Battle of two swords

Facing off against each other with blades drawn, Nanami and Ryu both got into stances while battle intent rolled off their bodies like waves of the ocean.

"Don't go easy on me my friend, I'm not as helpless as you might think..." Brandishing his sword, Ryu spoke with a small smile, as Nanami merely raised a brow.

"My blindness came in exchange for my cursed technique, however even without my eyes, I can sense everything in greater detail than the ordinary eye can..."

He spoke in deep calm voice, as his cursed energy slowly stirred from within his body.

*SLASH!!*

Without warning, he immediately let out a slash with his katana. A large crescent energy blade swept out with unparalleled fierceness and speed, cleaving through almost everything in its path.

Facing the incoming attack, Nanami merely glanced at it, his eyes lingering on the left edge of the blade for a few seconds, before he exploded forth with his full speed and let out a slash from his blade.

*BANG!*

The massive crescent slash exploded into bits, as Nanami landed gracefully on the ground.

"My Cursed Technique not only allows me to see through the weak points of things, but allows me cleaved through the weak points, effectively destroying or nullifying them.."

Speaking in deep voice, he merely glanced at a surpsrised Ryu and spoke, letting out a sigh at the end.

His battle with Toji had really opened his eyes. Although he had almost died, he couldn't help but be slightly grateful for that experience. He wouldn't have been able to shatter his own limits if that had not happened to him.

At first, he could only barely destroy the weak points of physical objects, however after meeting Toji and battling the man, he had grown, and his understanding of his cursed technique had increased exponentially, allowing him to even destroy cursed techniques and attacks.

"Sigh...your cursed technique is a complete counter to mine.....normally I wouldn't got down without a fight, but I respect you, Nanami. You're strong, hence, I'll step down and accept defeat if you can take this attack from me..."

Ryu lifted his face towards Nanami and said with a small smile.

"Sure.." Nanami merely spoke, while his eyes hardened and he readied his cursed energy within his body.

"Maximum Cursed Technique: Otherworldly disturbance.."

Raising his katana, it suddenly glowed, as if illuminated by the radiance of the sun.

His entire cursed energy seemed to flood out of his body into his blade. At that moment, even Nanami couldn't help but be pensive, seeing the attack that seemed to distort space.

The only attack he had seen, being able to distort space right before his eyes was Satoru's Blue. Although the attack seemed overpowering, he wasn't scared, at all and rather kept circulating his cursed energy even more.

*SLASH!!*

Letting out a small smile, Ryu simply slashed out his katana, and in that moment, a space rendering crescent slash, many times large than the previous one swept out, cleaving through the air itself and space.

*BLACK FLASH!!!*

*BOOM!*

Targeting multiple weak points on the space rendering slash, Nanami's blade swept out, accompanied by an immense surge of red and black lightning, and at that instant, a massive explosion occurred which hurled him crashing through multiple trees.

"Sigh, You won.."

Ryu admitted and sheathed his katana while Nanami raised a brow. If he hadn't withdrawn early from the point of collision, he would've at least sustained severe injuries.

"No...I almost lost.." Nanami also admitted and sheathed his blade onto his back.

"You don't get it..do you? That was my maximum attack, and you completely tanked it as if it were an ordinary attack. Although I've not completely mastered it,

anyone below Special Grade should not be able to even defend against it, yet you did..you're strong, Nanami.."

Ryu walked to him, patted his shoulder with a smile and then walked off nonchalantly.

Meanwhile, on another battlefield, a figure immediately hurled himself into the sky with immense force, moving out of the range of a wide sonic attack which he had predicted with a smile.

"You know, your cursed technique makes you the most predictable amongst all Jujutsu..."

Hiroshi landed on a tree and brandished his blade, looking at Ichiro Inumaki, the cursed speech user and smiled.

"The moment you open your mouth, I know you're about to attack.." He spoke and instantly jumped down from the tree, descending with an overhead slash, which the Inumaki clan youth dodge gracefully.

"BLAST AWAY!"

After landing a few meters away, Ichiro opened his mouth once more, and with a calm expression, he uttered, sending out a massive sound wave which ripped through the earth, and hurled Hiroshi flying, as he crashed through a tree and smashed to the ground.
