Chapter 18

Nero could be seen walking back and forth in front of a wall on the 3rd floor. After three repeats a door appeared in from off him as he walked through.

Behind the door was a training arena. It was empty and had a lot of space for spells. In the corners were suits of armour that were magically induced to have different levels for practice.

' The room of requirement. The room that shows itself when you need it the most. This is brilliant.

Anything you want this room makes a copy of it. Like for example.'

He then chanted in his mind a few times as the room changed to have multiple shelves on his right filled with books.

' The restricted section of books. I don't have to go to The library and break in when the room makes a copy of the books.

Only difference is that I can't take the copy out of the room or it will disappear.

Other books I can read are the personal collection if the teachers. I'm sure they some great books that are in fine need to be read and not collect dust.

I'll be doing the books a favor. '

Nero continued to test out the room before he asked for something.

In front of him was a box.

' Ravenclaws Diadem. Grants the wearer an increase in memorization and comprehension as long as the Diadem is worn.Its also known as one of Voldemorts horcruxs.

To destroy it a fiendfyre will work but I want to remain dark magic induced free so I don't become subjugated by Dumbledore and the Harry Stalkers.

At the same time the capabilities of the Diadem are wondrous in their own right but I have shadow clones and have 7 full years before Voldemort fully rises back in all his pale glory.

Yet the temptation of trying the Diadem is to much. Screw it I'll try it.

Firstly though I'll have to be ready considering that a part of Voldemorts soul is there.'

Nero took a deep breath and readied his defences in occulmency as he then put on the Diadem.

In his mind a figure appeared. It was Voldemort. He looked just like how he looked in the movies.

Voldemort then attacked to try and take over Neros mind but Nero retaliated with dragons.

He made multiple elemental dragons on hand who drove back Voldemort and did massive damage to his soul fragment.

Visible cracks appeared as the soul lost a part of itself. Nero continued the attack as Voldemort was pushed back until he attacked with the killing curse.

Nero quickly avoided that as he then retreated back to the lowest level while keeping an eye on Volde.

He prepared his army without a sweat as Voldemort kept tearing through his different levels getting slower each time till he reached Nero.

Once he arrived the rocket launchers were locked onto him.

" Fire. "

The rockets burst forward faster than Voldemort could dodge as Voldemort was pummelled by missles.

However that wasn't enough as he got up. Nero wasn't discouraged as he then ordered his robot mech to attack.

The mechs jumped into action as Voldemort kept losing more parts of his soul fragment faster and faster.

He went into a berserk state as he then attacked with rage.

He looked at Nero and used the killing curse. Nero tilted his head to the right as a laser passed by him and clashed with the spell cancelling it out.

Nero then teleported back as Voldemort was hit with lasers. Holes started firming on his body as his soul fragment was becoming even smaller.

Soon he was on his knees as he couldn't stand He didn't have much soul left.

Nero said nothing as he dropped a meteor onto Voldemort ending the soul fragment that was embedded onto the Diadem.

Nero exited his mind as he smiled in excitement.

' With that done lets use the Diadem to read the books in the restricted section.Time to test it's capabilities. '
