you to go for a warrior." Dad says

"Dad tone it down, we're in public." Colt whispers

Since the warriors inherit the power of the Titans to help Marley it's nothing short of a crime to talk poorly of them

"Well don't get attached to her cause you know exactly what's coming."

"Alright, how about we not ruin the mood, yeah?" Mom says

"You're not gonna touch a hair on her head!" Colt growls

"You guys stop!" Mom raises her voice

Luckily everyone was pretty loud so we didn't catch anyone's attention

"Please, just give it a rest… for today" she begs

"S-sorry mom" Colt sighs

"Yeah, give it a rest, Colt." Dad crosses his arms

Colt clenched his fists and just glared at him

Not long after we ate and talked some more, miraculously not arguing for the rest of the time we were there

After watching dad eat ten more bowls of chicken noodles he finally paid the bill and we left

"Man, was that good or what?" dad sighs

"If they hadn't ran out of chicken, we would've been in there forever" Colt sighs

"If only your mother could cook like that" dad fidgets with the chopsticks, twirling them around his fingers

"I don't know what your talking about, I know how to cook" mom pouts

"Sure you do" dad chuckles

"Oh my God! What a beautiful family!" Some guy hops in front of mom "my, my, you look like you work terribly hard" he holds mom's hands

Dad crosses his arm

"Heh, yeah I like helping my husband any way I can" mom rests her head onto dad's bicep

"Aw you should take a break, a time to relax. You and your husband work far too hard to make sure these young little soldiers have a roof over their heads" he peeks under dads straw hat, getting a look at his face

"Nghk*" dad grits his teeth in disgust

"Oh my what a lucky girl!" He pulls moms hands over his face "how embarrassing. I dare show my face like this to such a handsome young man" he shakes his head

"Hehe, thanks?" mom giggles

"You sure he isn't your son? He looks far too young to be your husband."

Dad looked like he were almost as young as I am, hence Gabi having a massive crush on him which was a pain in the ass to get through.

He looked more like a brother than our father, he's aged very little to nothing, his physique is the only thing that has changed over the years.

But from the looks of it he wasn't very happy getting these kind compliments from another man

"C'mon in for a spa day! I'm sure your children will agree you two need some time for yourselves" he reaches for dads hand

Dad quickly grabs his finger with the chopsticks before he could even touch him

"Don't touch me. You pathetic excuse of a man." Dad glares at him

"Mgh h-hey" the man groans painfully

"Artur!" Mom uses dad's alias "don't be so disrespectful!" She scolds him

"Watch your tone." he says calmly before he throws the poor man aside with the chopsticks alone

"Agh*" he gasps as he smashes his head on a large metal dumpster with such force that it dented

Everyone turns to us as dad pulled his arm back ready to throw the chopsticks at him

Colt grabs his wrist before he murders him in broad daylight

"Calm… down." Clot whispers

"Tch*" Dad clicks his tongue "disgusting, I'll hunt these creatures down to the brink of extinction." He grumble

Sometimes I wonder if it's really a good idea to let someone like him rule our continent

Back on the island they had very little knowledge of the outside world. They used to think the world was, at most, about 150 million square miles

When in reality the surface area is estimated to be tens of billions of square miles

The world is beyond our imagination

A Continent is described as a set of United Nations that share the same species of human/animals

The average area of a continent is about 200 million square miles

We are 'United' in a sense that we'd fight off outside invaders if it ever came to it

But as of now, every nation in the Continent is fighting for the title of Overlord. The supreme ruler of an entire Continent.

It's a title given to the strongest, it's why Marley resorted to a peace treaty with Paradis island. They knew if his enemy's allied with paradise before they did, they'll surely be pummeled to the ground

It's what dad is aiming for

In order to free Paradis he has to come out on top

Having every nation in our Continent at his command will free the millions of Eldians that are at their nations mercy

But Paradis ended up signing peace treaties with many nations making it neutral in the war

He pulls his arm back before tossing the chopsticks aside as if they were contaminated

The rest of the way home was quiet up until we arrived

"What the hell is wrong with you?!" Mom puts her foot down

"What? It's unnatural." he drops his cloak down to his waist

It always takes our breaths away seeing how badly he'd been injured

He walks over to his bedroom

"What's your deal with them anyways?" Mom asks losing the will to scold him after remembering what his body looked like

"Don't worry about it." He slams the door shut

"Man what's his deal?" Colt sighs

"Well you know that pride of your fathers" mom sighs "but who really knows why he has so much hate towards this world."

His pride… if Pride, Strength and Masculinity were a person no doubt it'd be him.

Sure it's gross and may be unnatural, but to treat them any different than you would someone else is pathetic

"Sashaa," dad calls out from their room "gawk gawk, remember?"

Moms face turns beat red

"W-well, I'm gonna go see what your father wants" she stands up probably hoping we didn't here him "you two shower, I don't want you to keep Reiner waiting."

"Oh… right. I'll go first."

I waited outside with Thor where I couldn't hear my own mother getting throat fucked

After Colt was done I took my quick shower and I went to go change in my room as he waited for me in the kitchen

Five years ago dad finally had enough money to rent out a larger house, he then proceeded to soundproof the walls since they are really thin

Since then we've never had any problems

Before Marleyan soldiers would come check what all the ruckus was about

It was usually mom and dad fighting which always ended up with mom getting hurt

The Marleyan soldiers would just shrug it off. Since we're eldians, they don't care about our well being

"WHAT?!" Dad grabs mom by the hair

"It's what it says!" She gasps

"Calm down!" Colt growls

"I had it all planned out, what the hell is Eren doing?!" He shoves mom aside

"What is it?!" I take the letter mom just read to him

I skimmed through it and from my understanding it said Eren had gone rogue

He's gotten very strong over the years

It said here that Eren had completely disappeared for a couple of months

Till one day a letter came in with very explicit orders to invade Marley.. tonight

"This better be a damn joke!" dad growls

"Mgh" mom groans

"You two should get going" she says

"What?"

"Eren might know something we don't, try to get intel from Reiner and after that come right back."

"B-but what's going to happen?"

"C'mon Falco." Colt says

"R-right" I follow him out

What was all that about?

As far as we know Colt and I are supposed to inherit one of the remaining Titans

That was dad's plan anyway

Is Eren really going to interfere?

This can be bad.. very bad

"Don't think about it too much, Falco" Colt pats my head

"Y-yeah"

"Let's try to find what we can"

I nod before he knocks twice

After a few seconds the door finally opened

"Oh… hey Pieck" Colt says a bit confused to see her

"Hey Colt" she smiles

"Come in, have a seat" Reiner says at the table

"Thanks, for having us" Colt takes a seat beside Pieck as I sit down beside Gabi

"Aw man, why'd you have to go and invite him?" Gabi pouts

"Don't be like that darling. You saw how much Reiner wanted them over" her mom says

"Yeah, well I was hoping I'd get to talk with your parents but if they have work then I guess it can't be helped" Reiner sighs

"Anyways, you guys should chow down before your food gets cold" Gabies grandma said
