Revenge of the Reincarnated Witch

In the spring of 1692, Lizzie burned at the stake. Reincarnated in the 21st century, she finds herself riding a pick-up truck off to a music festival with the reincarnation of the girls that burned with her. And the driver? William, the lover that left her without an explanation. William’s charm in this lifetime is as irresistible as it used to be and she can't deny the longing she feels. To find peace and happiness, she was tasked by a quirky deity to avenge herself and the other ‘witches’ from the people that wronged them. But how was she going to find out who were the ones that wronged the other girls? In her quest for justice, Lizzie will discover the best (and worst) of both worlds of the colonial era and the 21st century as she goes back and forth into her dreams, visions, and reality. Will she succeed with her revenge and find happiness too? ========== DRAMATIC EXCERPT: "Lizzie, please don't forget that I love you." Will said as he clutched his shirt near his chest. "I never stopped loving you Elizabeth Ainsworth." He took a step forward to reach out for me and I shielded myself with my hands. "Don't come near me, you filthy bastard!" I screamed at him, enraged with his lies. I closed my eyes as I stepped backwards and held back my tears. "You did nothing to defend me from your father!" "No Lizzie, I did what I could. I -" his voice faded and I was left in the parking lot, dazed and my arms crossed as if to shield myself from his advance. When I blinked, William vanished and Bash came back into sight. He gave me a questioning look and asked, "Ummm.. What are you doing Lizzie?" My eyes darted from Bash's head to toe and he gave a nervous laugh at my reaction. I breathed short and heavy gasps and my sweat went cold. "You look like you've seen a ghost." He said. ========= UPDATES INDEFINITE Coverphoto grabbed from pinterest, it will be taken down should the owner request to. AFTERMATH OF SUPER TYPHOON

My dear Witches of Shalem,

I apologize for the very long absence of updates. Many of you might have missed it, but my hometown was destroyed due to a super typhoon that hit us during the nighttime of Dec.16, 2021. The damages are extensive, even my workplace was not spared.

There is no electricity in my place and stable internet and wifi connection isn't available. I only had one chap stockpile for Witch, and I tried to save as much power for my phone in case of emergencies back then.

I am asking for your prayers that we can get through with the extensive loss and damages. Winds were at most 125kph, it seemed like we were inside a giant washing machine. Roofs got damaged, some even flew away.

(╥_╥)

The shipbuilding company I am currently working in had one casualty, a chief engr that drowned during the storm surge at the pier side of the shipyard. May he rest in peace. Factories and machines got damaged, cranes and floating docks as well, a lot of ships were taken away by the waves. Work stoppage was inevitable.

( TДT)

My family and loved ones in the city were spared, but many from other parts of the country have perished and a lot of properties got damaged. I live in Cebu, PH while my partner and his family are in the neighboring island of Negros Oriental. Dec. 18~19 and onwards, signal was literally so unstable and practically nonexistent that I couldn't even contact my family or my partner when I returned to work on the 20th (my workplace is far from the city where I live). After I came back to work, the signal in my workplace was so unstable I even lost my MGS for Revenge of the Reincarnated Witch since I couldn't update anymore.

o(╥﹏╥)o

We spent Christmas and New Year in the dark, but thankfully aside from electricity and signal, our family was still blessed to have food and water, and a home with a roof to protect us from the elements. Many other families weren't as lucky.

Electricity ang signal isn't back in my hometown up to this day (Jan.7), but luckily at my workplace the signal is better now, electricity is back and I can finally charge and use my laptop again for writing. I will reread what I wrote last month, and try my best to recover and continue updates soon.

Please wait for me, as I also have other pending books that needed updates/proper ending. I will try to see what I can do, but definitely I will be back to write starting this month (not sure on updates).

Thank you, and sending lots of love from PH.

Ps. Should you be curious how massive the destruction was, you can search on the net "Super Typhoon Odette, PH" and look for images during Dec. 17 onwards.
