Tomomi Mizushima is the protagonist of this fanfic! she is a reincarnated person pitied by the gods who simply wished to be reincarnated in the world of MHA with the powers of the Gomu Gomu No mi. She is decently intelligent and has a careless approach to life.

Her wishes were mostly to have a fun life since his last one was not a great one. But she did ask a bit more than she could chew and has to go through a lot of adventures to be the freest woman in the world.

Appearance: Tomomi has a roundish shape on most of her face and resembles her mother greatly, with black hair and coal-black eyes, mostly wearing 'boyish' clothes and big stars hat on top of her head. Her hero costume is based on how Luffy looks on the raid to Onigashima.

Quirk: Her Quirk is named [Rubber Body] and it's a Mutation type quirk, although it can be confused with a transformation or even an emitter type.

Her Quirk makes every cell on her body gain the properties of rubber, this means that Tomomi gains the abilities of rubber on her entire body with little consequences. such advantages include:

The ability to stretch and conserve momentum and force.

High tensile and tear resistance.

Higher resilience (Mostly against blunt attacks).

Resistance to friction and abrasion.

Resistance to high temperatures

Tolerance to low temperatures.

Slightly better acid resistance

Complete insulation to electricity.

Tomomi also can alter the 2 properties of the rubber that she is made of, the amount of flexibility, and toughness at the cost of mental and physical strain. Having high flexibility and toughness will make her skin turn darker, undergoing a process similar to vulcanization.

Tomomi's body also gains spends and gains more nutrients from food, needing a higher caloric intake to satiate herself. This also makes her have a higher strength and healing factor than most people, making her able to get up from fight mere minutes after being takedown.

Personality: Unlike her appearance, Tomomi's personality has more resemblance to her father, being level-headed, intelligent, and very decisive in her actions. She still has her mom's social abilities and the necessity to joke around, she is very liked and people tend to listen to her, making her a natural leader.

Tomomi has a strong dislike for anything that represents the privation of freedom, this includes such things as the bullying because of quirklessness or 'villain quirks'. Because of this, she tends to make herself look like a delinquent.

Tomomi has honed her instincts thanks to her dad's training her, so she can read people's intention and makes moves around those actions, her battle instincts are still not completely there but she improves notably fast.

Tomomi inherited his dad's strong will, combined with her own dreams and power, she can exude absurd amounts of intent to her surroundings just by her presence alone, Midoriya has made the comparison of her presence to be of similar nature to that of Stain's [Hero Killer] in his final moments, just without bloodlust.
