Dungeon

Once we entered the dungeon, I summoned my servants. When Simon saw them, he went to attack them before I stopped him and explained that I had created these monsters and that they would not attack or hurt us.

Trusting me, he stepped back, but I could still see him staring at the monsters, watching their movements.

"Master, how did you make these monsters?" Simon asked

"...I guess I should explain everything to you," I sighed.

"It all started the day I changed. A forgotten god, one on the brink of death, came to me in my sleep, and he gave me a choice to take his power and become the god he failed to become or continue living my life. So I choice to take his power, this is why I was able to easily level up and why I gained so many skills," I said fabricating a story.

"...Uhm, that's a lot to take in...What do you plan to do now?"

"I'm going to create a cult around my power and family,"

"A Cult, but anyone in a cult is hunted down and killed by the church, and if you create a Cult, you will burned on the stake in the middle of Palvion City!" Simon said worriedly

"That's why I have to become strong enough and build enough connections to be able to protect myself and my cult,"

"...Very well, young master, you have always been stubborn, so I will do my best to help you,"

As he said, the symbol on his hand started to glow and change.

[Cult member: Simon has reached Initiate II devotion]

"Master, why did this symbol change?"

"That is your devotion to me, Simon it will change the stronger it becomes," I replied

"...I see," he replied, rubbing the red sigil with a smile.

Opening my system, I looked at the cult tab.

[Cult: Lv.1]

[God: God of Flesh: You have created the belief in the dead god of flesh. When 100,000 faith is reached, you will become the lower incarnate of the god of flesh]

[Members: 1]

[Faith: 1]

(I see; I need more members to increase my strength.)

[Correct]

(Explain faith to me; what can it be used for?)

[Faith is the belief a cult member has in the host. Each member gives faith in each level they reach. Once 100 faith is unlocked, the host will unlock???/ 1000:???/10,000:???/100,000: ???/1,000,000:???]

(So I can't see what I get until I reach the required amount of faith; this is becoming more interesting) I thought with a grin.

Closing the system, we continued through the dungeon. After ten minutes, we ran into our first monster group, which was seven level 20 poison slime.

Before I could even say anything, the flesh warriors attacked the slimes. Within seconds, they killed the slimes and placed the slime scores in my inventory.

"Wow, they are fast and strong," Simon said with a surprised face.

"Yeah, they work much better than I thought,"

Recovering from the shock, we continued through the dungeon, killing groups of different monsters as we went, and thanks to the flesh warriors giving me all the exp, I was able to reach level 40 in a few hours of hunting, and even Simon reached level 27.

[Flesh Control Has reached Level 50 new sub Skill: Attribute Stealer[Lv.1]: You now have the ability to take on the attributes of the monster you absorb. These can also be placed on your servants]

Also, as I absorbed the monster corpses, the flesh warrior got stronger as my flesh control leveled up. Thanks to my ability to add different attributes from what I absorbed to the flesh monster, they now had metal bones and poisoned blood.

"Hey Simon, do you wish to become stronger?" I asked as we took our break

"Yes, I do wish to get stronger to protect my master better," Simon replied

"Good, I can make you stronger, but I don't know how much it could hurt you," I explained.

"I don't mind, as long as I can be of help to you. I will do whatever I need," Simon replied

"Very well then, lay down and close your eyes,"

Laying down on the floor, Simon looked up at me for a few seconds before closing his eyes. Before I started the process, I got a notification from the system.

[Host, I suggest turning off your servant's pain receptors]

(I can do that?)

[Yes, you have gained enough control over flesh to now control the nerve system and immune system]

(Understood) I replied

Placing my palm on his chest, I felt a connection with his body. I could feel everything from the blood pumping through his veins to slight muscle movements. Closing my eyes, I focus on his pain receptors. Lowering them to the point he would not feel anything, I began the reconstruction.

I changed his bones into the metal from an ore slime; his blood turned poisonous from the venom of a king snake, and his eyes changed into the eyes of a cave lizard, boosting his eyesight and allowing him to see in the dark, his skin was given the toughness of an orcs skin; lastly, I took the muscles from a lizardman and combined it with his and condensed them to keep his original size but increase his overall power.

Once I was done, I reactivated his pain receptors and fell next to him as I was completely out of mana. As I focused on recovering my mana, Simon opened his eyes and stood up.

"Master, I feel good; everything feels different. I feel lighter, stronger, and my senses are at their peak," Simon said, stretching his body.

"I simply took the best attributes of the monster we killed and enhanced your body," I said, wiping sweat off my brow.

"Wait, I have monster parts in me?" Simon asked panicked

After I took a few moments to explain what I had changed in his body, he finally calmed down. Even though I could see some slight discomfort in his movement, I knew this would be for the better.

Once I recovered all my mana, I began to add those attributes of my body while the flesh warrior and Simons stood guard.

When I was done, I looked at my stats to see that they had changed quite a bit.

(Bloodline skill, what is that?)

[When someone reaches a certain level of strength, there is a chance that a skill they created will be passed down to their next of kin. Yours is the Abbysal skill, which was lost to time over 300,000 years ago]

(What kind of skill is it?)

[Abbysal: Summons a creature of the abyssal realm that will do your bidding: Cost human sacrifice. The more humans sacrificed, the stronger the creature. This being will be 100 percent loyal to you and no other. This skill comes with a curse: after death, your soul will be dragged into the abyssal realm as the new ruler]

(So, I have to kill people to use this skill, who was it that made this skill?)

[The first and only dark magus: Norman Greyston]

(I have never heard of him, nor have I heard about a dark magus)

[That is because all mentions of his name have been erased from history. Also, the dark Magus title is only given to a dark mage who has reached level 1000 and created his own skill]

(Really, no wonder he was the only one)

Asking a few more questions, we continued through the dungeon. After three more hours of hunting and making five more flesh warriors, we reached a large metal door with the symbol of a woman's head that had snakes instead of hair.
