Ben and Yelena sat cross-legged in Ben's gym they were following the instructions that Conan had given them and was focused on sensing the energy within themselves. Yelena was the first one to open her eyes while Ben was trying hard but didn't open his eyes.

" I didn't sense anything else other than light energy!" Yelena said.

" It's fine. I will help you with it, I was testing to see how much you are capable of doing it on your own." Conan said, " Ben you can open your eyes, it's enough."

" I didn't sense anything, there was nothing." Ben had heard Yelena and was Jealous that she could at least sense something.

" As I said, You are wrong there is always something, every living being possesses some kind of energy," Conan said.

" Now look at this." Conan raised his right hand, and a faint red glow just like the last time Ben had seen was there.

" That's your Aura, right?" Yelena said looking amazed.

" Yes, Everyone had this one energy inside them, some have very faint energy that they face problems to even sense it. Those people need a stimulant to be able to use this energy." Conan said, " I will help you awaken it, Close your eyes and try to sense it again."

Conan went behind them and put each of his hands in the middle of their back. They could feel a burning sensation on their backs. Yelena started to focus and she could feel her heart beating fast and her nervous system acting weird, it was a warm feeling and she felt lost while focusing. No matter how hard she tried she couldn't grasp that energy, like a child who had fallen into a swimming pool and doesn't know how to swim.

Meanwhile Ben having more trouble, he could feel something entering his body and every organ in his body was heating up. However, he held on with his sheer willpower until the pressure was about to reach his brain.

" Alright, we stop here for today," Conan said as he took off his hand, his hands returned to normal, no longer glowing.

Ben and Yelena both were breathing heavily, for Ben it felt like he has lost all his stamina and needed something to drink and eat and at the same time, he was also feeling full. Yelena was the first one to step up and get to the water.

" Not bad, you held on for quite long." Conan praised both of them.

" I wasn't able to control it," Yelena said.

" That happens with every first-timer, we will do this every day, you will soon get used to it and then we will slowly move towards controlling the energy."

Just as Conan was talking to Ben and Yelena, Ben stood up, " I felt something." He said.

" What?"

" I need to urgently go." Ben stood up and ran towards the toilet while the other two weren't able to control thier laughter.

A man stood in the middle of a lab with his upper body naked. A black slime like the thing sticking on the bridge of his neck, it was small and can easily go unnoticed when covered properly.

" That is the parasite we have created, its counterpart is imbued in the artificial spirit gems we have created, Then man can easily control the beast just with a thought." Joseph as he pointed at the black thing on the neck of the man.

" Alright, Command the beast to attack," Joseph said.

The next second the beast standing in front of the man moved and quickly attacked the dummy and severed his neck with just a slash. It was a mantis type of beast, that moved very quickly for the human eyes to see.

After that Joseph gave several other instructions and the beast did as it was told under the command of the soldier.

Maya was against using these Parasyte weapons but now that she was seeing the results she could feel that she might have been wrong. Making the beasts obey thier command will not only make a tremendously strong force but will also be able to stop human casualties, that was TGAE's goal, to prioritise the life of humans in every situation.

" Director Maya, from your expression I could see that you are not disappointed. It is a revolution just like the time when you convinced us, humans, to trust in our God Aesir." Joseph said as he bowed in respect but had a very wide grin on his face.

" You have convinced me now, Joseph. However, I must know every detail. Is there any Backlash of obtaining such power?" Maya asked.

" No Miss, there is nothing like that, as long as someone's mental fortitude is passed a certain degree they would have no problems controlling these beasts. If you still do not believe us, we can use them to only fight against outsiders for now. As the time passes everything will become clear."

" I congratulate you General," Maya said as she started to walk away but suddenly stopped. " I will give my approval, you can use the Parasyte. However, I would like to ask something."

" Yes Miss, What is it?"

" Mike Lupin, that man, where is he nowadays? If I remember correctly he was the closest to finding the about the Parasyte project. I only know minor details but why did he leave."

" You are correct about him being the closest to inventing this. But he gave up, he started to do his research on something else, being in TGAE was getting in his way because TGAE hardly had given permission to do one project like Parasyte but he wanted to start something similar to it, and the test subjects would have been humans. As a member of TGAE who prioritises human life, I couldn't have allowed Mike to commit such inhuman experiments. We disagreed and he later Joined hunters, for the success of the project I tried to contact him but was never able to get through." Joseph gave all this information at once. ' Why is Miss Maya interested in that man?' He thought.

' I guess there is nothing to inform Yelena about Mike lupin, she won't need such information.' Maya thought and finally walked out of the lab facility.
