System Upgrade

Everyone received a huge amount of honor points, contribution points, and war god reputation. They received enough Basic Honor Medals to exchange for an abyss mount.

Such a mount could only be used in the abyss battlefield but was very efficient.

Other than that, they also received Intermediate Honor Medals, although they didn't know what items they could obtain with them.

"Woaah how is there such a strong growth type items here?" Olympus said with shock.

They have gathered the loot from 3 grand lords and a mythic boss, of course, their loot would be extraordinary.

More than seven growth type equipment with extraordinary attributes were dropped, the amount of other high-quality items weren't low either. There were even eleven pieces of the Abyss Set in the mountain of items.

After the loot was distributed, Wonder was the happiest of all.

He obtained a growth type hammer, two epic pieces of equipment and a skill book. Now he would be capable of using two Two-Handed Hammers at the same time.

Everyone obtained at least an epic item among other things like magic scrolls or skills.

Leroy got a growth type gloves from the mythic tyrant.

Cooldown: 1 hour.

Leroy was satisfied with the gloves, even though his spells weren't considered of tier 1, upgrading the gloves would probably upgrade the skills too.

The only downside was the exp required, it was more than enough for a player to level up.

Even so, he never had a problem when leveling.

Everyone started sacrificing experience to upgrade their items.

Only after Leroy reached level 28 did the item stop being upgradable.

The loot from a mythic was amazing compared to other monsters, still, the resources used to kill it weren't cheap at all.

After everyone looted the equipment and other items, Leroy took those that would be valuable for a guild.

Three Elemental Treasure Boxes, five Seven Luminaries Treasure Boxes, one Epic Rank Treasure Chest, several special gemstones, an abyssal energy core, master rank potions, recipes, and designs, there were many items that could increase their team strength but...

The most important item for them would be the silver rank Secret Tablet.

Secret Tablets contained combat techniques that players could learn, although only a limited number of players could learn them each month, they were incredibly helpful.

However, the tablet was more suitable for healers which displeased the team, there was not a single healer among them.

Although they didn't know the use for most items, they could just save them.

Next Leroy opened the epic treasure chest and took the only item inside.

[Seven Lights Magic Towers Design]

Leroy already knew the value of magic towers, so obtaining this design made him more than happy.

The other happy member was the snake, it has eaten three grand lords and a mythic monster, it's body had become twenty meters long, it didn't seem that it would take long for it to be usable as a mount.

After everything was taken care of, they logged out to rest for a while before entering the game again.

Everyone's level has decreased to the early '30s, so it was time to catch up with their levels.

Even when the monsters in the abyss battlefield had higher levels, the team could still grind here with ease.

The second time they cleared the city, not one grand lord monster was protecting it, much less a mythic boss.

Their leveling speed was frightening, they had already reached an average of level 34 and some even level 35.

No guild or team dared to raid a city yet, much less a middle-size city like this one.

However, when some people saw the lack of monster outside, they couldn't help but enter the city.

They walked among hundreds of monsters corpses only to find a group of less than ten in the middle of the city.

Four adventurer teams have seen the dream chaser team inside, but they stood around for a moment before going out of the city at full speed as they saw the monsters respawning outside.

The only one that remained to kill some monsters in the city alleys was a team led by Breeze Wine.

Although they performed well, their killing rate was nowhere near the Dream Chaser Team. Leroy and the rest would even hunt for Great Lords while the Breeze Wine limited itself to High Lords in order to not attract too many monsters.

Seeing that the efficiency was low, they also left the city and went to some other place instead.

After a few days, the team once again saw the grand lords spawn and killed them, but they didn't saw the tyrant again.

Already at level 44 to 46, they choose to leave.

The snake has already grown and became an Epic Rank Mount, it's speed was incredibly fast.

At the human camp, they didn't find many goodies to trade for themselves but using the Intermediate Honor Medals, they could exchange for some Abyss Set pieces.

The team left the abyss battlefield with twenty sets.

They would just give them to whoever was lucky enough in the team. After all, even if the set was strong, they had better and more versatile equipment.

Leroy and Ye Feng talked for a while, Leroy has gone to obtain more information about the drops he obtained.

When he showed Ye Feng the Elemental Treasure Box and Seven Luminaries Treasure Box, Ye Feng's face went pale as if he had seen a ghost.

How could they obtain these items so fast? It should be impossible for someone to kill a Mythic monster, so where did this come from?

Even so, he still had to share information, after all, the support that Zero Wing has receives from the Dream Chaser team isn't small.

After knowing that the Elemental Treasure Boxes gave Elemental Source Stones, which could be used to upgrade arrays, Leroy left.

He also understood more about the Seven Luminaries Crystals, and the abyssal energy core was probably the most valuable item as it could be used as an entire city's power source.

What he had to do next was to keep making money to serve as a foundation.

Every time he successfully crafted or refined an item, he gained some experience so his levels didn't fall behind.

At some point in time, everyone received an announcement.

System Announcement: A new expansion pack, "Abyss Invasion," has been triggered. The Twin Towers Kingdom has been assaulted by the Abyss, and abyssal monsters have begun invading the surrounding countries. When the time comes, players can participate in the Abyss War. After accumulating a sufficient amount of Merit, players can class-change into a new class. 

The mention of a new class piqued everyone's interest. A new class being offered as a reward showed that this new class undoubtedly possessed an advantage other classes did not.

Players had a higher chance of being recruited into large guilds if they possessed a hidden class, this was an opportunity for many.

Meanwhile, at the Twin Towers Kingdom's Snow Field City, large amounts of abyssal creatures with levels between 50 and 200 attacked from land and air.

With continuous attacks, the city's magic barrier collapsed and the monsters quickly slaughtered any player or npc inside.

From the information that Leroy received, this was caused by King's Return after they couldn't obtain a land deed in the Twin Towers Kingdom from the Immortal Light guild and Zero Wing.

The invasion of abyssal creatures would surely impact the nearby kingdoms.

After a while, Ye Feng contacted him again and surprised him.

Ye Feng said he also had obtained a city building order, furthermore, he could build on the Star-Moon Kingdom territory.

Knowing better, Leroy choose to keep his own city deed in the bank along with the seven lights tower design, instead, he would focus on helping the construction of the city on the Star-Moon Kingdom.

He would always have time to create his own city, furthermore, it would be better to do so after Ye Feng created his own, that way he would already know more things about player cities.

He not only had accumulated gold coins, but he also spent a lot buying some equipment for Elise's guild. Said equipment was very expensive but it would be worth it.

He continued to search for the materials used in the Poltier Ignea Potion but with no success.

While time passed, he gave some Starfire Potions to team members and found out that the attributes would increase permanently.

He then drank the potion and started crafting more. Anyone who signed the Dream Chaser contract could be chosen to obtain a potion.

They would not reveal the potion's existence unless they wanted to stop playing God's Domain forever.

Leroy knew that he could probably make a better version in the future using special materials that increase the potion effects but he was too lazy to wait, the team would benefit more if he gave out the potions now.

There was no small variety of items that increased players attributes here, just that they were very rare.

Continuing to craft potions, his leveling speed didn't lose to any players, even though the crafting process was slow, each success gave a high amount of experience.

Most of his time was expended crafting or refining while paying attention to the team affairs from time to time.

At some point, he reached Level 50 and the Soul Orb released a powerful aura that threatened to erode his mind with pain and illusions.

Having such strong attributes and being above the domain realm, the test for the Tier 2 Class was not something that could pose a real threat.

At this point he already knew that his class upgrade test was very different from other players, he wondered what would happen if he were to fail the test.

Most players would have more chances to challenge their promotion again, but what about him?
