I'm now back in the dark forest but I'm not alone I got 5 subordinates at my back this time and it looks like 5 is my max at this point in time I also got a chest piece and shoulder pads that I got from those 2 spiders before they are Bronze rank and increase my stats a bit but their greatest feature is the poison resistance and iv already decided I'll tank wile the others attack. I found 2 victims more or less in the same place as last time so I ran in grabbed ones leg then threw it into the other one then smashed them with the club the others got behind them and attacked all I had to do was hold there attention and try not to get hit much after a few minutes their dead and the poison just ticked off well since it was that easy then let's continue. We skirt around the edge of the dark forest while picking off spiders in the ones and twos when we gather enough gear we start killing them in threes and fours until I'm now lvl 13 and everyone is fully geared I got a bit extra too and the last spider dropped 2 good things 1 spider bloodline(grey) and 1 mind stat voucher. Hmm well nothing to do but use them.

That's good but the moment I use the mind stat voucher my mind exploded and it felt like my body was sucking in huge amounts of air as I opened my mouth to scream it just stopped. I looked around then checked myself but huh nothing wait mind stat as I check my status I now have the mind stat but that's not the big thing I now have mp that means I can use magic now as I think that I look at the others I wonder what benefits they will get with this. I don't even think I purchase 5 and use them all at once then just watch. As the seconds tick by I see there eyes start to glow well not literally but it looks as if there is life there and there ears start to move to catch sounds OK let's upgrade.

Alright we are back at what iv dubbed my rock and the others have started to show personalities #3 is off to the side cleaning his nails it's like he dosen't wana be near the other's. #5 is sitting in the grass just taking everything in. #4 is well writing in the dirt it looks like. #2 is on his side napping and #1 is crouching in front of me like he's waiting for orders. However my attention is on the Elite quest token in my hands all my stats are at 3 stars and I'm kinda fully geared so I'm thinking of trying it out so I use it and this pops up in front of me.

Really that's all it is cause Moxy is right there and we can oh wait it said "by yourself" Well I guess that makes sense you gotta prove your worth the upgrade it seems as such I get everyone together but it seems #2 is too invested in sleep fuck it these 4 can kill Moxy's crew and I'll 1 v 1 Moxy as such I send them off and there done in seconds wow. Ok Moxy it's just you and me. I get in front of Moxy ready up for a big old swing and let her rip right in the nose.

Did I just one shot Moxy? Hold on let me take a look at this as I check the combat log..... WOW I just used up all my luck on that one shot the 1% x4 crit multiplier just hit. Oh well Elite scroll here I come as I head back to my rock and sit down I use the scroll then check my stats yup I'm now Elite it's right beside my name... wait I have a name now????? It's Bertron. Sigh well a named monster is better than not.

Well it's time to get going but before I continue on I have something left to do I think as I turn towards the village.

Lvl 5 zone.

The fight for monsters is in full swing everytime a mob is refreshed its surrounded and killed however when a massive Elite Kobald exits the treeline everyone stops and stares.

"Oh fuck an Elite."

"Why is it's stats all question marks?"

"Because it's 5 lvls higher than you dumb ass."

As the players freak out I'm looking around and just to the left close to the treeline I see one of my objectives. Standing 7 foot 7 inches a large muscle of a man in his 20's is oddly enough my best friend. Brian and his entire family are sports fans and love to work out he also got a football scholarship and I still don't understand how we became friends guess it was our mutual love for video game's. Well anyway I head over to the guy and I'm looking down on him which is a novelty I mean he's usually the one you gotta look up too. As I stand in front of Brian there is no fear in his eyes just curiosity however I don't let him wait long I take out SMASH As well as 2 armor pieces and hand them over he receives them with confusion but when he sees the stats his eyes shine and there's a smile on his face now that that's done I turn and continue to look around and from what the people around are saying they think I'm a beginner guide NPC well whatever I don't see anyone else then I see her just over on the far right Maria so I make my way over too her and hand her the same things I gave Brian. After one more look I head closer to the village looking for other friends and family that I can give a hand too.

As I left the area the players go crazy.

"What was that?"

"Don't ask me I didn't get anything."

However Brian's guildmates look at him and ask what he got.

"I got a weapon and some armor. Enough guys let's head farther in I'll tank."

Maria and her team do the same.

2 hours of fruitless searching later.

Well I'm back at my rock with the others guess my family was sent to a different starter zone or they were in town well whatever it's time to get moving I think as I get up and start forward dark forest Herr we come.

The mobs in the dark forest are now easy to deal with we just take breaks in between each fight so as not to overextend ourselves as we start to move past the dark forest things start to get lighter then the trees get sparse until we break from the treeline into a valley and it looks like there is a road it goes into the valley and it looks like it winds around the forest going the other way. Huh well shit if we took a right at any point in time we would have reached the road but on the bright side I'm now lvl 14 and I upgraded the Spider bloodline to White so it looks like we got a little give and take well whatever. So we are now going into the valley via the roadies actually a nice scenic view. The valley is not that large one can walk it in 30 minutes but at the end of it you'll find a large archway withe a rock golem in front of it and this guy looks aggressive but Hay I think we found the way out.
