Reine knew that such a quest would take a bit of time to complete so she went on with her daily quest. But before she could even start making a move to bring in more people she needed to make sure that her kingdom could support it without collapsing in on itself. The first thing she did was start to work on crops if she was to support 8,000 people then it was necessary to have food for them other wise they would starve. She called a meaning with her advisors and spoke.

"We need to become a level two kingdom." she said seriously and her advisors understood exactly why she said it because a level 1 kingdom such as theirs had no power and was merely a rural town compared to the great level 9 empires that ruled entire continents. They all spoke at once but she interrupted all of them "Our main issue is food supply We have enough food to feed 6,000 people but if we want our kingdom to level up we need more food. That's why you're here, to help me fix this issue." Her advisors went silent as if they were contemplating the meaning of her words. After a minute of silence one of them spoke out. "We could start growing potatoes and hardier crops using the mountain areas." She thought for a moment then agreed this was indeed the best way in her mind. just as she was about to agree another advisor disagreed speaking of magic beasts that ran will in the mountains. Yet another advisor spoke agreeing with the first one "We could send soldiers to clear out the area and then send people to deforest the area making it fit for farming." Just as the one who disagreed earlier was about to end this mans whole career, Reine spoke, " I agree,We shall send soldiers to capture the magic beasts, see if we can train them." She continued "Now, get to work." She left the room leaving them in silence.
