Suo Bai stopped for a moment when he reached a clearing and looked up at the sky. High in the sky was the full moon in all its splendor, casting a natural light on Suo Bai's path.

The moon, as if to respond to Suo Bai's gaze, illuminated the treetops around the clearing and created a small shadowy reflection on the ground that pointed in a specific direction.

Suo Bai nodded his head in thanks and followed the indicated path as he spoke. "It's really good to be loved by the heavens..."

Continuing on his way, Suo Bai arrived near a large area of bamboo grove, this time Suo Bai didn't even have to look at his sky to receive his answer.

But already knowing what this was about, Suo Bai simply crouched down next to the round stone where there was a small damp spot and started digging at the spot as he saw the appearance of the Earth Treasury Flower Gu buried beneath it.

With care and grace, Suo Bai began to peel the petals of the Earth Treasury Flower Gu like someone peeling an onion. And after some time carefully removing the petals so as not to hurt the Gu inside, he finally saw the White Boar Gu resting on the flower bud.

"Devour the White Boar Gu along with the Earth Treasury Flower Gu, Nexus." Suo Bai asked as he rose from his crouching position.

"Is it possible to repeat the same process with this stone, Nexus?" Looking at the huge round stone, Suo Bai thought it might not be possible, and Nexus confirmed it for him.

And he wasn't planning to open that door now when he was simply a Level 1 Gu Master of the Initial stage, without any combat experience. He prefers to wait until he at least reaches the upper stage before trying his luck with the Jade-Eyed Stone Monkeys.

Suo Bai wasted no time and crouched down while repeating the same process as he did with White Boar Gu. He got the Jade Skin Gu and devoured it along with the other Earth Flower that guarded it.

"Nexus, how is your database currently?" Suo Bai asked lightly as he left the cave and headed back to his house.

As he climbed the stairs, he heard some faint moans and murmurs coming from near his little brother's room. Thinking that he was having another nightmare because of the trauma to his eyes, he headed for his room to give him good dreams again.

As he neared the door to his little brother's room, he noticed that the moans and murmurs became louder and stranger too, causing Suo Bai to raise his eyebrows.

Before long, Suo Bai entered Fang Zheng's room and was surprised by what he saw.

His little brother was tossing and turning in bed, sweating like a pig, and it seemed that today's nightmare was much more intense than the last.

"This is getting worse than I imagined. Nexus, this time I don't want you to give him good dreams, make him fight his nightmares" Suo Bai became serious and touched his little brother's head so that Nexus could act.

Slowly Fang Zheng's face of fear and agony was replaced by a more determined and courageous expression, he was now gathering the motivation and courage to overcome his nightmares.
