Chapter 1: The Beginning

my name is Ryan Smith and I am a high school student my mom she works at a hospital and many nights she comes home later during the day she is gone but she works hard for me and my sister Amelia.

I was sleeping peacefully till I woke up scared at a pillow hitting my face. Amelia l is standing at the door " hey get up or we are going to be late for school ugh" she says as she walks away. "What the hell ". I get up feeling tired I get ready and head down stairs. as I head downstairs I have a pancake almost hit me in the face "HEY" I yell what the hell. "sorry I tried flipping the pancakes again" my sister said. "ugh I told you to stop that already you can't do it" I say. "ok" my sister says. she passes me a plate and we sit at the table. I dig in eating my pancake just when my sister laughs and says it was funny when she saw my reactig to having a pillow thrown at me she smirks and i get up to put my plate in the sink then on my way back to the table i pulled her dark brown hair. "Owww" what was that for?" she wines. "for throwing a pillow at me you know that scares me" I say. she gets angry and punches me in the arm. "oww" I say. "payback" she says. I look at the time " oh no we are late!!!" I say in shock.

"oh I know but we are late anyway so it doesn't matter how late we go in" my sister says. "well we should get to school then" I say getting my stuff".

30 minutes later we arrive at the school and to our surprise my teacher was standing in the front door saying"what is it this time". I try to say something but she points at my sister and tells me her not me. "well we got up late" my sister says. the teacher sighs and says "just get to class". I sit at my desk and start to read the chapter of today's assignment. my friend isaac looks at me and whispers" mrs. brown is in a bad mood today because of her personal life". "well great I think in my mind, now she will probably give us a test". just as i think of a test mrs.brown hands one out to everyone. maybe 2 hours later we hear a loud crash outside. we all run out to see what's happening and then the crash got bigger and bigger. of course the teachers called 911 and they came right away. the teachers were yelling at us to go back inside. just then there was screaming g coming from everywhere I saw people attacking each other tearing into each other's skin. i stare at the things happening in front of me. I run inside blocking the door feeling relived. then I hear screaming from inside. I decide to hide in the janitors closet. and the noise just got louder and louder so I put on earbuds on and blast my music. then and hour later I fall asleep. and the dreams were different it was just me and my family sitting at home playing monopoly and just having fun. then I get up and I and scared at what I see blood all over the walls first thought to mind was" I need to find my sister Fast!!.
