Chapter Eight : Visitors

<p>Rai wandered in the city till the evening but he didn't find anyone suitable to be his student.<br/><br/>Choosing a student is not a small matter because once you do you have equal position of parents. Their every action will be linked with you.<br/><br/>"Sigh*, I thought it would be an easy job to find one but in the end I wasn't even able to find one that suits my preferences" Rai sighed with disappoinment.<br/><br/>Rai has never looked at appearances of people last thing he will ever do is to choose beauty before honesty.<br/> <br/>"let's go back to college, i will see tommorow if I can find anyone" thinking that it's getting late he decided to go back to college.<br/><br/>On midway he bought some food and parceled it as Rai can't cook. <br/><br/>It got dark soon and the stars were shining brightly on sky. The night sky was aglow with bright city lights. The pale crescent moon shone like a silvery claw in the night sky. He looked up at the blanket of stars that stretched to infinity. The occasional barking of faraway dogs broke the silence of the night.<br/><br/>"It's so soothing. No matter how sad you are, a night walk always calms your mind" enjoying the night walk he reached at the gate of college.<br/><br/>He looked at the college which is no worse than being a barren building. <br/>"Someday surely there shall be prosperity"shaking his head he went inside.<br/><br/>Reaching to his room he got in and took a shower. Refreshing himself he started eating the dinner.<br/><br/>After having his dinner he went to bed.<br/>The night was silent only the the owls were active around this time.<br/><br/>***************Next Morning***************<br/><br/>Rai got up and dragged his lazy self to bathroom. It took him half an hour to get ready and go outside.<br/><br/>He suddenly saw two girls near the college gate and it seemed like they were arguing about something.<br/>*************Outside Gate***************<br/><br/>"Alicia, you know you are not thinking straight" one of them spoke.<br/><br/>"Elodie! i have already talked about it" Alicia told her friend with a serious tone. It seemed that argument was heating up between them.<br/><br/>"Alicia!!!!! just because your talent is C , you don't have to choose this crappy College" in the end Elodie snapped at Alicia.<br/><br/>"You think if i go to any other College I can be in their official team" Questioned Alicia.<br/><br/>"if you reveal your identity then--?" Elodie was trying to answer when suddenly Alicia interjected.<br/><br/>"Stop! you know how much I hate that household and you want me to use their name?" coldly Alicia interjected.<br/><br/>"But--" still Elodie wasn't backing down.<br/><br/>"Say no more, you are my best friend. I hope you support me, if you are against my decision how can I believe my decision"with a firm tone Alicia spoke.<br/>Elodie paused for a while. <br/><br/>At this moment she knew her bestfriend has decided. Her bestfriend's Talent is C which made her unable to contract any good beast. it's not like C is worst for civilians it is a huge milestone but for Alicia--<br/><br/>"Leave it then I hope you know the consequences if you fail" this time Elodie didn't stop her friend but she still warned her.<br/><br/>"Can it be worse than before" Alicia Questioned.<br/><br/>Elodie was taken back, she knew it's either way same for her bestfriend.<br/><br/>"You are right, then let's go and see your future college" with a smile Elodie said.<br/><br/>"Yeah let's go" heaving a sigh of relief Alicia nodded.<br/><br/>But when they got in, they couldn't help but be dumbfounded.<br/><br/>"Alicia you sure this is the college you want to get enrolled in " with twitching eyes Elodie asked.<br/><br/>"This----" even Alicia was embarrassed at this moment, because the college was far from her imagination. <br/><br/>She didn't come to this college on whim, it was her grandfather who told her. According to him if old man of this college accepted her as disciple, then not only her family but every royal family and beast Association will have to give respect to her.<br/><br/>"Look there is a guy coming over her" suddenly Elodie spoke and pointed towards the young man who was coming towards them.<br/><br/>Naturally it was Rai. He got confused to see visitors in the college. He was sure he has never met them before.<br/><br/>Rai looked towards the girl. She looked young, had straight silky black hair , her crimson eyes looked like a deep volcano, silk eyelashes and tail arch eyebrows and her skin was Milky white.<br/><br/>But she didn't have that immaturity that a girl of her age should have rather it was full of mature vibes. it seemed like the girl has experienced many things which made her devoid of immaturity. <br/><br/>"You are?" naturally Rai could not continue to observe her lest he looked like a pervert.<br/><br/>"I am Alicia" Although she was still confused but she still answered.<br/><br/>"And she is my friend Elodie" she pointed to her friend Elodie and introduce to her .<br/><br/>Elodie looked of same age as her friend but she still has that immaturity. She had pink hairs , sable eyelashes and peaked eyebrows.<br/><br/>Her eyes had sapphire like color totally opposite of her friend friend.<br/><br/>You can say both are like sun and moon totally opposite but anyone can guess that they are dependent on eachother like sun and moon.<br/><br/>"You guys are here for?" after knowing their names Rai asked about their motive of coming here<br/>.<br/>"Who is principal here?" still holding a bit of expectation Alicia asked.<br/><br/>"Well i am principal " Rai was confused as to why she was asking for principal but still nonetheless he answered her.<br/><br/>"Huh? you are principal???" before Alicia could say anything Elodie got shock. Not her fault, where would you see someone in his twenties being a principal of any college.<br/><br/>"Well indeed I am" now Rai is even more confused on this situation<br/>.<br/>Alicia and Elodie looked at eachother. Although Alicia couldn't understand how could this person be principal yet so young but she still knows her motive.<br/><br/>"I wanna enroll in this college" she spoke to Rai.<br/>"huh???"<br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/><br/>.</p>
